Location perfect directly across from beach. Staff friendliness and professionalism outstanding especially Pamela and Kusho. Beautifully maintained gardens. Food top quality and great variety also. accomodation large rooms with tasteful blend balinese /modern decore. Relaxing atmosphere and ambience in the heart of kuta. Bonus that restaurant and pool area have uninterrupted views of waves. Booked this accomodation at the beginning of months trip and decided to book again at end of month as perfect accomodation. Total 8 days were awesome

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the setting is very garden like with lots of greens. However, I believe the breakfast can be further improved by providing good Balineese food (instead of Singapore noodles and fried rice!) . The room cleanliness, especially the bathroom must be improved, it misses an ambiance. The staffs were friendly and ready to help at any time.

Staff at night were not knowledgeable and it's almost as if they never worked there before. When we checked in there was no information given about the hotel (breakfast times, pool info etc.) and wrong information given about deposit upon arrival (you must have cash or credit card, no debit) The room is dusty about the double bed and the AC was blowing as if there is a gust coming through the fan. On the first night we were also awakened by loud banging. Not professional and very disrespectful. The redeeming factor is how close it is to the beach and a prime base for sightseeing.

Your disappointment and dissatisfaction are fully understandable, and this is certainly not the lasting memories we wish our guests to remember us by. I am also sorry to learn that you were not provided with essential information about the hotel, including breakfast times, pool details, and deposit requirements, upon check-in. This is certainly not the standard of service we aspire to deliver. We will be revisiting our check-in procedures to ensure that our guests are well-informed and receive all necessary information upon arrival. Regarding the cleanliness issues you mentioned, our vision is to provide the highest attention towards quality of cleanliness; however, we do apologize for the lapses you experienced. The resort/hotel has a great location close to the nightlife but far enough away that you don’t hear any loud music. The ocean is directly across the road and there is a great pool at the hotel. Food at the attached restaurant “Rosso Vivo” is amazing, definitely have the afternoon tea. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have lots of plants and trees surrounding them which gives you great privacy. There is also a spa at the hotel where you can get the best treatment and massage right at the hotel. All the staff are amazing, friendly, polite, helpful people. From the people cleaning the rooms and gardens, the reception staff, people working at the restaurant and spa, everyone was amazing. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but special thanks to Ayu, Wanguni, Risa, Ratna, Pak Adi, Kadek and the wonderful helpful smiling cheerful truly one of a kind Pamela. …
