Friendly staff. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Huge shower. Toiletries provided. Excellent very cool pool. Location amazing near all our favourite restaurants. Trattoria, Massimos, Jalapeno and our favourite massage place Suar! Needed a day stay 12pm to 10pm. Excellent rate offered. Would use again.

This truly is a wonderful place to stay. Terrific value for money and the staff are brilliant. the only criticism I have is that the room safe is only visible from the far side of the room because it is situated on the bottom shelf of the wardrobe. This makes using it problematic for someone elderly. It is difficult to find any criticism with the rest of the hotel. Will definitely stay there again if I come back.

I hate to say anything negative about this place because the owner and staff are incredibly nice. But this hotel is a bit rough. In Bali, I expect some water damage from the rains and humidity but the damage to our room was next level to what I’ve seen before. The wall was literally crumbling down on to the bed. We cleaned it off only to return to more piles of wall crumbles on the bed just hours later. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in this and the stuff understood, so we switched rooms. The new room seemed to have a slightly larger bed and better windows. But the sewage smell from the bathroom was really intense. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed and the vents covered, but it was still so bad. Glad we only booked two nights here. Otherwise it’s a fantastic location and includes kettle, mini fridge, safety deposit box, etc. The pool was nice ..but the seating around it is all covered so if you are a sun lover, there is nowhere to lay out. No poolside shower, just a toilet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is all vegan and vegetarian. The second room would have been great if there was no sewage smell. If there was no smell, I would have been fine staying there longer.

Very nice hotel, also close to a lot of shops and other places. Hotel room is big and clean. The staff is friendly, they even want to carry your suitcases upstairs. Breakfast is nice, different options. Shower was a bit weird, but figured it out quickly. Had a great stay! Most of the staff can speak English

I've just had a 2 night stay at the Mahalaksmi Boutique Hotel and it was a good base (I stayed here my 1st 2 nights in Bali & it was a good base to aclimatise) before moving on. The staff were friendly & helpful and the room was a good size and had good air conditioning & a decent bathroom. I had a double deluxe room which had all the amenities I needed. The room didn't have a balcony or even a decent window with a view but it suited my needs as a comfortable place to stay. There were a number of restaurants/cafes close by and the hotel had one if it's own (I didn't it) but the included breakfast had variety and was tasty.

Mahalaksmi hotel is simple, for traveler or family.. Room size is alright, for the second floor. Room at first floor is better for 2 people, not family. Swimming pool is inside, at the lobby. Breakfast is so so.. not so many option. If you are a diver, dont stayhere. The hotel doesnt have balcony to dry your diving gears. Lucky I didnt bring my dive gear.

Feeling as at home, even if you are far from your country. This hotel is in the center of Sanur and only few minutes far from the waterfront. Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. It is very clean. Breakfast is good; you can choose among 3 menu. The staff is also very good and professional. They welcome you as you were a well known customer. Ogi is super; he helps you on every request. He gave us a friendly but professional welcome, smiling and trying to help us in the easiest way. Very very good! Thank you, Ogi!
