This place is my favorite place to stay in Bali. The staff are very kind and attentive. Breakfast is included in the stay and I highly recommend their nasi goreng. For such a low price, I really can't complain. The interior of the place is very clean and modern. I had a fun time swimming in the pool. It is also next to a supermarket and souvenir shops which was very convenient, it's located on sunset road in kuta and very near to the airport. I highly recommend this place as it's the best boutique hotel I've tried in the area

Firstly the hotel is very clean and presented well, unlike the last one I stayed at just up the road🤣. I came in at 8:30am after wanting out of the previous hotel and really wanted my laundry done (no clean undies or shirts) by that afternoon and a room there ASAP. The staff to their credit did a great job and within an hour I had a room and my laundry was sorted, which was returned by 4pm that afternoon (95,000.00). Rooms, furnishings and facilities were all well appointed. Only downside was the breakfast was a bit boring but they make an excellent latte. Great location out of the main tourist areas, however being on Sunset road , it’s close to a big mall and other facilities. My last hotel was on Sunset road as well and was very noisey, however this one is very quiet despite being on a super busy road. Highly recommended.

Staff are accommodating but pretty slow for guest service. The room is spacious but pretty old and dirty. The wardrobe mirror is dirty and the water in the toilet is murky. Breakfast buffet is not included and costs 100,000 Indo rupiah and is nothing special.
Location is nice though. 10-15 mins away from airport and accessible to all tourist points.

This hotel really made me disappointed which is no thing like the photos!! First of all the lightening is dark every where and all of the time, the smell is really bad.. room cleanliness is not that good for 4 stars hotel, same as the bathrooms which looks old like if there is no maintenance at all! The view from the room is weird, this hotel is really crowded and noisy! We can hear the music from downstairs and the sounds from the other rooms!! The breakfast was horrible for me! Only limited options and I only ate from it once! The only good thing is one of the reception staff which was really helpful and friendly. I didn’t enjoy staying in this hotel and If I had any chance to leave it earlier for sure I will.

I have stayed here during pandemic but after they released new normal protocols. I was very disappointed with hygiene and cleanliness, definitely not sanitized and not cleaned well both in the room and public spaces. I found at least 4 different cockroach during my stay. Table, desk, door handles are covered by dust and something sticky (means not sanitized or wiped). Sanitizer at public area not filled up and empty. Very dark lightnings in public area mostly turned off. Many rubbish stay on the floor at corridor, gym, and pool side for at least 3 days not cleared up. The lady at reception as GSA is very rude, cannot work in hospitality. First time is Swissbel brand but will never stay this brand anymore. not safe in hygine.

The only one hotels in kuta bali who has a unique theme with rain in the middle of small forest at the hotel area. And very strategic area couse near the airport With clean room and nice ambiance

I had an amazing experience at Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest! The lobby is beautifully designed, and the first impression was excellent. The staff, Bli Agung, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded to a Grand Deluxe with a bathtub, such a nice touch! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, catering to all preferences. The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located near various souvenir shops, making it easy to explore and shop. However, the *bed was not as comfortable* as I had hoped, but it didn't take away too much from the overall experience.

The first impression I saw when I was at this hotel was that it was very clean and beautiful. The lobby feels very cool, the restaurant is very clean, the pool is very clear so it is pleasing to the eye, the rooms are also very clean and tidy, the service is also very responsive so it doesn't take long for a request for something to be given immediately.
