Professional staff who treat all guests with respect and with superb customer service skills. Swimming in the beautiful clean pool with a view of the gorgeous courtyard and garden, it feels like my kind of paradise. So happy to be here🤗Thank you to all the lovely staff 🙏
Lovely little hotel in a great location. Nice rooms, friendly staff, adequate breakfast. Nice gardens keep very well by a dedicated team of gardeners, and very quiet and peaceful for the whole of my stay. Did notice better rooms than the one I had, only small problem with my room was the balcony not really private because no walls between balconys, but other than that, great stay!
We stay at this hotel when in Sanur. Why? Its very central to good restaurants and shopping and a low cost taxi ride will get you to all the attractions. The hotel is Balinese style less than 30 rooms rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are great most have been there a long time. Reception staff Dek Ni and Ari are always cheerful and friendly and ready to help. They are a credit to the Hotel. Price tops at AUG $70 p.night for the best rooms high season this comes back to around AUD $60 in low season.Breakfast included other rooms are available at lower prices Has a great feel about it and is popular. Well Recommended
Had stayed once before and decided to upgrade this time resulting in a pre paid garden view room. Turns out the back garden area was being renovated so there was the constant noise of pavers being cut and building noise. A warning on the website and booking sites should be provided. The receptionist tried to tell me there was notification but I was able to show her that was not true. I moved back to a standard room near the front for the next 3 days and was given a small food voucher but this did not cover the price difference in the room category. Maybe it is necessary to check with all properties in advance to check if there will be any renovations but that is hardly practicable, just bad timing on my behalf and disappointing.. Sad as it has made me nervous of going back to Puri Sading, this was my second stay and somewhere I thought I could rely on.…
Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Sanur. Highlights: -Nice traditional Balinese buildings and rooms -Exellent location -Friendly staff and good service -Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms -Relatively quiet for a busy location Lowlights: -Room price does not include breakfast, which is not the standard for Bali hotels. Offered buffet breakfast is overpriced and basic for Bali standards. -There was a really bad and foul odor that came out of the ensuite shower, which penetrated the room at night time and made the sleeping experience quite unpleasant. This was reported to the hotel staff and they said this is due to the way the old hotel sewage system was designed and nothing can be done about it. -It seems the hotel is located near an area where rubbish is burnt in neighbouring areas, as the smell of toxic fumes could be felt specially during the morning.…
This place is getting a bit old but the great staff keep it looking good, 15 minute walk to a great beach and across the road some of the best restaurants. If there was any downside the swimming pool was like hot bath water not the place to cool off but there was always plenty of bintang. Good breakfast each morning and blue bird taxi to kuta is about $10 aus. Worth a look we got return flights with jet star 6 nights with breakfast $450 each.
I stayed here for 4 weeks in October and can say I loved this hotel. It’s right in the middle of all the action in Sanur but set just far enough away from the main road to offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere too. But as soon as you walk out of the hotel, you have an endless choice of restaurants, bars and shops all within a couple hundred yards / meters. They do great food both at the breakfast buffet and evening meals too and the staff are very efficient, helpful and friendly. Plus the hotel is small enough to offer a nice intimate, personal atmosphere. Larger hotels can often feel rather cold and formal, but not here! Plus it’s cheap, I paid around £900 GBP for my 4 week stay, including loads on room service and bar bill! It is about 300 - 400 yards from the beach with a rather indirect route to it, unless you’re a bit naughty like us and walk through the grounds of the hotel opposite. Then again I preferred to have all the bars and restaurants close and a bit of a walk to the beach rather than the other way around. Very helpful staff, the reception ladies even rubbed sunburn lotion onto the parts of my sunburnt back I couldn’t reach! Thanks to all at the Puri Sading! You can see a video I shot of this hotel on Y tube if you search for ‘Baldy Tim’ or just Puri Sading Sanur if you’re interested.…
We stayed here as a cheap start to our holiday after a late flight. The hotel was great for the price, breakfast was ok and pool was good. Staff were quite friendly, location is good to walk to different places. Our only downside was no interconnecting rooms. (which they advised us of prior to booking, so our choice!)
Room is simple but okay. The bathroom however needs some improvement. It is basic and dark and the ventilation makes noise. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast is very poor. Everything was run out of, even when you went early.
Quite happy with my first visit at this smallish hotel. Only needed a transit hotel for 2 days and this served the purpose. I would stay there again but would probably upgrade room level next time. The entry level room did not have anywhere to place my suitcase, even a fold out luggage rack would be easier on the back than having to store case on the floor. The breakfast was served road front so a good place for people watching to start the day. The location suits my comfort zone. Close to Hardy's to stock up, near plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to Sindhu markets.
