While it's clear that the hotel (and the area) is still recovering from the pandemic, the staff are doing everything they possibly can to make the guests' experiences amazing. From the moment we checked in, we felt like the staff actually cared about us which was a really nice feeling. To be honest, in some senses, I felt like the room was a bit on the dated side when some strange set up features like a stall shower across the hall from the rest of the bathroom - but the bathroom also had a tub/shower so don't think for a moment that we suffered!! Also, since all of the rooms face into the central courtyard area, you do have to keep track of the curtains as every room can see into others which is odd. Otherwise, the bed was SUPER comfortable. The air conditioning kept the room absolutely wonderful. I slept far better at the hotel than I normally do at home! The staff also keep the hotel extremely clean. We got a ton of use out of the pool and gym as well. The pool is really wonderful! We didn't use the top level pool with bar but rather used the heck out of the giant courtyard pool and the hot tub - though there were never any towels at the pool when we went. And the BREAKFAST!! Wow! it was incredible. There was such a wonderful mix of western and local foods. I think I gained weight every morning! The location - I won't slam the location because we knew what we were picking. We wanted this location not because we are into the nightlife scene but rather because it offered far more access to local food options than the super-fancy resorts in areas further south. So, while I cannot say I love the "massage" and bar scene, this worked for us!

We arrived late at night and checked in no night porter to help with our bags and once checked in we did get lost finding our room. Once we were in our room all was good room was lovely and clean and a balcony. The next morning we asked if we could pay the extra for a pool access room which Tria was very pleasant and helped us organise this room. We would defiantly recommend pool access room just so relaxing sitting on the little deck then hoping in the pool and the room seemed a little bit bigger, Room service and house keeping were great it was lovely after a day out to come back to a lovely clean room. Breakfast was fantastic such a great variety of food and lovely friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. There is also a roof top pool bar with a great view and service. Our favourite bar was the Best Brew Bar we had dinner there a few nights or came back there for happy hour after going out . Shout out to Ari the bar manager such great service and very friendly he makes you feel so welcome and also his trainee Yogi they had the best smiles.

We have recently spent 9 nights at Four Points by Sheraton Kuta and were very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency displayed at all times by the staff. We experienced a minor problem with the room and within 10 m of bringing the matter to the attention of the front office staff the matter was attended to and satisfactorily corrected. There was even a follow up call by the front desk to ensure that the matter attended to our satisfaction. On the following day facility management approached us at breakfast and ensured the the issue we had was fixed to our satisfaction. We were very impressed by the fact the Manager concerned had been fully briefed on the matter, even though it was relatively simple. The bar service at the various pools was fantastic and We found the staff very informative about their country and culture, always happy to enlighten us about Balinese culture. The food service was good tasty, nutritious and good servings. Certainly the happy hour cocktails were great. We would confidently recommend this facility, could not fault anything, we would have no hesitation on using this facility and it's professional and friendly team again.

Stopped in here while walking by, saw sign, happy hour cocktails. I can say they are the best cocktails I've had in Bali. Express o Martini, Tequila sunrise, Margarita, Pina Colada all yum. 2 for 1 & they worked out about $5. Aud each. Staff are friendly & happy. Definitely recommend a visit for a few cocktails.

It’s our first time to Bali and we are staying in three different hotels this is our first one, what a way to start the holiday! The hotel staff/people are all so friendly and polite genuinely seem like really nice people. We are going to miss the hotel, it’s very clean the rooms are really comfortable and spacious (we upgraded to lagoon access highly recommend this) from start to finish they couldn’t do enough for us, not one negative thing about this hotel and the people - thank you.

Wonderful Balinese service. Bali is slowly recovering from a very challenging few years but you would not feel it from the staff at the hotel. Kuta has a lot of closed shops and areas around and will take some time to get back to normal. However the staff were amazing and special credit to Arianta and Satria and the hospitality team. They were super engaging, we held great conversations and can't speak highly enough of their level of service. Once Indonesia removes the PCR test requirement to come here, things will surely return to normal. Hotel is immaculate, rooms are well appointed and breakfast was comprehensive. Would stay again

The hotel itself is very well located in the heart of Kuta and has two lovely pools (one of which can actually be accessed directly from your balcony depending on the room you chose!). But the main reason for this review is actually to praise the hotel staff. Just a few days ago I had a relatively serious accident just outside the hotel and as I rushed in, I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members who not only helped me straight away but guided me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time while I was receiving the required treatment. Sesko Sunny, the Loss Prevention Manager, went well above and beyond what anyone would expect and I can safely say any company would be lucky enough to have him. Once again, thanks for all the help!
