Amnaya Resort Kuta is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed ! The staff were all extremely kind and helpful which always made my day! It was my first stay here and first ever trip to Bali but will definitely not be my last as well! The room was cosy and provided lots of comfort. I was very fond of the balcony and resting bed outside the balcony as well! It was truly a tremendous stay! I was here during Hari Nyepi as well and the hotel provided such comfort and ease throughout the day. Can’t stress that the staff were extremely friendly and made my stay really pleasant ! Recommend

Nice hotel, room was very spacious and beautiful, the pool was quite big. The breakfast was amazing and the staff (Widi, Ratna and Tana) - extremely helpful. It was calm and quiet despite central location. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the Amnaya resort at Kuta. They have great hospitality and comfortable stay. The breakfast and all other meals are scrumptious. They have great staff like Dee, Eka and Aussie who make guest comfort as the priority. Definitely recommend stay at this resort.

The best resort / hotel I’ve ever been to. We had the check in with one of the receptionist Septi - she’s extremely polite and informative, very welcoming as well. She assisted us to our room, explained to us the amenities the room have, etc. And we decided to book a Bali tour with the hotel, with the staff Trisma, he’s also very helpful in assisting us with arranging everything. The room: It was the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Very fancy and spacious, cool, big bed. Balcony was nice, I had the one with pool view, there’s also a sofa/cushion bed with light in the balcony as well. They provide good AC, TV (although the TV has very limited channels), hairdryer, kettle, coffee&tea, drinking water, different sizes of towels, good rubber slippers, lots of clothes hangers. I love the ambience of the room, I love the warm yellow lighting, the wood furnitures, the scent. They have the best scent of hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash!! I’m always looking forward to take a shower everyday! They even sell them in case you want to buy one as well haha. The breakfast: Please please pleaseeee include breakfast in your booking. Their breakfast is superb! It was super delicious and the presentation of the dish is pretty! The second thing I’m looking forward to everyday is the breakfast. It’s not a buffet style breakfast, it’s a la carte style. You’ll be given a menu, then you’ll get to choose bread of your choice, juice, an entree, the main meal, and coffee or tea. They have a set breakfast as well in the menu if you fancy one. I tried different mains, and all of them are super delish haha. The breakfast runs from 7-10AM. It was such a big breakfast for us that we don’t even have to worry about getting lunch anymore. They also offer free afternoon tea with coffee and tea and some traditional cakes. It runs from 4:30-6PM. The hotel: Very clean, it’s a semi outdoor ground floor, where the receptionist, the pool, and the restaurant are located. Although from the outside hotel it might seem a bit old, but the inside is fancy (especially when you get to the rooms hall - one of my fav part of the hotel too). They also have a library, gym, spa and in-hotel laundry service. Upon checking out, we were assisted with Dee, Ratna, and Widy. They helped us check our room in case we forget anything, and we were given a good luck charm! Overall, if I could give Amnaya Resorts / Hotel Kuta a 10 stars, I totally would. Excellent service. Super delighted that we got to stay at Amnaya Kuta. Can’t wait to come back here again! If you’re staying in the Kuta area, pleaseeee try Amnaya. It’s also only a 12-minute drive from Ngurah Rai Airport, and very close to malls, restaurants, laundry services, the Kuta Beach (you can walk it). Thanks Amnaya!…

The staff here were amazing! Exceptionally friendly and easy to approach. Whenever you walk past any staff, they greeted us kindly and asked us about our day. I particularly want to comment on Mila, Ratna, and Bawa. They frequently checked up on my husband and I to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated to. The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start my honeymoon than to have been here.

Thanks to all the lovely staff here at Amnaya. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Miss Dee from our arrival was extremely helpful and accompanying with early check in and room upgrade, and sorting late check out. Greetings from staff with our names every day and evening. Helping with waterbom tickets and anything really. Made sure our card was checked on our arranged late check out. Our many thanks and hope to see you all again someday. Dee, Mila, pupisita , risma, “ and the many other staff more names I can’t remember exactly or spell 😆 sorry !!! So rather guess thanks also. ) And the lovely spa staff. A must do. One of the best in Bali for sure. I know a lot of people say that but… it’s very dreamy. musicians every night were nice too. All round great facilités and quiet ( just far enough from Mall ) I also enjoyed people on occasion sounding like they were about see their last breath at Waterbom. Hilarious.
