We stayed on our last leg of 3 weeks in Bali. We were greeted at the lovely reception area and taken to our wonderful villa once they had decorated with our star signs. The villa was fantastic, just like the photos that we had seen before we went. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (Su was great), breakfast...

Pleasant staff, but had difficulty with the language. Not a fan of outside showers. Toilet blocked first night and we couldn't use them at all until morning. That was a pain, but no trouble rest of stay. Everything was ok, definitely not 5 star experience. Breakfast was ordinary, but plentiful. Overall, just for convenience of location to beach, restaurants and...

The good: Large, cool, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and good aircon. Lovely outdoor sitting/dining area. Great pool - shady, cool, deep and generous size. Lovely bathroom and outdoor shower. Friendly, helpful staff. One minute's walk to the beach and Luhtu's cafe. The not so good: Some little things could make this place excellent: A full size fridge, water dispenser, plates,...

The hotel consists of common facilities (which were very under-utilised during our stay) and 20 separate villas, each hidden behind high walls and locked gates affording guests a substantial level of privacy. The architect and designer of the resort did an excellent job. The villa set up with a private plunge pool at it's heart (directly accessible from the bedroom,...

I had reservations about booking here because of some of the reviews on trip advisor, but the deal worked, the location seemed ideal, so we went for it. Coming from three nights at an outstanding property in Ubud may have been part of the reason we weren't overly impressed when we arrived, but that wasn't the only thing. We had...

We stayed at Villa Mahapala April 27th-May3rd 2016 and we were not disappointed. We are Seniors, aged 67 and it fitted our needs perfectly. Villa was lovely, bed very comfortable and outdoor area with Pool was fantastic. We had Room Service a couple of times, which was great, cause we didn't want to go out and eat, however, plenty of...

We spent 15 days driving around Bali, and near the end of our trek stayed in Mahapala Villa in Sanur. Room was stunning, with our Astrological signs hung behind our bed, beautiful woods, open and large room. Off our bedroom were sliding doors allowing you to plunge into your own private pool. What an oasis! Total privacy and luxury, beautiful...

We had a lovely stay in a two bedroom villa. The staff were wonderful - really high standard of service. Enormous rooms with fantastic bathrooms. The breakfast every day was beautifully prepared and served in the villa. Loved the private pool - it was always shady which is a real bonus in Bali. The location is the absolute winner -...

We visited in March, which I think must be low season as we hardly saw any other guests!!! :) We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and would recommend the hotel in general, just a few things like lights to fix and get someone behind the bar to make those cocktails!! :)

Stayed here for 5 nights after a mix up with our originally booked hotel They were great and we were glad that they were not busy! We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our 2 children (8 and 15) and all the villas here have private pool which we do love and are spoilt by. The two bedroom villas...
