Pos. Good location, across the road from the beach. In between poppies 1&2. 400 metres either way have beachwalk or kuta square. Agoda states this is 5 star. Always knew that was a joke. But it doesn't even comply as a 4 star. No room service, yet property goes out of its way to block gojek or grab delivery. No mini bar service. Staff are poorly trained or don't care. Breakfast plates sat along the hallway for 3 days until i asked the room cleaner, whose job is it to pick them up? Then picked them up. Lol. Get my point. Cleaning the room is hit and miss, came back to a made up bed, no towels, toothbrushes, but had water. Then day, it was perfect. Then an issue. Tv is small, but alot of channels. Bed is big. Have walk in shower, but other rooms have a tub. Pool is not big, but warm and deep. Bintang price at pool is obscene. Actually feel like im at s big chain hotel. Rarely get a hello. And no one knows your name. Booked 15 nights, stuffed up our booking, we actually changed rooms the first one was so bad. Breakfast, has variety, but its boring. No bacon, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns etc. For westener, egg station, pancakes, waffles, bread station. It's all ummm yeah edible, but won't go damn that was superb. It's like the hotel, great location, looks great, but stay here and you'll realise your expected to go with the flow as they aren't raising the bar. OMG the biggest pet peeve. Is the mafia transport car that is attached to the car park harassing you everytime you enter/exit the property. Transport, transport. Doesn't matter that I've told him i would never use your service. Still get it. I took a picture. Room with no view. Big ugly building. And locals doing washing, living their life, and a dog barking 24/7 oh the serenity. Wifi is dodgy at best. Surrounding hotel's play extremely loud music until 1am. So if you need to leave early, noise is a problem, especially weekends Don't stay here, better options for your coin.Show less

PROS: - The LOCATION was spot on! Right next to the beach, shopping streets, shopping mall and restaurants, all within walking distance. And the price we got it for makes it an excellent choice - Swimming POOL was lovely. There was a shallow one for small kids and deep one (1.8 meters I think) for older children and adults. Beach was just across the road next to the swimming pool, so it was fairly easy to hop between the two - BREAKFAST was lovely. Lot of options in the buffet; restaurant staff was welcoming and helpful. We had dinner one night as well at their Restaurant and it was delicious too - WIFI was okay. Not super fast, but was usable for emails, social media and facetime - ROOM: we stayed in the older standalone rooms and not the newer hotel building. Room was decent sized, not squashed which is good when staying with kids. The bathroom looked a bit tired and could use some renovation CON: One thing I didn't like was that the basin/sink in the bathroom was draining SUPER SLOW and despite complaining, it never got fixed. Staff said that was normal function but it can't be right, as the shower was draining fine. The basin drained so slow that it always had some water in it and wasn't possible to flush dirt, foam, etc. Also there were mosquitos in the evening. We bought a mosquito killer spray from the supermarket nearby and sprayed the whole room each evening and then it was okay. Btw, our friends who stayed in the newer building in the same hotel didn't have any of these issues.

Rooms are very nice and well appointed. Have stayed 3 times previously and always great. However the breakfast choice, or rather lack of it, is extremely disappointing. You have choice of rice, chicken and bread. With steamed veg thrown in. Or eggs. The choice is greatly reduced from previous visits, no longer even have cereal and you have to chase up milk for coffee. Based on that, I dont think we will stay here again. Which is a shame.

The place is close to the place called beachwalk where you can fulfill all your shopping needs. Comfy bed, tidy room. good service, and also good food too. And don't forget the good, old, bali hospitality.

Such a nice place for staycation. Near kuta beach, literally cross the street and you're there! Also, beachwalk by 5 minutes walk! 🥰 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for hospitality + cozy room. The staff are friendly to local guess. The rooms itself are clean and comfortable for a long staycation. Highly highly recommended!

This place is huge! From the street, you can't really tell that it stretches all the way to the back. Our room was further back, and it had a balcony. I'm sure there are bigger rooms but ours was enough. The hotel has a private pool, but you can still feel the hustle and bustle from outside. It's close to a McDonald's if that's your sort of thing, and it's in front of the beach. I enjoyed it because it's close to many alley cafes, and it's also close to the mall for movies. Best of both worlds.

We stayed here for one night, in a deluxe cottage. Check in took a bit longer than we'd hoped but the room was nice enough, with a private porch and comfortable bed. The property has a nice garden en route to rooms, sparkling pool across the street from the beach and a decent restaurant. We ran into some issues with water temperature...not much hot water. It is located right in the mix of nightclubs, shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here a few months ago for a fantastic week. The staff were absolutely amazing and took the time to greet you by name. We were welcomed like family and nothing was too much trouble for them. My partner and i stayed in a deluxe room which was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the food in the attached restaurant Rosso Vivo tasted fresh and delicious. I was able to get a good nights rest as the room was very quiet and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work guys, and i look forward to returning.

Excellent hotel with the best staff and right across from the beach, the breakfast buffet every morning is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. It's only a short walk to everything you need but with the food at the hotel being so delicious it's to easy to cancel plans and just enjoy the food and drinks relaxing by the pool! But by far the best experience where the staff, always so polite, friendly and willing to help in anyway possible!
