I cannot rave about the villas enough! We travelled over the New Years break so all properties were at capacity however you would not know it in the private oasis that is your villa!
Impeccable service from all staff especially Suwan, Leo, Deedit, Agus and Amar. They made the holiday the perfect experience with their friendly nature and great conversation! Food was delicious at all restaurants including in room dining (Still dreaming of the M Burger!). The onsite deli had lots of delicious treats and the afternoon tea was nice. Could do with more savory food at the afternoon tea though.
The villa itself was perfect. Perfectly maintained with both cleaning services happening at breakfast or dinner respectively. The pool was fantastic and jacuzzi was great. Showers were at a great pressure and of course the automatic toilet was a nice touch. Great use of space all through the villa. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The gym had great facilities and the Bali National Golf Course is not far away. Bali Collection was nice to walk around but the humidity is killer! Just wanted to lounge by my pool all day. The pools around the resort were incredible and the beach was cleaned daily (though not really swimmable).
Airport pickup and drop off was very easy and the car was fantastic.
Cannot wait to return!

Perfect service from all employees, especially Suwan, Leo, Deedit, Agus and Amar. They have made the vacation a perfect experience with friendly nature and great conversation! The food is delicious at every restaurant even in the dining room (Dream of M Burger!). The on-site dishes have lots of delicious dishes and very delicious afternoon tea. Can be done with more salty foods at afternoon tea.
The villa is perfect. Maintain perfect with both cleaning services that occur at breakfast or dinner. The pool is fantastic and the jacuzzi is fantastic. The shower was at a great pressure and of course the automatic restroom was a nice touch. Excellent use of all the spaces through the villas. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.

Before we came, we saw on youtube & photos that Mulia villa is so beautiful and spacious. So we decided to come back for the 4th time to Mulia, but this time we try the Mulia Villa. Starting from the comfortable & clean lobby. Where we were mesmerized to see the big picture of the property from the top where the lobby is. The excitement even go higher when we saw that our Villa in 5122 is super neat, clean (extremely clean), the place was so breathtaking! even more than we expected..the toilet area is so big and we like it. The pool is also super clean & fresh. The garden & balcony is super clean, I can't even get my bare foot dirty 😂.
We spend 5 nights there, we really enjoyed the place, beach, food, and most of all the service. All the staffs we met were so helpful, welcoming & tried to serve at best. Pak Tedy, Pak Agus , Feny & everyone from the butler team work so solid together , they respond very fast & precise to our request. The security also strict & polite whenever we drive into the hotel. Makes is feel safe. They are also been so helpful in receiving online food deliveries for us. Pak Kadek on the fitness center also leave me a good impression of showing positivity & energy. Pak Debi, Updana & Edwin at the lounge totally make our breakfast & afternoon tea totally enjoyable, relaxing & happy.
I can't remember all the names, but all the staffs has done an extraordinary job. Even the ones who work 'behind the curtain' (chefs, juice maker, cleaning, rentokil, gardener, laundry, kitchen, technicians) yet your great work is CLEARLY seen 😻.

I stayed few days at the Mulia Villa. I love every details of the villa as well as the overall hotel and services. The stay was happened to be on the same day as my birthday. The hotel team prepared a personalized birthday cake and wine and they sang a song, which made me really special, thank you for the sweet memorable experience! The villa was extremely huge, we had our own patio and quite large swimming pool. The bathroom was also spacious complete with hot jacuzzi. And the most important thing especially during pandemic is they do regular deep sanitation and ensure the villa is really clean! We also had our own 24-hour attentive butler standby to cater all of our needs which was really helpful, thank you pak Putra, pak Dana and team! Compared to others, food in Mulia is no doubt, best food you could ever ask for. From breakfast to dinner they have varieties cuisines you can select. Breakfast time is the best! You can also enjoy an excellent complimentary afternoon tea with canapes and free flow cocktails and drinks! Will definitely go back here with the complete family members.

