There’s a reason why the classic will never go out of style. And HR Sanur is one true classic. We loved and enjoyed ourselves to be back at Hyatt Regency Sanur where Gamelan music in the background put us at ease and the beautiful garden is full of nature all around and soothes the soul. Service from the staffs are wonderful without being intrusive. They sincerely want to help you when help is needed yet respects the guest’s peace too if one wants to be not disturbed. This is a gem of a hotel where one can experience Good Old Bali. And Chill out with pizza and cocktail is must at the Pizzaria. Hope things don’t change here & really look forward to the next visit!

My wife and I have been coming to this wonderful resort for many a year, in fact since 1983. It never fails to excel in every department. The staff are an enormous asset as they are all trained by Hyatt to exacting standards. All of them are always so welcoming, friendly, happy, attentive, polite and always smiling. Over the years a lot of them have become our family in Bali. Truly wonderful. The gardens are just perfect in every way with magnificent colours blending beautifully together with the manicured lawns. The lakes and water features are stunning with the friendly ducks paddling around and delighting the children and big kids as well. The kiddies club and outside playground is a work of art in itself and sure to please even todays little sh**ts. The resort is right on the beautiful beach with an abundance of good beachside restaurants and bars only steps away. The resort’s own pizzeria is also right on the beach as well as one of the superb swimming pools. The hotel had a major renovation recently and so everything is in tip top order. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with every one of them having its own balcony overlooking the ocean or lovely gardens. They are fully serviced every day by the so willing and friendly room attendants with nothing too much trouble for them, all done with a very cheerful and wide smile….. Fantastic!!! Sanur is on the quieter and more sedate side of the island and would ideally suit the more mature holiday makers rather than the hustle and bustle of the manic Kuta side of the island. As previously mentioned my wife and I have been holidaying at this wonderful resort for many years and so can highly recommend. I’m sure you will love it too!!!…

If you like the five star experience then this is your hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They very quickly solve any problem you may have. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping in Sanur. The lounge by the beach is particularly nice for relaxing in the evening.

Bali as a whole is only just now beginning to recover from the effects of the covid-19 pandemic, but the Hyatt was fully functioning and in excellent condition. Service was good. The room was clean and well equipped with modern conveniences such as USB charging ports and universal power outlets. Highly recommended.
