Paid very little for this so it was ok given the price. Room was stuffy and beds a bit dirty. Bathroom was smelly and shower was poor. Location really good though only 2 minutes from the main strip in Kuta. Wifi poor and doesn't work in the rooms anyway.

Ok positives first - the pool and garden area are lovely. But the rooms.. When I arrived I was taken to a room I can only describe as disgusting. Without kidding all that was missing from it was the chalk outline of a body and rats! Walls, bed, toilet were all disgraceful. There was no soap, towel or toilet roll... More

Not honest staff... They tried to rip me off on check out! Not a clean place. The bathroom from my room was discusting! Clogged drain... Horrible breakfast! Definatly you can find better resorts/hostels surroundings... I recommend SUKA next door.

At first, they couldn't find the reservation. So I sat in the pool area for 2 hours. Then they 'found it' I was put in a room where the fan didn't work with no windows, providing no mozzy protection. I ended up having three different rooms all of which were vile. I complained and the hotel worker rolled his eyes,... More

If you want something cheap then the budget rooms are 100,000 pp and serve their purpose. But they are dirty, warm and when i stayed in one i didn't have a pillowcase. After that we moved into the higher end rooms by the pool for 300,000. This had a better bed, air con, a fridge and a slightly cleaner bathroom.... More

Complained as our windows didn't shut so we had plenty of tiny creatures visit... More

We stayed here for quite awhile as it was a good location, cheap, and had a nice pool. Breakfast was included. We stayed in the slightly better fan rooms - there was an even cheaper option that when I walked into the room I wanted to vomit. They offer no towels or toilet paper. Our biggest problem here however, was... More

This place is disgusting, the rooms and mostly the staff. We arrived for one nights stay to be shown a room full of cockroaches and mosquitos. Now we are budget backpackers so don't expect much, but the way the man behind reception spoke to us even just by greeting us he wasn't friendly. We asked to change rooms but they... More
