It was my first stay in this hotel, luckily I got the promotional rate which is very good price. They upgraded my room into the higher level for free. Very much appreciated. The room was big with a pool and beach view (very nice view), I could hear the sound of the wave from the balcony which was amazing and very relaxing. The balcony was huge with a comfortable sofa. The staff did excellent service and very friendly. It's indeed a 5 stars service. Unfortunately I only stayed for 1 night, I wish I could stay there forever :)

I was in doubt to book this hotel after reading some bad reviews, especially the ones relating to monkeys invasion. But booked it anyway. I had a low expectation though. Turned out the bad reviews did not do them justice. The positive side about Hilton Bali is that during the Covid-19, the rooms were cleaned with Hilton Clean Stay program before the guests checked in so we can feel a bit relax. On the monkeys, the staffs did not deny that there were monkeys in the hotels but the key is to not give them food or leave any food in the balcony, if you do not want them becoming your uninvited guests. Fortunately, I did not see any single monkeys in my rooms during my three days stay (I stayed at the Cliff Tower rooms). I even spent quite some time in the balcony area because the view from the balcony is magnificent! The beach view at Hilton is really beautiful. The rooms are also modern because they just finished renovating the hotels, I believe. Breakfast was decent. Not plenty of menus but it was good to keep your stomach stuffed til lunch time. They offer a good hospitality towards their guests. It can be seen that they are quite understaff (probably due to the Covid). But even so, this does not jeopardize the service given to the customers. All in all, a decent five star hotel. I would def consider coming back.

I decided to write another review of this Hotel, based on my second visit for two nights. You can read my first review below. Not like my first visit to this hotel, my second stay was not very pleasant. From the moment I arrved at this hotel, the check in experience was bad. Mr. Agung helped me with the check in, I politely asked, why as a diamond member I didnt get an upgrade to a suite. He explained that all the suite was sold out. Yet I could find it on their app. And so began all the awkwardness. After given the key, there was a moment of silence, and suddenly He asked the other staff to bring the welcome drink and cold tower, which they should provide it earlier. So I just immediately leave them. I entered the King Exe Ocean View on level 9, which is just a same room on my previous visit, only with the ëxecutive" benefit, which turn out to be just a two glasses per person drinks. I waited in the room for 3 hours, then decided to call the manager on duty, which was IWAN at the time (I knew him on my first stay). I asked why the didnt give any welcome amenity for a diamond member, he apologized. I also asked about the suite upgrade, he explained that a diamond member not entitled for an executive suite. I replied, Ok then, so its not because the suite unavailable, but because Im not entitled to one. IWAN said that he would call me later, yet I didnt received any call during my stay. :) The executive lounge was not operating, not like other hotel that served the afternoon tea and evening cocktail in room, Hilton Bali served their evening cocktail at the Shore restaurant. I honestly surprised with the beverage choices, You can only choose cocktail from the happy hour menu, and no canapes served. I didnt use my second day voucher and decided to have a drink at neighbourhood beach club.. During the breakfast, Mahayani approach me again and asked about my stay, I understand that She couldnt help with my problem regarding the room, but she promised to deliver the message to the department. Mahayani was friendly and helpful as usual. On the last day, I called the FO, asked for a late check out, the lady declined and explained that there will be a guest waiting. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and He gave me 1:30 pm check out. I also asked for a facial tissue, which was run out since yesterday. The housekeeping lady delivered the tissue rudely said: this is your tissue".And leave. WHAT an attitude. It was surely a bad experience, I promised my self not to stay at this hotel again at least until this whole condition get better. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- March 2021 (1st review) Arrived at 1pm, they recognized me as a Gold member, informed that my room was upgraded to ocean view. The checkin staff Iwan, was very nice. He politely asked whether have I ever stayed at the hotel, and explained about the facility. Also directed me toward the elevator to my room. This hotel has amazing view of Indian Ocean. Great pool (unfortunately the slide was closed during pandemic), clean private beach, and a nice restaurants. The room was nice and clean, with a big sofa bed. The bathroom was ok They charged a 25k Rupiah for the room service, it’s acceptable during this situation, and still worth it because the food was delicious. During breakfast, one of the restaurants staff (Mahayani) approached me, thanking me for my loyalty, asked about the breakfast and make sure I got everything I need. Later we had a small chit-chat and she told me about the hotel situation during this pandemic and encouraged me to come back to this hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay This is the level of service that I thought every hotel should followed

I would like to recognize service delivered by Hillton, i was impressed with their services, very professional and also good service, the hotel was very cleaned and you dont have to worry to stay in their hotel because the room was sanitized. The food was also good. Will come back for sure!

Upon visiting i have a higher expectation comparing at other hilton service. I was wrong. Tower Cliff room is decent size with very minimal size bar. Not really recommend for a family stay especially with 2 kids. If you need some cutlery send your room, they will charge about US$2 each visit. When i was booking, i didnt really care about the number of adult. So i put 1 adult instead of 2. And the breakfast came in just 1 adult. If you wanted to add they will charge another $15 for kid!! I didnt bother to ask how much for the adult. Since im only do juice in am.) Breakfast was very sad and lack of choices. We still staying here for another 8 days. And it was a wrong decision. If we could moved to the neighborhood hotel we will definitely do it.
