Our friend Greg recommended this place and indeed it was a nice relaxing stay! The villa was very specious and located in the middle of nature, just a 15 mins. walk from Ubud center. The retreat place has a nice pool to cool down in the afternoon after coming back from the island excursions. And not to forget, the selection of breakfast is very good! A Bali coffee is always a good start of the day. Thank you Greg!

We booked Solo Villas with some apprehension since there was no way a car could reach and the hotel didn't have an in house restaurant for lunch and dinner. We called before arriving and were told to come to the central parking. The staff was already there with bikes and ready to transport us and luggage back to the hotel. One 5 min rice field ride later we were in the middle of a quiet hotel surrounding by rice fields. We were upgraded to the King Suite (which I highly recommend-photos attached). The view was very nice. There were ducks roaming in the field and hens happily clucking about. The breakfast was good with the staff ready to help with a warm smile at all times. Absense of a restaurant is no issue. There are literally 100s of hotels around and the staff drops u to the car park any time u want. I wish I had some more time in the hotel- we were really busy with the sight seeing. But we would love to be back!

Stayed here for two nights. My initial response was omg why did I book here unknowingly as location is not accessible by car. But then comes to rescue excellent service to pick and drop provided by friendly staff. They can pick and drop guests 24*7. Nice place to stay with serene village life feel. Value for money. What makes it like home stay is Staff. Very friendly each one of them.

The Villa Max was absolutely stunning. The room was tastefully decorated with all the fine touches one could eve hope for. The bed, couch, and outdoor furniture were comfortable and clean. The Splash pool was a joy. The staff was more than eager to help out with any concerns. A++. I would strongly encourage anyone coming to UBUD to stay at this villa resort. It is just far enough from Ubud where you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but it's only a 5 minute scooter ride (through rice fields) into the center of the city!

My daughter and I spent 3 days at the resort. The location is very relaxing away from the busy tourist area surrounded by rice fields and coconut trees accessible only by foot or bike. Staff are available anytime to drop off or pick up which is kind of fun. The rooms and villa are modern and clean with a pool and are very relaxing. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and the complimentary breakfast is great. Location is central and very close to the monkey forest, great restaurants, shopping, and a number of temples. Overall a great visit - I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Bali. Thanks.

One of my favourite places I stayed in Bali hands down! They pick you up on a motorbike on a road down the street. You have an amazing 5 minute bike ride through the rice paddies to the Villa which is in a secluded oasis area. The staff were super friendly and helpful and provide a 24/7 shuttle service to the main strip. The room was GORGEOUS with a beautiful bathroom, large living quarters and stunning views. The breakfast the girls make for you was super quick and delicious. The pool and all areas were extremely clean and well take care of. The owner was a fellow Canadian who was super friendly. My only regret was not spending more time there as I had a short trip! Love love to go back!
