We’re only within a few minutes ride to Ngurah Rai International Airport 50 meters away from Kuta Beach, and are surrounded by other popular public areas, from shopping mall, art market, to modern water park. Those who are looking for a great time after sunset, the guests can easily find an exciting nightlife scene with its wealth of clubs, bar, and sunset chill out spots, or enjoy a fun show at Kuta Teather.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Had a good stay for 4 nights. Staff are very friendly and the service is great. Rooms (Standard double room) are a bit small but it was fine with us (2 people). Breakfast has a variety of options which keep changing everyday which is great. They make you extra food that you reuest for - such as omelette, scrambled egg etc - for free. Everyday they clean the rooms very well.
Another note to take care: The bathroom door for standard double room is a sliding glass door which doesn't close fully (by design there is a gap between door and wall). It was odd for us on the first day but since we are a couple we did not have a big issue with it. Folks who are not partners or family may face inconvenience. The pool on the terrace is good. Open from 10am to 8pm. Not very big but moderate sized. The overview of the city from there is great. Location is very close to Kuta beach - convenient for those who want to sirf in the beach or party in Kuta. Other than that the service and hospitality was good so we did not feel bad anywhere.

The location is great, being close to Kuta Beach and shopping centers. The room was comfortable, but it was a bit noisy on the 4th floor, as it was located directly beneath the swimming pool and bar area. As for the breakfast area, it needs to be larger and more spacious to accommodate all guests comfortably. Need improvement for TV cable

Marcella at the reception of the Kuta Beach Hotel is a very helpful girl💖 We approached her asking for help, and she treated our situation with great attention and kindness. When we explained that we wanted to send a postcard to Russia, she smiled and offered several options.
We were pleasantly surprised by how important it was to her that we were able to send our card without difficulty. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really made our day! We left the reception with smiles on our faces and feeling that our holiday in Bali was made even more enjoyable thanks to people like her.
How important it is when you come on vacation to have such responsive and friendly people nearby who can help in any situation. Marcella was one of those we are grateful to on our trip to Bali! ✈️🌏💌

I stay for 3 nights at villa. So for everything was good. * Room : every corner was clean, they give cute folded towel on the bed, the slide door little bit difficult to move but not big problem at all. I suggest to provide 1 doormats especially when rain season coming so I not use my towel for wipe my foot every single time go to room and also 1 bottle anti mosquito lotion for guest who like chill outside the room or swim on room pool. * Service : service was good, all the staff so friendly and polite typically Balinese people. GSA need little bit put more attention to the guest during the check in, show and explain all the room facilities, expecially all the switch function, I need likes 10 min to find out the switch for turn off the pool machine (so noisy in the night so I need to switch off). * Food : Breakfast was good too, lot of choice and fresh every day. Room service also very impressive. * Spa : have been trying 60 mins Balinese treatment, the therapist doing professional. Feel relax after treatment. I went here with my friend and we ordered some food. The welcoming it's very warm. the food was pizza and club sandwich. the toppings of pizza is created by my own with: tomato, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and egg, not so good as another restaurant but i love the service one! He treats as like in 5 stars hotel with politeness and knowledgeable, ask for something else when the foods coming and recommend for special promo. Both of food was coming around 22 minutes The service was perfect and we also had watermelon juice and coke they used an organic paper straw and highball glass. The location is close to Kuta beach. We only need to walk about 200m outside. It's just that bringing a car is a bit difficult because the entrance is only big enough for 1 car. Stayed at Best Western kuta beach for 10 days in March, great location near the beach, about 100m easy walk and close to bars resterants and services. Room was smallish but modern and very well cleaned and maintained. The included breakfast was fine and the Staff polite and helpfull at all times, overall very good.

Check in was at 2pm but my room wasn't cleaned and ready until 3pm. I had to wait an hour in the heat/humidity in the lobby. They didn't tell me when it was ready, I had to keep going up to ask. They put me in a noisy room at the front by the scaffolding/work men, then moved me to a similar room, and I had to ask for a third time to be moved again! Breakfast bread is cheap, stale/rock hard. Cereal is cheap cornflakes. Overall, unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Location great, that's about all.

The hotel is located in a side lane, just 2 minutes from the Kuta Beach. Go to Kuta beach for surfing or a swim, or else stay back and enjoy a swim in the roof-top swimming pool. Though the hotel is rated 4 Star, the Standard Room is too small, and too cramped. However, the ambience is good with good maintenance. Breakfast spread is good enough for the vegetarians too. A few Indian restaurants are also nearby, within a kilometre, so are McDonald and Pizza Hut. A number of restaurants line the neighbourhood, serving all kinds of food for all types of budget. Beachwalk Mall is just 10 minutes away. Grocery store is just across the street, as well as alongside. Authorised Money Changer is also just a minute away. Housekeeping was excellent, thanks to Mr. Dequs and Ms. Amanda.
