Exceptional service - loved my stay here so much I extended another 5 days as was working from the room. The hotel is set back from the street so is very quiet and not affected by street noise which some other hotels may be affected by (main streets of Ubud are busy with traffic) WhatsApp communication is a very efficient way of contacting staff rather than via phone and they always answered within minutes. The breakfast was always superb and staff were so courteous and greeted you by name whenever you passed by the lobby. Highly recommend and thank you to the wonderful team at Sapodilla - this is a truly amazing boutique experience. I would not stay anywhere else when coming to Ubud again.

Love the room, very clean and had bath salt for the tub 😍 But the best is the staff, they are the kindest people I’ve ever met. I love Eka! Such a sweet woman! I will definitely come back next time I’ll go to Ubud. The pool is big and clean. Even though the hotel is close to the main road, it’s very quiet!

We recently were fortunate to stay in spodilla hotel resort in ubud ... Tucked away down a short alley , read no traffic noise ! The reception staff are very attentive and responsive to all requests and needs be it suggestions for meals or activities . The rooms are a good size and very well equipped as well as being very clean and well presented . A good location for a very restful sleep . The pool is a beautiful tropical green colour and very relaxing and peaceful . Breakfast is available I'm a large number of options to suit everyone's tastes .food is freshly made with the best ingredients. As I was checking out disappointed to be leaving I booked for another stay in July Allow all a gem this location is not to be missed

This is hotel real great. I liked my big room with balcony and view on swimpool. My room was real big and there was a bath and desk for my laptop. Employees was very polite and friendly. I will come to here in next time. I advise everyone!
