Second time at Kuta Seaview Boutique resort and once again 11 out of 10
From the moment you are greeted the staff ensure nothing is too much travel. I swapped rooms easily (preferred the greenery of 2 over rooftop 3) and even had the room cleaned towels changed for a late checkout.
Gardens are tropical and beautiful and poolside lounges overlooking the beach amazing.
Rooms are top shelf, beds so comfortable and pillows soft. Air conditioning top shelf and balconies beautifully furnished.
And breakfast just amazing, the best in Bali.

Stayed here for 3 days. Good location; the beach is accessible with just a road in between, and there are quite a number of restaurants and markets close by. The staff is exceedingly courteous and the resort is also full of well manicured greenery and decor. I would recommend this location; we both enjoyed relaxing on the balcony during the evenings on the diwan. Thank you!

We had an amazing week in Kuta Seaview Resort, staff was lovely , always prompt. Food delicious , fresh fish everyday ready to be served and restaurant staff always smiling. The resort is offering a really good SPA service with a professional staff able to take care of your self beautifully. The sea is not very clean apparently for the nearest Australian coast but don’t worry , they’re offering swimming pool service , clean , not noise at all , with a relaxing atmosphere and restaurant service just next by. But is the best point to have a look to the most beautiful sunset ever! The cleaning of the room is amazing, every day clean towels and clean linen, and in a deluxe room lovely balcony with sea view. Lovely experience for sure I’ll come back!

I award this as one of the best hotels to visit in bali, kuta the staffs are attentive to you 24-7 as well as kind and patient. The location is fanominal with beach walk a few blocks away with a breath taking view of kuta beach. I would highly recommend it to those who travel to bali with family or even solo as the atmosphere captivates you because of the warm welcome of the staff members.

Great location in between poppies 1 & 2, staff were freindly and service very good, breakfast was good bacon real pork although slices a bit small....food at the restaurant exellent, prices reasonable, rooms decent size, fridge bit small but serves its purpose.. You get whatever you paid, very basic breakfast with very limited options, rooms need maintenance especially the bathroom. Location is excellent, few minutes from the mall, walking inside the hotel as being in a jungle. Dinner is much better than breakfast. Dian and other staff trying to do their best.

My staff and myself travelled as a group of 17 and were most impressed with the staff, rooms, gardens, location, pool and restaurant. Our initial excitement soon turned to frustration when we ordered drinks from the bar. After an hour the beers served were warm, the cocktails were expensive and had little or no alcohol in them. We had to actually watch the bar staff make sure they added alcohol and even then they would put in half measures. We ordered a long Island ice tea and they didnt have 4 of he 5 spirits required so simply served it up with only half of one shot and coke. Every one of my staff complained about nearly every drink that was ordered, Skimming of alcohol happened across the 5 days we were there by all of the bar staff so I would assume that it is a either poor training or a hotel policy to shaft hotel guests. Such a shame as the other facilities were great but we will never return and I suggest if you do, watch your drinks get made and even then you cant be guaranteed you will get what you have paid for.

This hotel is visually very nice, stunning gardens and nice pool area. The rooms were a good size and the day-spa was very good. Two issues really caused this hotel to fail to meet its potential.
The first was plumbing. The mechanical plugs in both the bath and the sink didn’t operate and were stuck in their position. The toilet also continued to run through after flushing and took several presses to resolve. Small issues but quite annoying when you face them several times a day.
The second was the staff in the restaurant / bar / pool area. I’ve stayed at several similarly priced hotels in Bali in the last month and this was noticeably less polished that the others. There are plenty of staff but they seem much more casual than other hotels, and don’t seem to have a system for who looks after which guests. I had to wave staff down to get service several times yet on others three people would ask me in five minutes if I wanted to order when I already had. The staff themselves were enthusiastic, but it was just disorganised. These issues seemed to be mostly around a lack of training. They just didn’t know better.
The menus and placemats were also filthy and falling apart, yet the food prices were much higher than nearby hotels (AUD 30 for mains that are under AUD 10 down the street). I don’t mind paying more for quality, but the service didn’t meet the premium price tag.

We followed up on your feedback about the maintenance issues in your room but to our surprise by checking all log books of Front office, Housekeeping and Engineering we did not found any registered complain in that regards from you not have we received any telephone call complain that after also checking these log books. About the by you observation of too many restaurant service staff seeming to gather and having internal gossips going on then focusing on guests by the pool we sincerely apologize for that. After checking on that and on duty roasters on staff we can confirm that those pointed 'staff' are actually school trainees who are learning the hospitality business for a period of 6 months. Shyness and insecurity leaves often the effect of gathering in small groups but we now have organized this matter to a more better service focused pattern. We sincerely thank you for the information. Kuta Seaview Boutique was our last hotel we stayed in on our ten day trip. It was by far the best resort we have stayed at in Kuta and it rival's the massive Sheraton. The location is close to the beach walk mall and the service was great. The atmosphere was phenomenal with rooms towards the back of the hotel which keeps it quiet from the loudneas from partygoers. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, we felt nothing short of special. We received a beautiful tamarind drink and a small plate of taro chips and met the lovely Bogart, who checked us in. A flower gently tucked in our hair making me and my daughter feel like princesses. Located within the inner hustle and bustle of Kuta, this resort featured Paradise Balinese Gardens with the soft fragrance of frangipani throughout. The soft sound of water features and Koi ponds are a delight to hear. We stayed in a deluxe room which was quiet and overlooked the Balinese rooftops and swaying branches, flowers and vines, which was a welcome sight from the spacious daybed on our balcony. The room had everything we needed, and when we arrived the Aircon was on and there was complimentary chilled water in the fridge for us. If my daughter had her way, she would have been happy to live in the pool. The water was a very comfortable temperature, and the pool and bar staff were on hand for towels or a drink, whilst I sat and watched and loved the gentle breeze blowing in from the beach. We looked forward to waking up every morning to have a delightful buffet breakfast. How we will miss the omelettes made for us each day! There was plenty to choose from a selection of Asian and western tastes. I enjoyed the Kunyit Asam each morning. Each day we were greeted by all the staff in passing, who were all friendly and looked out for us. I used the laundry service a few times and I will savour the gorgeous smell on the clothes and how lovely everything was pressed and folded. Alas, it was time for us to go, but we will take with us so many happy memories of our stay at Kuta Seaview.
