Stayed here for 3 nights and this was my 2nd time staying here. The thing that stood out the most was the improvement of the attached restaurant - Nebula Room. Ate here on many occasions and has a great feel and good menu. Only downside was having to pay for breakfast as not included with the hotel but was very...

I stayed in Dekuta for 5 nights. I have to say the picture looks really good but everything was just different in reality. The hotel was very basic. There were ample shelves to put your clothes and shelving in the room. There were many different TV channels and the toilet was big enough. Entered the room.. the bin at the...

Although the air con in the room have problems, but the hotel send technician staff to repair immediately. Bed is good. got reference from internet about this hotel for "under $50 you'll get pool view". location is super awesome, walking distance close to overpriced beachwalk mall and the famous kuta beach. Checkin in Thursday noon got room 222 with pool view. Entering the room feels like budget hotel, with no glass in the bathroom, no boiled water-kettle, towel and sheets not...

We stayed there from 18/10/2014 - 20/10/2014. Hotel quite hidden. It will be much better if there's elevator for those travel with big luggage. After all the shopping, we struggled with our luggage to check out. Water boiler need to be request. The toilet sewage smells after we flushed. There's no basic toiletries in the toilet.

Dear Rynn_Sazery, We appreciate your concern, interest and the time taken to bring these matters to our attention. We paid a little extra for a 'Pool View' room for our two night stay. We had a room on the 3rd floor which did indeed overlook into the inviting pool area.
