Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Overall our stay here was good, the room was huge, family quad room, had a king size bed and 2 single beds. The room was cleaned daily, new towels provided, water dispenser that you can help yourself too on each floor and you could get pool towels from reception. There was a wardrobe in the room with hangers, safety deposit box, big fridge with freezer compartment, TV with cable channels, separate double sink area and bathroom with toilet and shower, soap, shampoo etc provided, big balcony but the family rooms look out onto the main street so the view isn't the best. The rooms are dated and could do with an update but for the money we paid it was good value and we had a comfy stay. The only problem we had with the room was there was a lingering unpleasant odour in the bathroom, we put a towel over the drain next to the toilet which helped and reported it, the hotel tried to sort it but it never went away fully and also as there were four of us having a shower one after another the shower did start to flood the floor of the bathroom, it dried up quick enough. Air con in the room was good. The pool area was ok, not loads of sun loungers but we never had a problem getting a few, the sun goes off the area by about 3pm, the pool has a shallow section and the other part is quite deep, there were leaves and bits floating on top often and we only saw it get cleaned once. There is a poolside bar that offers drinks and snacks, the drinks were fine, we didn't eat there other than breakfast which was included in the price, the breakfast was good, we all found something to eat and it was made fresh to order. Used the spa to have a massage which was really good value, all the staff were really really friendly and helpful, we did return for a second stay later in the month as for the area and what we needed the value here was great and we would return again. Bonus (for our kids especially) also was right next to the hotel there is a cat cafe, they rescue local cats and we visited 5 times! if you like cats then definitely worth a visit to help support them. The beach is about 10-15minutes walk away and there are loads of lovely bars/restaurants to choose from in the area, its in a great position in Sanur. Great value for money, staff are amazing and would recommend.

This hotel is fine for a few nights stay, The location is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are also really spacious. I felt the room could have been cleaner and the ac really needs some updating. The building is great and with some further work it could be a wonderful hotel but i thought it was quite expensive for what it offered.

Admittedly this place is needing a bit of care and repair in a few areas, however, the rooms are huge, clean and well serviced, staff friendly, pool is adequate and refreshing...deep at the end and has a small section for the kiddies. Breakfast is good for the included price. Fruit, coffee latte or brewed, toast n jam and a little bit of salad if that's your thing, but also you can also choose the usual fare like eggs Benedict or big brekkie or nasi goreng etc to name a few. So as far as value for money this place is very reasonable. It provides interconnecting rooms also and balcony overlooking the pool area if you pay a small amount extra. This place is certainly worth a look.

Booked a Pool Access Deluxe room - pictures showed when you look out the window you see the pool. Arrived to be told “sorry we only have double rooms” not acceptable! 2 (married) female friends travelling together. So we were shown the room right next to the lobby and dining room, extremely noisy when we arrived. This was not the room we booked so we declined. We were given a deluxe room on the 3rd floor for 2 nights then moved to a pool access room for the remaining 3. Again a double room! Eventually got a twin room at the very back of the complex - hardly pool access. The description of the room said 40sqm, it definitely wasn’t that - you could hardly swing a cat. At breakfast, talking to another 2 couples they had a similar experience. Booked pool access and given different rooms. It would appear this is the norm, pay for the dearer rooms and get cheap rooms. Breakfast was barely palatable. We went next door to Apa Kabar most days. Beautiful food and very reasonable pricing. Personally would not return to this hotel, there are plenty of other places similar prices around the same location. Considering how quite Bali is you would think they would be bending over backwards trying to please their guests, not piss them off!

To: Dear Guest Thank you for reviewing our place, I read your order is a deluxe pool access request twin room and I have shown you the deluxe pool access twin room in room 101 to you, and you do not want that room because it is close to our coffee shop, and I also show you the 2nd floor room deluxe pool view to you and you want that room, and you stay in that room for 2 nights and on the third night you want to take action to the lower floor deluxe pool access to the west, and you agree to it , and you are fine, and when you check out you do not want to pay our restaurant bill with the above reasons, sorry this does not make sense, because we have provided what the guest ordered, I hope you understand,and we looking forward to welcoming in another chance if you holiday in Bali in the next vacation

Our family of 6 stayed here one night in transit from the airport to points north. The beds were comfortable for a night's rest, but otherwise, the rooms, bathrooms and common areas are all in very run-down condition. The bathrooms in particular are pretty gross - old, limescaled fixtures and toilet and mildewed ceiling and walls in serious need of stripping and repainting. The towels are gray and stiff with age. The aircon compressors are located just outside the window and run loudly at night. The lobby area is dingy and has poor lighting. The front desk staff was fairly unpleasant, though the porters and security guys were quite friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for after all. This is the kind of place that backpackers and young travellers on a budget will be content with, but for families, it's worth paying a bit more for newer and cleaner confines.

The team of staff from Restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance and Spa works hard to make guests comfortable. Every requests are met and the staff will go beyond their way to help. Shout out to Citra, Fira and Vani for giving great recommendations and guidance to local eats and essentials. As with any businesses, recovery from Covid is in progress. As such, the hotel is making improvements to facilities. During my 21 day stay, i saw little touches of improvements - kudos to their resilience. I stayed first 2 nights on the 3rd floor Deluxe room facing the pool, bright, airy and large room. The rest of my stay was on ground floor pool access Deluxe. Water jugs are provided in each room, staff and guests refill the jugs from water dispensers strategically located around the property. Great way to save the earth by NOT using plastic complimentary water bottles. Daily breakfast was more than adequate, with a main course (choice of local and western) plus small selection of local treats with fruits selection and toast. And choice of latte, cappucinno or expresso. Great news - The pool bar will be opened soon!

We arrived at the hotel and was not expecting much. But the hotel's rooms were very big and clean. Great for its price actually. We're glad we book this hotel. Staffs were nice. Breakfast was great and ambiance is calming. Location also has or close to restaurants, convenience store and money changers we were not able to experience the pool but we will next time we visit bali again because we will definitely come back :)

great hotel, very good breakfast with many choices, nice room with bath / shower and toilet supplies. is 5 minutes by bike from the beach and 10 minutes from the night market. There is a DVD player in the room and you can borrow a DVD for free. Too bad there is no Dutch BVN only Asian channels. the staff is very helpful and friendly. on special days (valentine day) there is special attention for the guests. sure to come back.

We stayed for 6 days in the hotel. the location is near the beach, walking distance around 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast. You can try Massimo gelato if you stay here, it is located around 100m only from the hotel. Will definitely come back if we travel to Sanur again

Abian Harmony Hotel is a good place for leisure as it’s location is very strategic and good value of money. Their staff are friendly and made me feel as my second home, room is comfortable, nice swimming pool, nice food and massage, just 5 minutes to the beach. I really recommended this property to whom would like to take their holiday in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia

Hi Charlie, how late will you check out from the hotel? I checked out about 1 pm, but they didn't charge me extra. The only thing you need to do is request it from them.
Hello. It is La-chan. I stayed on Saturday, May 25th. Superior room. We stayed at the cheapest rate. The room is at the very end of the second floor (closest to the hallway). I do not want to connect rooms, so the details are unknown, but there was a door in the room that would be a connecting room. Of course there was a key and I could not go to the next room. So it is unclear if it supports connecting rooms. The most recommended thing is to contact the hotel by e-mail. After all this is certain.
Yes it has... however it only goes up to the second floor. For the third floor theres only a 8 steps stairs. Other than that there s a shelf for wheelchairs at tne lobby.. cheers R
