Andaz would be our favorite hotel in Bali, particularly the best in Sanur. It's so kids friendly. Loving the kid/s and main pool. Layout is great. The food taste can be improved (breakfast and Fisherman's). We are so in love with the hotel layout and overall vibes. Staffs are excellent, kid's club is amazing. These past 3 years we have stayed at around 45 properties in Bali itself and Andaz is so recommended. Thank you for the splendid service!

I can highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff, lovely restaurants (specially Fisherman’s Club by the beach), big up-to-date rooms and cozy sorroundings - only good things to say about our three nights stay.

the hotel is beautiful. Lush with trees and right in front of the ocean. The customer service is also superb. The breakfast though is something else. It’s honestly the best breakfast that I’ve ever tried in any hotels. When my friends was saying that breakfast in Andaz is like breakfast like a king, they are not lying. It was so good and high quality. I would definitely go back again even just for the breakfast.

The check in was efficient and all staffs were friendly. I'm stay at suite with pool access was very comfortable. Breakfast in the Firefox was very good. Great stay at Andaz Sanur Bali with outstanding service, food, and location.
