The first time I came to Bali was 35 years ago. The changes are immeasurable, some good, many bad but the Balinese are resilient and retain much of their traditional culture. This is very evident at Hotel Jepun. Thanks goodness! This place takes me back...More
I really find this hard to write. I would love to keep the Jepun a big secret. I love this hotel. It is so the true Bali. Family owned, amazing staff and a small quiet oasis in the hectic area of Kuta. So central just...More
Jepun Hotel is well placed in Kuta to all the bars and restaurants but just far enough away from the noise. The hotel is small but provides everything a traveller needs. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to look after you....More

There are quite a few ground level Junior Suites. And yes they do have a fridge in the room. They have a basic Breakfast menu which is included in the room price, it's adequate. You can take your own goodies to the dining area, vegemite, cereals, orange juice is worth buying outside and keeping in your room fridge as they charge a fair bit for a small glass of juice, take your own they don't mind. You can even supply your own bacon and they will cook it for you. There's heaps of good bars and restaraunts in the area. Bamboo Bar and Restaraunt a ten minute walk at the most does a great mixed grill and pretty good live music. There's a very good Chinese which I think is called Seafood House very close by, it has a giant crab above the entrance, there food is excellent. You can also walk to the Bali Garden Beach resort and eat and drink at the Boardwalk Restaraunt,it is in a wonderfull location overlooking the ocean, very cold beers at the outside bar there and they do great Daquiris.
