It was our second visits to Sheraton Kuta Resort in our 6th trip to Bali within 12 months. I booked the sea view suite from 17th of Jan for 3 nights and took a Bali newbie friend alone with two children. The hotel has placed welcome home as decoration in the room which was really nice and warm.
The suite was more likely a one bedroom suite with a door between room and living area which suits us prefect as children slept early and adult still have own space.
The place is linked to Beachwalk shopping centre, easy access to shops, foods and locals. The breakfast has great selection and I was happy to seen some old staff who we met last year. Our children love the homemade icecream from restaurant.
It was a couple thing we wish the hotel could be improving as the lighting switch in the Seaview Suites is only one switch. So when the room is light, the livingroom is light, when the livingroom is off, the room is off. Which makes a bit difficult for the guest who have someone in bed but someone else wants stay in living area. During our stay, we were calling the housekeeper up for make up the room at 4pm when we return to hotel as it wasnt anyone came alone in the morning, which it’s something considered of improving.
However, a good hotel always comes with great software. The services and people are amazing, and thats the biggest reason we would like to return again as a home in Bali.

We stay at the Sheraton Kuta on a regular basis. Living in Indonesia we took advantage of a fantastic rate for a suite and after a gentle reminder we were upgraded to an Ocean Front Suite thanks to Bonvoy status. The team took considerable care to offer the best room possible based on my feedback. Nothing was too much trouble. Great birthday set up for our 7 year old and a fantastic cake in the theme of his choice presented at breakfast. The room is great well presented well cleaned very nice outside area. The pool is small but immaculately clean with great views. Three hour happy hour at the rooftop bar with great sunset views. The service here is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many over the years. This really is our happy place in Bali. Even at breakfast the chef asked me for any special request steak or salmon for example. No hotel is perfect and I would say the air conditioning in our room was not powerful enough. Although they again went above and provided 2 x portable units to help. One last thing my partner and son missed their flight. I contacted the GM who immediately sorted everything out. There was a problem with the payment guarantee card yet despite that they checked them straight in and sorted the issue out later. Making sure they were comfortable and safe in the room then contacting me to sort the payment by bank transfer. That is service and that is what keeps me coming back. This is a great hotel but its the staff who make it truly exceptional.

We stayed at Sheraton Kuta Resort recently and we were highly impressed with everything about this hotel. It has good security, excellent customer service throughout the entire hotel staff, great rooms – many with really nice views of the ocean. The hotel is also really clean, has a rooftop bar with spectacular sunset views, and also an upstairs restaurant with the same beautiful views, especially at breakfast and sunset. We were also pleased with our choice to stay at this property when we learned from the staff how well they were treated throughout the pandemic by the hotel. This hotel has one of the best locations, right in the middle of Kuta and the beach is a one minute walk across the road. It also adjoins the BeachWalk Shopping Mall and the hotel has an access door straight to the mall. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished and also has very nice quality bed linen. I had booked our stay through a third party website rather than direct with the hotel and was a little disappointed we did not receive any room upgrade as both of us are Gold Marriott Bonvoy members but I am aware these are the fallbacks of booking through third party sites rather than direct. The room I booked was a 1 bedroom suite with ocean view. The breakfast is really good with good breads and pastry selections, even gluten-free options, barista coffee included, many international choices, fruits, yoghurt and even ice cream and waffles. The service at breakfast was of a very high standard and all guests were made to feel very valued. We received excellent service from Didi, Widi, Sani, Dhika and Gayatri, along with other staff members who I was unable to get their names. The downstairs restaurant is currently under renovation but when this opens it will offer more menu choices and possibly a high quality buffet (which can be very hard to find in Kuta). We found the prices of food and drinks to be very reasonable and I can recommend the mixed berry shake! The property also has an onsite spa with discount available to Bonvoy members, again the prices were reasonable for treatments at hotel spas. If you are looking for a holiday at a high quality hotel that is really clean, has good security, nice food, nice rooms and views, shopping and coffee shops on your doorstep along with the beach just over the road this would be a good place to stay. If you are looking for a lounging around the pool or swim up bar type holiday other hotels may be better suited for this. We were delighted with our stay and I would recommend this hotel if it suits your holiday requirements. We will definitely stay at Sheraton Kuta Resort on another trip to Bali.

