hotel staff where great, room was very good and breakfast as good as you need plenty of every thing to suit all.the pool was ok but i saw lots of algae and moss on walls and on furniture around pool i think the pool needs major clean on pool walls and increase in chorine and algae chemicals to improve pool.The pool bar and food service around pool is non existant the pool furniture is old broken .i have stayed there about 3 or 4 times but wont be back there until i see improvement i stayed there recentley thanks Don

We spent four nights in the swiss-belresort watu jimbar in sanur. It was a really nice stay and the Service was really great. There is a huge Pool which invites you to relax and enjoy your drink at the pool bar. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The hotel is really big so it is a bit more anonymous and not that familiar. And there is no vegetarian dish at the menu in the hotel Restaurant. But these are my only minus Points.

My grand-daughter Ashleigh Stevens and myself Leonie Wobking have recently spent 7 nights at the Swiss--Belresort Watu Jimba and loved the welcoming atmosphere at this resort. The pool access rooms are great with your own plunge pool. The attention given from ALL staff is of a high standard and respectful. Breakfast staff were always friendly with a large selection of food covering many varied culture tatstes which was really good. Room service and the dine in restaurant also had a good selection to choose from. We (my grand daughter and myself) would definitely stay here again in the future. Special mention to ALL staff as I needed a wheel-chair for the entire trip. (broken hip) and felt priveleged with the caring attention that I received. WELL DONE EVERYONE. Read more

We've just had 9 nights here and loved the hotel. The pool access rooms are great with your own plunge pool. All the staff are friendly and approachable with nothing too much trouble for them. Breakfast was really good with a huge selection, even Vegemite on hand for the Aussies. Room service and the dine in restaurant also had a good selection to choose from. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Special mention to Lintang in the lobby, he was super helpful and friendly always wanting to help and have a friendly chat.

Choosing Swisbell as a international Hotel for my wedding anniv trip as I already mentioned during my reservation. Wondering that We will have special touch in the room or even just a simple congratulate fron the staff, but NO.. they didnt anything! Aantjen entering the room, so upset while we see that the room with wall view, no privacy. Even villagers can see what we do! So bad. Tried to contact the reception to do something, but they end up with additional charges. This still Okay for me, but they didnt even saying apologize for inconveince. What a bad personalized service! Oh maybe because Im Local they treat me like this? Then, we tried to accept this situation. The next day we have bfast, food variety just OK. Their fench toast is best! But i think you need to improve your hygiene, as there flies around the food. Dear General Manager of Swisbell Watu Jimbar, you should train IBU ANITA, she's so rude.how could you have this kind of supervisor ? I asked her for spoon, she answer so short and walk. This is unpolite. Ibu wirik is much much better than her. She's polite,friendly and so helpful. Other day, we have food by Gojek. Asking a help foto reception to bring our food to the room, but again.. bad things happen. Till 50 minutes its not coming thru our room, until my husband picking it up and there lot of staff in the lobby. Why dont 1 of them just bring to the our room? Guys if you are looking for great service, great room and facilities please and please dont choose this hotel. Go to respati hotel which is smaller but they are great or mercure. Or just spend little bit more, choose holiday Inn or griya santrian. Again, swisbell watu jimbar you ruin my special holiday!!!

This is probably 4th time to stay here. Previous stays were all good, but this time, it was bit dissapointing. The entrance of the hotel looks great, but the facilities inside show wear and tear. The part of the wall of the building was stained and pool side chairs look quite worn. The room is still clean, but again, wear and tear was visible. TV signal was poor and Wifi was constantly off. I just joined the membership as I have upcoming stay in other Swiss hotel in Jakarta and thought of using Swiss Group hotels more in Indonesia, so I hope to see improvement in facilities.

One of the best hotel in Sanur !! Stay for 4 day and 3 night at this hotel for honeymoon.. this hotel gave their best hospitality for us.. all the people in this hotel was very kind and helpfull.. thanks for the hospitality !! And then, one of the staff name 'Bli Lintang' give some recomended place in sanur in his handwrite ❤️

Severely disappointed. We have stayed a few times at Swissbel resort watu Jimbar and I have to say that this place is an absolute joke. 1.      Most days the lift wasnt working so we had to walk up the front of the hotel to catch another lift and then walk the length of the hotel to get to our room . 2.      The drink fountains provided on each floor to fill our jugs or bottles were usually empty, 4 times I asked some staff to please fill them as I badly needed water...found 2 staff members huddled in a small utility room playing on their phones but still no water fill up. 3.      Toilets at the back of the restaurant weren’t flushing, full of poo and left for more than 2 days...and toilets not fixed. So again we walked to the front of the hotel to use the other toilet. Day after day both mens and ladies toilets intermittently worked. These toilets disgustingly filthy! 4.      Our room wasnt cleaned until around 3pm in the afternoons which made it inconvenient if we wanted a snooze, so I asked the front desk if it would be possible to have it cleaned in the morning sometime “sure no problem"...nothing changed! Cleaner came through to do the room after 3pm! As if I hadn’t said anything at all. 5.      Hotel needing major repairs, cracks throughout the building, all the tiles on the floors are cracked and chipped. The decking around the pool is rotten in places, the mould is black and crawling around the walls and most ceilings and all around the top of the pool. It wouldn’t take much to pressure clean it off but you have staff sitting all day doing nothing. Saw many guests waiting at pool swim up bar to be served for more than 30 minutes and give up and swim away. I tried to order a drink and lunch one day, I waved to a female staff member but she bent down below the bar so she wouldn't see me and have to take my order. 6.      Curtains in the rooms need replacing and are dirty. 7.      Everything within the room needs updating and replacing, the light fitting sand particularly the telephone was so filthy dirty it looked like it hadn’t been wiped over since before the pandemic..filthy dirty. 8.      Air con panel doesnt work properly had to get a technician to replace panel first 5 minutes on arrival and still the air con couldnt be turned off at all. I BELIEVE THE PRICE THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE ROOM IS EXCESSIVE FOR WHAT YOU CAN GET ELSEWHERE...MY SUGGESTION IS SHOP AROUND AS THIS HOTEL WILL DISAPPOINT. Every hotel needs a measure of maintenance but this one has been ignored and yet management still expects to ask a high price. NEVER AGAIN!
