The lobby and pool are very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good, next door to a big supermarket (Hardys) and on the Main Street where majority of shops, restaurants and bars are. Rooms are clean and comfy, thou in need of some TLC. The lighting is poor in the room (no ceiling light) and there's hardly...

Stayed in a Family Room with two kids. The promised playstation and TV were not installed in the kids room, and I was told that in fact none of the family rooms have TVs or playstations in the second room, despite what's on the website. The hotel was apologetic and agreed to refund the cost of one of our eight...

Location is great! Staff is friendly (lovely welcome drink) and the lobby is quite lovely and nice to sit for a bit and relax. We booked the Family Duplex which was spacious and clean. The room has only one big bathroom (toilet and large shower area). Heads up, not much privacy in this family room despite it being very spacious....
