I enjoyed this stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also great and the view from the terrace lovely. The layout of this hotel is weird, with lots of walking through long corridors so make sure you ask for help to move your luggage to and from your room.

The hotel rooms were spacious, soft furnishings are a bit aged though. Hotel is value for money but lacks service. Like non existent. Reception doesn't lift phone, checkin takes like a really long time. Staff are polite as is with other hotels in Bali. Next to Lippo Mall, good for evening food and entertainment. Henry's is bad and overpriced, service is very much delayed there too to get even a simple Nasi Goreng. This hotel is not a 5 star as described, at most a 4 star

I found this on scoopon after not enjoying the 5star beach front hitel at sanur and checked out day 2. My teens stayed in rm next to us. We had deluxe rm. The whole experience was amazing from checkin. Our rooms were ready early which was fantastic as we had 9 cases. The staff were amazing and helpful at all times, the breakfast was great, henry's bar n fd at the front was delicious!! The rooms were large, clean and fantastic location and security. Cant wait to come back in August to spend 5nights for my birthday 🤗 I've been to 33 hotels in my trips all over Bali and this is easy a favourite of mine love it 😍

Hotel seems very new, rooms were tidy and clean and on arrival we were upgraded to a larger room. Great breakfast, we booked this location as it was very close to the airport and we landed at midnight. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is very big. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel is connected with Lippo mall. An Indian restaurant Ganesha Ek Sanskriti is just beside this hotel. In the evening time, there is an open air food stall called Mongolian Wok near this hotel and they have delicious food that you can enjoy with a cold beer.

I have a 1 night 1 room reservation in this hotel for transit waiting for my next flight the next day and I also made a reservation for a car that will take me to the airport at 12 noon the next day. As far as I know, all the hotels I stay at the hotel check out time is 12 noon But this hotel, the front desk staff (sukma) called me 2 times at 11.10 and 11.20 to ask if I will check out today or not? On the first call she thought I had 2 rooms and she mentioned the wrong room number. I told her that I only have 1 room, you called the wrong room number and I will leave today… but she said that she was right that she called room 1220, but my room number was 1120. She still thought that she was right and never apologized before she realized that she was wrong… After 10 minutes, she called again and asked the same question… are you stupid (Sukma)? Why don't you check on your system before calling your customers? I explained to her again that she called the wrong room, but she insisted that she called 1220. very stupid When I checked out I told her again that she called the wrong room number but this time...she said it was me saying that my room number was 1220...so ridiculous. and she never apologized for her mistakes. I feel sorry for Aryaduta management having you Sukma ... this hotel is good but not suitable for you Sukma, because you are too incompetent and can make this hotel lose customers like me. As a front desk clerk, you are giving a bad image because of your stupidity. I will not stay at this hotel again because of your unprofessional front desk clerk - Sukma…

Thanks to MR. Yoost Keleyan for taking good care of me since i arrived at the Bali airport and giving me free upgrade room. Such an amazing experience aside from clean and beautiful facilities the staffs are polite and friendly as well. This is my first time traveling to Bali and I'm so grateful I choose this Hotel. I stayed with my husband and son with a comfortable and spacious room (very recommended for Family Staycation). Breakfast choices are complete and delicious. Beautiful pool view towards the sea. The staff is very friendly and responsive.
