We arrived in Bali late at night and we checked in at this hotel at midnight as it was local to the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome by security and the receptionist. Check in was very quick and easy, the receptionist provided all the information we needed to know for our stay and directed us to our room. The room was very spacious and clean, it was situated on the ground floor pool side. We came to Bali for our honeymoon and booked this hotel to rest before continuing our onward journey. The hotel had prepared the bed with a towel origami which was very nice of them and it added a special touch. We had breakfast included in our 1 night stay which was very good value for money. The breakfast had a excellent variety and tasted great, the waitering and kitchen staff were extremely polite and friendly. All hotel staff greeted us at all times and made us feel welcomed during our short stay. Checkout was very quick and easy. Overall - highly recommended and would visit again.…

Overall was fine , staff also helpfull, due pandemi they use healthy protocol for customer during breakfast. Meeting facilities also quite good for hotel in the same capacity Hopely pandemi will over soon so everything goes to normal again.

Stayed at the residential units (Kuta Reef) which was pretty amazing. It shares facilities with the Aston Kuta and Breakfast and front desk service was served by Aston Kuta. Overall, I would say the hospitality of the hotel is amazing. The front desk was always helpful and the workers were hardworking. Loved the message at the spa, but I must say that the spa is difficult to locate. Signage cant be trusted. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread but it does lack taste IMO. Regardless, Aston Kuta is an amaizng hotel and I wouldnt mind to return.

Aston's recognition that I was a former house guest and now the free transport to Ngurah Rai airport. Staff and service excellent as per usual. Storing minyak Kelapa in freezer of hotel and storing other equipment was appreciated.

We booked Aston Kuta Hotel because we had a late arriving flight and we wanted somewhere close to the airport. In fact, it is a 10 minute walk, obviating a taxi ride if you're traveling light. The hotel's rooms are a little dated, but they're clean and comfortable. We were delighted that we got a room upgrade on arrival and it was so roomy. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast is extensive and other meals we ate there were very satisfying. But the best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff. Special mention is due to Githa, who treated us so wonderfully at the rooftop restaurant for dinner. One word of caution, don't use the taxi concierge, or if you do, bargain ruthlessly. The price you're given is roughly double the meter taxis. Go out to the street and hail a Bluebird. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bali in future.…

So, This is my second time using Aston kuta as my stay in January 18th till 19th 2020, no more word i can describe, i was booked from their application and request to decorate the room for my girl's birthday with smooking room, and they can fulfill my request. After booked, i contact my friend Theddy Sianipar and show my booking itinerary, and you know what, the day after checked-in almost all staff in the hotel visit my room bring a cake to surprise my girl.
