Overall the place is nice, beautifully setup room, pretty swimming pool, nice and clean. The staff also was helpful and accommodating. It would be better if the TV was smart TV, so we could netflix and chill.

the worst stay of my entire life. there was only one staff who handle my checked in, when we checked in, someone came and rampage at the office, kicked the staff and threatened to kill me and my partner if we didn't come out. there is only one staff at the hotel without being able to do anything to handle and control him. after that, we remained threatened until outside of the hotel with a broken glass. very bad experience, unfriendly and bad staff and bad management. I complained to the staff but it was useless. I strongly do not recommend staying at this place. I give some photos as proof. but the hotel is beautiful and the room is nice

Overall my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, the grounds are nice, the pools are lovely. The location was very good - it is away from the crazy Seminyak and full of traffic jam Canggu. What is weird is the payment. They require you to pay in advance by transferring the money to their local bank account. If you book through Booking.com or other OTAs, they will still message you and ask for a transfer.

The place has nice swimming pools, and that’s it. Many things were so disappointing. Helmets got stolen everyday, and they say they are not responsible for it. Fine, their restaurant has horrible menu and service, you order salad, they give you french fries. Not mentioning about how rude was the front desk the first day of check in, she asked for cash deposit while I was still reading the terms of stay, and she said she need the money right now, can’t she wait at least 1 min for me finishing reading. We booked 1 week, and a guy came to ask us to pay for the motorcycle rentals in the middle of the week, which usually guests pay all the bill at the end of our check out. They only take cash for motorcycle rental and didn’t inform us ahead of time. What if the guests have no cash that’s ready pay for the whole week? Overall, there are plenty of aggressive street dogs barking and chasing behind your motorcycle all the time. We have been to Bali 3 times, this is the worst experience we have ever had so far. Almost ruin the beautiful memories that Bali hold in my heart.

Grounds are beautifully maintained. As soon as you walk through the gate it’s peaceful and you forget about the hustle and bustle of Bali. The service was nice and quick. Pools are salt water. The beds are very hard though and bathroom has no windie for fresh airflow.

Please be aware that there is additional charge upon check in We argued because it was different amount than when we booked and also the email confirmation we received from the hotel. Many excuses given by the receptionist blaming the bank policy, etc. In short, we ended up paying more than their written confirmation. Showing lacked of professionalism

Spanish style accommodation. Really good place to say. Downside is hard for taxi drivers to find due to poor signage on the main road and the driveway needs to be updated asap its a safety hazard esoecialky at night. Bar and restaurant staff are very friendly! Always smiling!