I was back again to the Sheraton Kuta Bali as the Hotel currently has very attractive promotional rates. The Marriott Bonvoy members would also get additional discounts making the rates even more alluring.
For a little over IDR 1.xxx.xxx, My room was upgraded to the Ocean Front Suite, a 100-sqm Suite Room facing directly to the Spectacular Kuta Beach. If not due to the pandemic, you need to pay a huge amount of money to stay in this beautiful Suite Room. Please check the website before the promotion ends.
The Service at this hotel was always impeccable. Arriving early in the morning, I was allowed to check-in at 9 am (other hotels would normally ask you to wait until 12 pm). Special thanks also to the Hotel Manager, Ms. Sitha Saraswati, who offered me and my family free breakfast while waiting for the final cleaning of our room. I highly appreciated it.
Upon entering our room, a welcome-back chocolate set was delivered along with free bottled water and several plates/spoons/forks, as I told Ms Sitha I would like to have some food consumed in my room. For me, this personalized attentions really deserved two thumbs up.
In all, I was glad to be back to the Sheraton Kuta Bali again. It's one of the Best Hotels in Bali that you should be spending your time while on holidays in this Island of the Gods. The Hotel is also located on top of Bali's biggest shopping mall (The Beach Walk), making everything from shopping to eating very convenient.

Thank you for made our holiday better than we expected, at total 3 days we spent in Kuta we prefer to stay at the hotel which location is the same with Beachwalk Shopping Mall.
the breakfast was great, they offer so many menus and also they would happy to made something that is not on the menu, for instance your regular kids meal as its important for them to eat breakfast while you were on holiday.
The room was amazing as we stayed at the Ocean View Suites and we love that we had a big balcony with view of the beach. We love the swimming pool, windy weather didn't stop us to dive in as the view from the pool is magnificent.
All the staff were helpful, the room is top notch, location is super, surely will come back to here on next holiday.

After having to checkout from our villa at 12 and having an 11pm flight that night, we were wondering what to do for the day. Didn’t relish dragging kids and all our luggage around all day and then flying. We bought a day pass to Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort which included luggage storage, 3 course lunch at a lovely restaurant (Bene Italian Kitchen) and use of the pool (including towels and basic shower facilities) as well as airport transfer. For about AUD $60, what a bargain! Totally recommend. Wonderful relaxing venue with fantastic Kuta beach view too.

First stay at a Sheraton hotel and must say we absolutely blown away by the amazing customer & housekeeping service! Besides keeping our One Bedroom Suite neat & tidy, the staff were so meticulous that even our charger wires were coiled neatly. After every clean up, there would be one animal modeled after our kids’ soft toy, waiting to delight them. And one different animal, EVERY SINGLE DAY! Noting that we were a family of four, the staff also made sure to give us extra bottles of water every day. We have been to many hotels around the world, but this level of service is truly exceptional. Special shout-out to Edi, Anta and Susila for the amazing housekeeping service!

Hotel is located next door to a shopping center and across from the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping, spas, and more within walking distance. However, if you are planning to hire a driver to tour the island this is not a great place to stay because traffic will be bad when you try to get back to the hotel at the end of the day because of the lack of a highway in that area.
Room is large with a nice large bathroom. There are glass water bottles in the room for drinking and brushing your teeth because you cannot drink tap water in Bali. There is also a water dispenser on the way to the lobby with cold water.
Breakfast is exceptional. There are so many food options from traditional Indonesian foods, egg station, soup station, pancakes, waffles, French toast, fruit, chicken, rice, beef, potatoes, breads, cheese, and more. Breakfast can get chaotic so best if you arrive early.
Hotel has a spa with reasonable prices, though you could get better prices if you go elsewhere. We walked for around 10 minutes to the right of the hotel to Kristina spa and were happy with the services there.
The Italian restaurant onsite, Benne, is quite good and reasonable. Room service also offers good food at reasonable prices.
Hotel can arrange a driver for the day or a few hours. The driver came in a nice car and spoke English well, though he kept on suggesting touristy places to stop at that we were not interested in, but was fine with listening to us. We only went to Ubud but it still took 8 hours to see the monkey forest and market. Traffic is bad.
Hotel offers different activities to families, some free, but it did not look like many people take advantage of them.
We were planning to use the Grab app for a ride back to the airport, but traffic was bad and the app showed that it will take at least 30 minutes for a driver to arrive. Make sure to reserve your airport ride in advance.
I would stay here for a few nights for being able to walk to shops and restaurants, and stay elsewhere for a few more nights to explore the island.

Business: very close and connected to the beachwalk mall you can get everything easily,safe,comfort,clean and easy to reach the airport.
Family Trip:My family was happy to stay here,no complaining from my son ( AC was cold,room was not spooky,close by with kuta beach, etc).Location very easy to reached by driver when you do activity early morning such as Lovina Beach 3 a.m you should be ready.
Bli Udit is very nice ,friendly and helpful staff, served well when we stay and others staff also. However,The water for bathing is not hot enough,The wifi signal need more faster data, sometimes heavy traffic at Kuta street, Overall is a great place for Business and family trips.