It’s actually really hard to write this, I’m still mourning our departure.
The Mulia website pictures stunning accommodation, dining, gardens and pools. It gives the impression of a pristine resort that wants for nothing.
And that’s exactly what it is.
Our villa contained a king bed, spa, both an indoor and outdoor shower (divine; we didn’t bother with the indoor one) and pool adjacent an outdoor dining area and day bed. The bathroom has his and her basins and is bathed in natural light.
Our butler, Yana, was a treasure. He proactively organised transport and bookings, and made sure we knew of all the different activities and dining options available so we didn’t miss out. We often came back to our villa after breakfast greeted by little towel animals awaiting us from Yana, so damn cute. He was often our buggie driver (the resort is about the size of a suburb so the buggie is a must, and also good fun) and it was so nice to have a yarn with him each day about how everything was going, he felt more like a friend by the end of the trip. The icing on the (actual) cake – he and colleague arrived at our villa with a guitar and very fancy piece of cake to sing me happy birthday.
The quality of the food and service at the restaurants is unsurpassed. Each venue has an elegant feel, and those with a la carte dining went above and beyond to cater to my coeliac (gluten free) diet. It was interesting to observe as our stay progressed staff organised themselves to work consistently with groups of guests, which was so enjoyable. The view from the Cascade Lounge is dominated by one of the beautiful pools, palm trees and the ocean. The only disappointment on the dining front was that some of the restaurants weren’t yet open as a result of covid, but we didn’t feel deprived given what was on offer.
The beach is probably the only aspect that doesn’t compare to some other resorts we’ve stayed at. There’s lots of seaweed and the ocean floor is rough in parts with coarse sand and rocks. In saying that, it was hard to miss the effort taken to keep the beachfront in good condition. The maintenance around the resort in general is extraordinary; nothing is ever out of place. I highly recommend the pools; there are a few to choose from, including two with swim up bars and lots of day beds that are well attended by staff.
Mulia Villas is a true luxury destination. The staff make it easy to immerse yourself, you’ll feel like you’ve moved in (devastating when you eventually realise you haven’t).

After conducting a lot of research I booked a Mulia 2 bedroom villa . Even though it was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Bali, I was hoping it would be a well earned treat for my 2 boys who were starting university and college and also a recuperating break for my partner who had had a heart attack 6 months earlier. Well after a few discrepancies arising in the first part of our stay, my complaint was swiftly handled by manager Yakin. What can I say, after meeting us personally he went about reigning in my every concern and ensuring no stone was left unturned to make our stay a memorable one. Firstly a bit about the complex, it’s luxurious and huge. Our villa with its very own private pool and butler services was exceptional. A special thank you to all the butlers but specially to Haris, Suwan and Mustika for their attentiveness. One couldn’t help admiring the extensive surrounding lush grounds either which were highly maintained with not a brown foliage in sight. The dining facilities were second to none and our favourite hang out was at The Cafe. Afternoon tea taken here was just divine with free flow drinks and any personal requests were catered for immediately by team manager REKSA.. thank you for listening to our suggestions and implementing them with the help of your super friendly waiting staff.. it was a pleasure to meet you and the charming ladies ARI, AYU and EKA who were willing to brighten our every visit by going the extra mile, making us feel really special. Breakfast and dinner at The Lounge was also of an exemplary standard with a huge array of international cuisines. We intended to try every mouth watering dish but with the huge selection on offer, this wasn’t to be. Swimming pools which are aplenty are also grandiose and some of the best we’ve seen. I could go on and on praising this gem of a hotel. It exceeded our expectations and without YAKIN and his powerhouse, A team of very diligent and hard working staff, i don’t think The Mulia could be at the forefront of its competitors. Rest assured, with the memories we’ve made there, we will be returning again, without any hesitation. Family and friends are told ‘ everyone needs a Mulia experience’.. The only drawback is they’re not a worldwide chain and only specifically located in Indonesia.. Please branch out as your growth would surely be exponential and I would cease looking for any other accommodations.. MULIA has won us over.. A heartfelt thank you to you all.

