Second time in 6 weeks I stayed at Golden Tulip Jineng. Again I enjoyed my stay. The entire crew has been fantastic yet again. Huge shout out to Novi, Maya and the GM Ginda. Nothing is impossible. Great selection for breakfast and the bucket promotion in the bar is well worth. Stayed in one of their suites, with pool access. Ideal for business as it is spacious.

I stay at golden tulip from 26 oct to 29 oct 2022 On 27 oct my son’s birthday.they gave a faboulas surpise at breakfast time .they made it very spl. Th staff is very kind n helpfull.i love to stay there. Thnks to the hotel to make our holiday memorable

Came to the hotel around 12.30, but was not given a room and told to wait till 2pm or go to the nearby mall which was a good 25 minutes walk away which we did. Was told i would be upgraded to a Junior suite with a Jacuzzi but was denied the same by a grumpy guy with the name SUGAR on his name tag. My Junior suite was spacious and clean, everything worked well till a day before we could leave when we got dirty black muddy water from the taps and which took most of the day to get repaired which was done by the time we got back. The property is OLD but is set in a beautiful garden more like a park with a swimming pool in the centre. The location is terrible, nothing around. For everything we had to hire a taxi ( minimum of 30000 IDR), which the reception was kind enough to order for us. So location wise, think again, nothing around. The hotel has a spa which offers 20% discount, but we never visited. Breakfast had a very large spread and the best we have had in Bali. We ordered room service thrice and though most of what was on the menu and what we wanted was NOT available, whatever we ordered was good quality, large portions and reasonable priced. The bathroom does not have a door and can disturb your partner when you brushing your teeth. The commode and the showers were seperate areas. The head shower had no pressure at all and was disappointing. Most of the water spouts were not working. Check out was fast. Will I stay here again? well, for its location, one end of sunset road with nothing around, I would not choose or suggest this hotel.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience at the golden tulip however we can see the hotel definitely has potential and perhaps was lovely before covid. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel the breakfast had lots of choice, the price was super cheap and the location is good especially if you don’t mind walking which we always enjoy. Also comfortable beds. There is a basic gym with everything you’d need although it’s not air conned. However the damp in the hotel is probably a safety risk, black mould in communal hallways and in the bedrooms. Obviously for he price we don’t expect the most modern rooms but we do expect the, to be clean which unfortunately they were far from. Lots of dust, stains, holes in bedding, stained bedding and grey towels. The bathroom had lots of scum. The fridge had dirty water at the bottom. We also had to change rooms due to black water coming from shower, we were offered little compensation but a plate with some melon was left in our room and little apology. A nice hotel but needs a lot of TLC before we recommend anyone to stay.

When you enter the lobby, the open-air, quiet and fresh will give you a pleasant vibes. The check-in was smoothly! The reception staff (the girl but sorry I forgot your name) is very nice and details although I should wait for the room is ready (around 30 min). When I enter the room, it was spacious, clean and comfort! (the pics on the website dont lie HAHA). Stayed on the 5th floor with a gorgeous views on the balcony made me feel alive🫣. Exactly will going back soon!

We are staying at golden Tulip for our family holiday. Although the resort is older, the staff make every effort to keep it clean and tidy. The staff are very attentive and warm and helpful. They have met all of our needs and are always very responsive kind and accommodating. This resort is not in a tourist area at all it is tucked away behind the busy hussle and bussle of kuta and Legian but is only a $2 go jek to those areas. We have found it lovely to be in such a “local” area, surrounded by local shops and warungs. It’s not busy and crowded which is great. The location of sunset road makes it easy to get to many locations around Bali. Next door is the most amazing spa called reborn that I highly recommend. The breakfast is so extensive, they make up your room promptly every morning and refill everything. For $80 a night for 2 adults and 2 children with a pool access suite and buffet breakfast daily, with great facilities and genuine, kind and friendly staff. This resort is great. We are enjoying our time here immensely. Thank you Golden Tulip. The staff really make this place.

The maintenance of this hotel is extremely BAD! - The curtain was torn, and some of the hooks are missing - The shower area was dirty - the glass top above the minibar was broken - Paints peeled off - The bottle opener in bathroom was corroded - One light bulb off - Towels are torn and the colour become grey Golden Tulip as The management company should be ashamed.

I had a very pleasant holiday here for 13 nights. Can’t fault anything. Staff friendly, pool clean, nice food and great exercise equipment. Not a pleasant stay, check google reviews. I’ve stayed during April and requested for a beer bucket on menu which stated that it’s available all day, when i called i was told all day is from 6am - 6pm. I assume chef was not on duty to cook a damn bottled beer. Bad service, worn off rooms, walls are full of stains, sheets are yellow.. book a better place then this, instant regret after arrival.

I stayed at the hotel before the pandemic and I was satisfied at that time. Now I was there again hoping nothing has changed but I was so wrong. I had booked the suite with pool access on the website of golden tulip. When I arrived they could not find my booking. After I showed them all the details they still could not find out the correct rate. Of course the room was not prepared. Reason was that they said they are fully booked, which is not possible due to the pandemic. The reception event started to argue with me and that I need to wait with my family and my 9 years old daughter. Once we entered the room. there was just 1 towel and 2 little bottles of water for the 3 of us. So we needed to ask housekeeping again. My daughter did not enjoy the pool since it was filthy and even garbage was swimming in it. We complained to the reception, and a guy was coming cleaning the pool by taking leaves out, but he left the garbage in the pool. Breakfast was also not standard anymore. Just egg and pancake station, some salad, 2 asian dishes, Sausages and potatoes. No yoghurt, no musli, no juice. Very poor overall and I am so disappointed that I will not go there again. The hotel need to get used to serve customers again. seems they forgot it all during the pandemic

There was a glitch in our reservation system that we have followed up to prevent similar thing happen in the future. That day, despite the pandemic era, we were in high demand and the room type you have requested, however we managed to allocate alternative room for you and family. We apologize for making you waiting even longer than expected for this reason. Our pool is surrounded by trees and lush garden and leaves are inevitably littering the area, including the pool. We have informed our landscape department to do skim off the leaves more frequently to make sure it is free from leaves most of the time. We acknowledge your comments on breakfast too.
