Awesome location and great value for money! This is day 7 of my 10-day stay at Ari Putri Hotel in Sanur. The staff here are professional and friendly. The complimentary vegetarian breakfast, buffet-style served every morning from 7- 10 am is just perfect for me. What do I love about being in Sanur? The laid-back vibes and the awesome food available at the various restaurants. I have been trying a different cuisine almost every night. Had Balinese food 3 times, Japanese, and Vietnamese. I might try Indian tonight.....

One of the best hotels in Sanur and it's famous for its exterior uniqueness for the Balinese stone carvings. Well maintained and all the staff is nice and dedicated. the beautiful Sanur Beach is just a walking distance . I stayed 4 N there and it was too peaceful

I stayed 2 weeks at this hotel, had mixed feelings about my stay, and probably won't stay here if I visit Sanur again. Some good points were: 1. Good location: <10 minute walk to the beach, easy access to restaurants and Spas. 2. Nice pool: The main pool was beautiful, and we were advised not to swim in another pool due to sharp tiles. 3. Egg station at breakfast. There were also some bad points: 1. No kettle / tea bags in the room. 2. Centipedes in the bathtub: I was in room 208, and saw small centipedes in the bathtub several times, they climbed up from the plug hole. I told the hotel about it, but after the housekeeper used insecticide to clean the plug hole in the morning, I still saw a centipede float near my feet when I took shower in the evening! After that, I always had the plug on when I took shower, and only unplug it after shower to release water. (The hotel said it’s normal, but this is my 7th visit to Bali, and out of more than 10 hotels I had stayed, this was the only one with centipedes in the room / bathtub.) 3. Some staff were friendly, while others not: The housekeepers were nice, the evening-shift staff at café were nice (especially Galung and Haris), however, staff at breakfast were mostly passive and lack of smile. They never told me that we could ask for pots of tea, ham, bacons, etc, and I discovered it by myself when I saw those things appear on other tables. Instead of walking around to check if food is running short, they usually gathered behind the counter, and it’s usually the guests who discovered that mugs/ cutleries / food are out of supply and told them, and they reacted to it afterwards. I saw them smile when they chatted with each other, but they seldom smiled at customers. One exception was Evatt, she was very helpful and had a lovely smile. If all staff had had that smile, breakfast time would have been much more enjoyable.

This is our 3rd visit to Ari Putri. We love it. It has such a great vibe and is very peaceful. Ari Putri is close to everything you need. If you love chilling, going for a swim and walks along the beach this is the place to come. The rooms are large, the staff are so friendly, the spa is really great and the food is good. Only thing I suggest to Ari Putri is hairdryers in the rooms and maybe a pool refurb in the near future (some chipped tiles). We will be back soon 😍

Just completed my second stay here (15 nights) in a deluxe room. It is an outstanding hotel, the room and amenities were excellent and the service was impeccable. It has a friendly and relaxed ambience. It is just the right size, large enough to have a good variety of guests but small enough to still provide an intimate experience. The breakfast is good. The architecture and design is old school and pleasant on the eye, themed around the Ramayana. It is well situated to access Semawang beach and many good restaurants and entertainment venues. The Spa is very good and the back and neck massage with Juni is highly recommended. The only negative experience was the attitude of some of the younger male staff in working in he the bar. Overall, Putri is a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely encourage family and friends to book here if visiting Sanur.

Nice hotel. Very rich breakfast, many things to choose. Very nice swimming pool. Friendly and kind staff. The standart room is very small. We change 4 hotels in our trip in Bali in this is the smallest room.. Not enough space, small bed.. We have problem with the aircon. The room have very strong smell of mold. And even the aircon working all night the room wasn't cold. We couldn't sleep all night. In the morning we went to the reception and they try to fix the aircon. My husband check it before the filters and we were in shock. They were full of mold. And we breath this all night 🤐 The staff fix the aircon and probably wash the filters but the smell still was in the room so they offer us other room. This room was really nice, triple bigger, very clean, without smell and with perfect working aircon. Thank you for the nice stay. We sure come back. The restaurant was nice with very good live music. The last picture is from the room we stay till the end and we really enjoy

I stayed twice at the Ari-Putri this month for a length of time and on both occasions found the property, amenities and staff to be excellent and will certainly look forward to staying there again. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I didn't find one thing to complain about and I usually can!

Stayed in three different locations in Sanur. This was our first trip to Sanur and we in our four weeks in Bali chose to come back for a second visit. Money for value you can't beat Ari Putri. Breakfast great. Good Pool, lovely staff, owner also made herself known. If you are planning a trip try to book here first. You would have to be pretty fussy to have a complaint for the money and quality it's is hard to beat

This hotel has a great location, it is charming with a beautiful foyer and exquisite wall decor. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools and a great restaurant that had live music. Our high of the tour was when the performer sang an Afrikaans song to us and he managed to get us all to join him. This was super awesome. The food (breakfast and dinner) was lovely and we didn't wait for our food for too long. The room was big with a beautiful bathroom and great mattresses. Crisp and clean. The hotel is a short walk to a beautiful beach front with a lot of restaurants, spas and shops. This is home away from home! Will definitely go again.

The place is really nice and offer a quiet environment. The food is also good (for what I tried like veggie tacos) but the prices has increased of 50% for the same quality. May be a little bit less... Sad, I was quite used to the place. Will be here more rarely
