Lots of places do the Sunday Brunch now in Bali but for value for money I think The Laguna does it very well at a reasonable price. The cocktail list was one of the best and varied I have been to. The food on offer was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our day, lots of small dishes bought to your table which was great to get a taste test of so many lovely dishes. It was lovely sitting at our table on the beach in the shade on a Sunday afternoon, will definitely come back again, was very enjoyable and the staff were so very attentive, they were the best, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Booked this hotel through Emirates vacation for myself and 10year old daughter ….I had friends who also booked ….this hotel service is 5+ ⭐️….every person on this property will greet you and ask you about your stay and if there is anything they could help with ….at breakfast they will also inquire about your stay …ask about your plans for the day and even make suggestions….special mention to Augustine….Niko…..Shintya…..Agus…..Sukasana…Putra and Dian ….you guys when over and beyond everyday we came in contact with you guys…. The Manager Agus was readily available to answer any concerns or questions The grounds is breathtaking my family and friends shared this vacation with me cause I continuously post pictures and videos of this exceptional stay….everyone wants to come to Laguna Bali…I surely be back again…
Advised 4 months after booking there would be building work during our 10 day visit in August this year with parts of the the hotel/facilities closed off. The work has been going on since late 2021 but we have only just been advised? Leaving us not time to find an alternative hotel - all booked. Raised concerns directly via email with the General Manager Lucia Liu 'laguna.reservation@luxurycollection.com' but unfortunately have had no response. Was due to be a special family trip. Disappointing.
After visiting laguna I found all the restaurants had the same menu , nice salad bowls although everything else I tried was tasty the serves were extremely small & overpriced The staff were amazing as was the view
Our recent stay at the Laguna Resort and Spa was exceptional in every way. The resort is currently undergoing a transformation and the new facilities are starting to open. We were lucky enough to help christen the new Balè Bar and enjoyed the signature Jamu Sling cocktail. All of the food and cocktails provided were exceptional! The thing that sets Laguna apart from other resorts we have stayed at in Bali is the staff. From old-timers like Sari, Sudra and Sukarino, to managers Arya, A Gus, Didier, Awrianto and Suka, and all the many others – they made our stay amazing! They each went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and that we had a wonderful time. Suksma! Looking forward to coming back and seeing the completed transformations at the hotel.
Our third time holiday at the Laguna Nusa Dua and the resort keep their high and distinctive services to us. Even though there is a major renovation happening but all facility and services still at best standard provided by the hotel and the staff. We stayed at our favorite two bedrooms villa and it suitable for family with kids. During Fasting/Ramadhan time, our breakfast sent to our villa at our needed time early in the morning. We will surely return to Laguna again for our next trip to Bali. Special thanks to Ms. Dian, Mr. Adi, Mr. Soefyan and the rest of villa butler and reception for their professional and helpful courtesy to us as always.
The service in general and the kindness of the people working at this hotel is OUTSTANDING! I stayed two times at the Laguna and it was always NEXT LEVEL! From the welcome experience to the goodbye. They treated me so well that it’s hard to find words. A special shout out to Shintya. She and her team at the breakfast took so much care of me. I got a goodbye gift (home made mango marmalade) and a handwritten letter - I wasn’t expecting it. Also the butler Made (yes, this hotel comes with a 24/7 butler service) is such a kind person. Also a BIG thank you to the concierge who organized buying a special type of peanuts for me that I can take it home with me 🤗 To the entire team: Thank you 🙏
It was a tough choice for our Easter weekend because there are so many great hotels in Nusa Dua. But we finally made the right and the best choice! La Laguna is currently under renovation work (but no noise for the guests) to ensure that guests have a better experience post-pandemic. The available rooms are not top modern but ver clean, spacious and offer everything you need. So far, so good. Any other hotel would have received 4 points. Where La Laguna is shooting out the lights is in hospitality. Amazing! We came with our 10 month old baby and after 1 day (!) everybody in the resort knew his and our name. From the construction worker to the waitresses and reception desk; everybody provided us with the very best in hospitality. The hotel hosts one of the best restaurants (Arwana) in the are. There is ample pool space and very comfy high sun beds! We will come back to enjoy more after the construction work is finished in September. Great work and Big Thanks to the Laguna team!…
I stayed here with friends for couple of days. Our friends are staying in the Villa while we were staying in the room, so we got to check their villa too - and it is amazing! The villa has a decent private pool and spacious garden, which is very beautiful! At the time, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which I really like (I guess due to the pandemic and they were under major renovation). My room qas also very nice (although slightly small compared to other hotel in Nusa Dua) and has a balcony overlooking the lagoon and a bit of the ocean! The only negative for me was the fact that when you enter the room, you need to take couple stairs down (so your room is slightly lower than the door, which I happened to fall down from twice!) But I guess I'm not sure what they can do about it. They also have couple of chicken/rooster running around the area which is pretty cute! But the past part of the hotel is definitely the staff/team at the Arwana Restaurant. They are all very kind and accommodating. They check on us regularly and were very friendly in regards to everything that we need! Definitely one of the kindest service I've ever experienced in Bali.…
After a very tiring morning run, we decided to have our breakfast at Arwana Restaurant at The Laguna. The restaurant has various dishes (Western, Asian, Indonesian) that we can order unlimitedly. Surprisingly, the food was really tasty. They also served fresh baked goods that they claimed to be homemade. My favorite was their blueberry muffin. What made me enjoy the experience was the fact that they had these Guinea chickens (ayam mutiara) walking around in the area asking us for food. Lastly, shoutout to our waiter Ibu Lilik. She was super duper friendly to us, even treated us like hotel guests (we didn't stay at the hotel). She has been working at The Laguna for more than 20 years, and I would say she's done very great work at her job, I could tell that she's very passionate about it. Thanks a lot, Arwana! Will come back here soon.…
