The hotel lacks of proper maintenance. I booked 2 night for Deluxe room twin beds. I checked in at 6pm after diving trip on 15 April 2022. There was no one in the reception lobby except a young male receptionist. He gave my room 8026. The furniture in room showing sign of wear & tear. I took photo of the wash basin with crackline and a deep scratch mark on mirror for record . Just in case I may be accused of causing the damages When I took a shower, the pvc hose came off from the shower head. Good thing was I knew how to fix it. I requested for drinking water , a standard in most hotel will provide drinking bottle. But was told I to fill the glass jar in the room with drinking water. The water dispenser was located in the corridor. I asked for tooth paste and brush, the guy who answered my phone told me housekeeping was off duty, asked me to call again next morning. The price I paid was a few Singapore dollar cheaper than Amnaya Resort Hotel, Kuta, which I stayed for 4 nights , not far from Swiss-Bel hotel, the conditions of this Swiss-Bel hotel do not warrant the price. I checked out Swiss-Bel hotel on 16 April morning, though I had already paid for the stay till 17 April because I wanted the comfort that I enjoyed at Amnaya Resort hotel. I checked in Amnaya for 1 night on 16 April evening, after my diving trip to Nusa Penida. I strongly recommend for any foreign tourists TO AVOID this Swiss-bel Tuban hotel. The hotel owner and management staff really should check ALL the rooms conditions, close off the rooms which are not up to standard and do maintenance repair first. I would think the hotel would not get good rating until the hotel management improve the staff attitude and upgrade the room conditions.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and room services were great. Checking in and checking out was quick! The hotel responded to my email very promptly. Helped us called taxis when we needed them. The hotel is only 6-10 minutes away from the airport! Under the current situation, the hotel provided free masks for its' guests. (Very thoughtful) I really appreciate the airport transfer. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable! And fast wifi! The pool was clean and well maintenanced. However, the breakfast buffet could have more options. Also, the gym room was small and not well equipped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel! Wish I stayed longer in this hotel instead of booking two different hotels during my stay in Bali.

Got this hotel through a package. The stay was excellent and the pool view is really top notch. They cover all types of foods in the complementary break and you will be amused to taste it. Everything they do, they do it in top class!!! Don't miss it. Added to that, it is just 15 mins from the airport.

We stay In #8240 The rooms were lovely, bed was very comfortable and amazing pool lagoon likes Swiss-Bel Hotel Sanur. It was absolutely spot on, with a gorgeous buffet breakfast every morning and great value for money. Would definitely come back. The staff were friendly and accommodating The breakfast should has more choices and wi-fi was difficult to re-connection after back from outside, shower tile broken, and also shower glass sealant need to replace with new one for excellent experience

Stayed for two nights before flying out of DPS. Clean and welcoming reception, nice outside area with pool restaurant and bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was unwell during the stay and the hotel gave a complimentary return trip to the hospital which was incredibly good. Check in is advertised as 14:00 but we were kept waiting until 15:30 in the heat but had complimentary lunch. We wanted to upgrade as family room was stuck in a corner above smoking area. Not good sight for 4 year old. Had to pay full room fee for the initial booking PLUS the suite cost. Suite had adjoining tours to a normal room so we heard screaming and laughter all night. No mini bar, completely the opposite of a suite. Rooms are not sound proof. Pool opens at 7:30am and you hear everything, even from the 5th floor. Chinese tourists hacking and spitting on side and in the pool. Reported and the staff were too scared and timid to do anything. Not cheap and not particularly cheerful.

Booked 2 rooms via Traveloka, and gave a special request in the app for a twin bed room for both rooms. When checking in, front desk officer said I booked a King size bedroom for both rooms. I showed him my booking on my phone, which clearly states "2 single beds", and he went on explaining that because I booked 2 rooms, "2 single beds" means 1 single bed for each room. Christ's sake. I tried to explain that single bed means only 1 person can sleep on the bed, and double bed means 2 person can sleep on that 1 bed which is usually a queen or king size bed, and on the app it was clearly requested 2 single beds (depends on availability), which means 2 beds for 2 persons, or to make it simple, twin bed room. Front desk officer kept to his own opinion, and at last he said twin bed rooms are all occupied. Should've said that the first thing and I would've accepted the particular reason because I know it depends on availability when checking in, instead of giving the wrong definition of single beds and double beds. Entered the room 8120, the king size bed didn't live up to expectations at all. The edge of the bed was slightly higher than the center of the bed, and it was really uncomfortable and too soft, like the bed was too old or used too often. Didn't sleep well on that bed, and noise from outside the room can be heard inside the room, lack of noise insulating maybe? Breakfast was not on par of a 4 star hotel, yes they have more varieties than a 3 star hotel, but the quality was horrible. The coffee was a little bad, I've had better coffee in a 3 star hotel. With so much hotels in Bali to choose from, definitely not going back to this one. My lord, no.

My 2 young daughters and I spent 7 nights here and loved it. My purpose this holiday was to relax, unwind and rejuvenate, and we did that in spades. The free Wifi was strong and a hit with the pre teens. Despite previous reviews regarding large Chinese tour groups, we didn't mind as we had the pool almost exclusively to ourselves during the day, and spa to ourselves during the day, and there were a few honeymooners too. We could also swim in the evening until 9pm when most of the tour drops returned. We eat most meals at the fabulous restaurant because it was inexpensive and delicious. Breakfast was absolutely fine, and we could still get bacon and eggs, but enjoyed the asian food too. We had the floating lunch several times which was amazing. We took full advantage of the hotel spa as this was the highlight for us, and had almost daily treatments, from manicures, pedicures, facials, body scrubs, and massages. The prices started from $20AUD, and we felt like we were in a 7 star beauty spa. The spa was my absolute favorite, and was worlds away from my chaotic, hectic, often stressful and demanding job as a Registered Nurse in Sydney Australia. This holiday turned out to be exactly what I needed at the end of a very busy year. My daughter's loved it so much that they want to come back and get pampered again. I cannot afford to get daily messages and facial treatments for 3 people in a high end day spa in Sydney, but I certainly can in Bali, and especially at the Palm Spa at this hotel. They had a huge variety of treatments and massages on offer. We tried so many, and they were beautiful. I'm already planning a return trip. There is nothing I can fault. Our room was large and spacious, and the POOL was to die for. We got to go shopping at the local Discovery Mall in Kuta, that the hotel had daily free shuttles, and we shopped ourselves out with the Black Friday sales. We felt like Millionaires in this luxurious hotel, and as a single parent, I am so grateful to have stayed here. Thank you so much SWISS-BEL hotel. We will be back!!!

We have stayed at Swiss Bel Tuban 3 times. Came again. Although the staff are just wonderful and caring..the place has lost its wow factor. This hotel is dedicated to the Chinese group's. And alot of them. Breakfast upstairs was terrible & Cold. The rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is stunning. Not many people eating in restaurant this time - a shame as food is good. So many complaints on trip advisor about crap western breakfast..but still nothing changes. Still dedicated to chineese visitors . It's not a good breakfast. Sadly wont return to our favourite hotel.
