Stayed 2 nights here. Room was sizeable at 300 sq ft and looked like it was refurbished not too long ago. Cleanliness was ok but housekeeping didn't clean our room on the 2nd day even though the tag was on the door for it to be made up. We had to call the front desk to get them to tidy the room and their excuse was that the chamber maid thought the tag on the door was 'do not disturb' when it was obviously 'please make up room'. They went on to say that the hotel was full and there was a shortage of manpower. Honestly these excuses do not cut it. A/C was ok but not particularly cold and the WiFi speed was barely useable. At least the bed was comfy and the water was sufficiently hot. One thing about the water supply, I believe has a high lime content as it left a soapy feeling after washing your hands or showering. As can be seen from the photo, the pool's filtration system was probably not working as the water was murky and green in colour. Wouldn't advise anyone to use it if it stays that way. Breakfast wasn't very good so better to save your stomach for something better outside. If you drive, parking lots would probably be hard to come by during peak season due to the limited parking spaces. Hotel is about 2.5km from kuta beach so location is good and there many food options nearby. Overall, if you need a place to crash and won't be spending alot of time in the hotel, this is still a viable option that doesn't break the bank.…
Without a doubt the noisiest hotel I have stayed in with very poor acoustics and design. The pool is surrounded by the rooms and echoes the noise and voices and every morning and night when trying to sleep (6am to nearly 2 am) people are either out on their balconies or in the pool/courtyard with children/ toddlers screaming out. One man was sitting out on his balcony with head phones on screaming out watching a sporting event on his phone after 1:30 am. People in the pool at 6:00am. The concrete slabs used to build this hotel vibrate from people upstairs/ next door every time someone moves a chair or something. The doors are very stiff to open and close therefore people (including myself) have to almost slam them which echoes through the building. I complained to reception a few times with little success. It was like staying in a caravan/ trailer park. This really soured my holiday and made me grumpy enough due to being woken up early every morning that I don’t want to mention the nice things about the Hotel and there were.…