As The Living Room was closed, we used The Lounge for breakfast/ afternoon tea, cocktails ~ accessible by buggies, ~ which were always available in a few minutes ~.
We're pleased that the Hotel Manager, Adam Bardetta and all his team, (sorry ~ a long list of names) on every individual occasion all reached out to us throughout our stay and were a delight to talk to with a genuine desire to ensure every step of our holiday journey was magic and memorable.
Mr Baretta is an exceptionally gifted hospitality individual whose proactive service approach allowed us to relax in the knowledge with the fact that he knew what we wished for on every occasion without the effort of thinking of it ourselves.
Maybe this resort is too sterile for some but all the staff who works here compensate for the lack of cultural aspects by their charm, uniqueness and authenticity which attract tourists elsewhere.
Having visited The Mulia 10 years ago when it opened its doors, we were very pleased to see it still remains a beautiful established resort that allows for security, privacy, comfort and tranquillity within the hotel's extensive setting of lush manicured grounds and beautiful swimming pools.
This time we stayed at Villa 5321 with ocean views which was perfectly positioned with a vista over the grounds and the beach beyond, totally private and totally luxurious.
Butlers, reservations, housekeeping, spa services, restaurants all were top notch, and provided us with the highest standards of service and great products.
Our Luxury Escapes package was an excellent value even with different food menus. It didn't differ much from the original.
All in all, I highly recommend this place to visit & stay ~ definitely worth the money.

From the moment you arrive at the property you will experience amazing service. The staff are attentive and highly professional. Lovely Santy, Benny and the team at the Livingroom made our morning’s and afternoon’s a pleasure. Desi and the team at Soleil for a wonderful Sunday brunch. Bayu and the excellent team at The Cafe were always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. All of the restaurants provided excellent variety and exceptional quality in their offerings. Our butlers Heri and Putra were always happy to make bookings and offer information. The beds and bedding in the large villas is cloud like and the toiletries are divine. This would have to be the most well maintained resort in Bali. Our villa was sparkling clean. Even though it is a large resort it has many intimate spaces to sit, loads of sun lounges around pools and on the beach. Our villa was quiet and perfect. We will be be back, our new happy place.

This is my 2nd review on this hotel! I have stayed every year in Mulia Villa and always feel happy with their service attitude, food quality and its property.
During this pandemic situation, I have decided to spend 11 nights in their villa for Christmas & NYE. After all, my family deserve a nice break after being lock down for so many months.
I don’t need to mention again about their service or food quality or property again. I have visited most the same level hotels in Nusa Dua or even whole Bali either for dining or stay! You will find it hard to find hotel with the level of Mulia either in Bali or the whole universe! No kidding!
During this stay, I managed to highlight their wonderful staff, starting from pak Suwan, the Butler - very attentive and personal service in taking care our family. Faris and Lestari from the Lounge - always ensure our tummy full with yummy breakfast or afternoon delight!
Some people might say Mulia is too strict with its regulation, can not do this, can not do that! But hey, during this pandemic, would you like to stay in a filthy or fully occupied hotel with a risk getting corona virus? If you stay in Mulia, you will get what you paid for! You choose a Villa or Suite, you get the proper benefits and feel safe always! Other 5 star hotel might reduce their rate to the level of 3 star hotel, but I am happy Mulia decide not to lower their rate to ridicilious level in order to fill up their occupancy level!
Okay, get to the point then! The highlight of my stay this time is when I realized one day after checking out, I left my newly purchased diamond ring in their safe deposit. I bought few items while I’m in Bali and forget to bring this one home. Hopelessly I tried to call them and ask whether they can check it in the safe deposit!
ONLY Within 17minutes, pak Guruh from Asst Manager Front Desk call me and inform me that they have found it in the safe deposit! Not me calling them but they are!
I had few incidents when I left my phone charger, my son bracelet etc etc in other 5 star hotel either locally or overseas, never ever I managed to get it back!
But with Mulia, I am trully impressed with their response and their staff honesty! Trully a world class service level! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone else! No need to stay in other hotel in Nusa Dua even the newest one! You want safety? Hygiene? Quality food? Go to Mulia!

The villa people have access to the butler buggy use so getting to Mulia hotel section is easy. To walk could be as much as 10 minutes if both parties were on the outer edges of their section. If I was you I would think it will be all ok.
There are more places to choose from in the Nusa Dua area.
