Just got back from a 2 week stay here. I have been in touch with a couple of ladies over the last 2 years in regards to my accomodation requests and they have gone above and beyond since first Point of contact! The grounds are lush and green. The pool is deep with a pool bar and a small kids pool. There’s also an adults pool as well. The room was a generous size with a big bed and heaps of room to walk around. The bathroom was clean however the water pressure could be a little bit harder. The air con worked very well to the point we had to turn it off. The balcony was big however the aircon unit does make it quite warm sitting outside. There are lifts to get to the room if you are wondering. Breakfast was a ok. Very basic and simple. However the egg station and fresh to made pancakes was a hit. House keeper was nice and always went the extra step. Had my birthday there and was welcome back to my room with all these lovely bday messages from the hotel staff. And to even top it off they sing happy birthday to me with a cake :). Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Smelly “DELUXE” room grey sheets and towels, no personal toiletries just a grotty hand pump shampoo, body wash and hand wash multi use eewww. Waited 25 minutes for a drink and was told they were busy when staff out numbered the guests, offered free drink which arrived in 3.5 minutes according to the cocky manager. Such a great location but after 2.5 years there was plenty of time to bleach the sheets and towels. Plenty of people there I assume not bothered but definitely not a 4 star establishment.

Just staying at this hotel now for the next 3 nights. Great location as beach front. Lovely grounds and setting. The basic room is what is it! Basic. I am in a "Superior Room" Photo attached of the balcony views. Huge let down. DOWNSIDE. Apart from hotel reception and room no wifi is accessible. So no WIFI, by the pool/bars etc. Also the service at the pool bar and restaurant is SO VERY SLOW It is evident that the hotel pool/restaurant /bar is very short staffed waited over 50 minutes for a Caesar salad at lunch when no other orders were in. Waited over 20 minutes last night for menu, ordered garlic bread - took 25 minutes and was just given it in tinned foil. Was hardly cooked and no cutlery/napkin etc. Was sent back. Lovely setting to watch sunset. However would suggest getting drinks in well before as can wait up to 20 minutes for a beer as the service is so slow. Hotel reception very nice and a nice touch that they have a small shop for treats/sodas etc. The spa treatments are very good, however do check when they start as not always get the full time as they set up after you sit down. Would I stay again... No. Great location on the beach front, but rooms far too basic and do need updated Sunbed towels you have to pay a deposit on With many bars and restaurants close by, to have to wait so long for food a drink is not great. Plus much cheaper eateries within minutes and far better service Breakfast is included, this is a basic breakfast. Orange juice, water, tea, coffee and then toast/jam cheese 3 options of fruit. etc Pancakes, eggs and omelette, rice. But keeps you going and a very clean restaurant. TIP - Bring mosquito spray as the grounds are very pretty with ponds etc so a great haven for mosquitos. Location is handy for shopping mall, and restaurants/eateries.

Lovely traditional type hotel with beautiful gardens. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, we stayed in a deluxe garden room on the ground level. Bed was on the hard side but got a good nights sleep each night. Money changer in hotel lobby with competitive rates. Swimming pools x 3 each were amazing. Adults only pool for quiet time, swim up bar pool for socialising and beach front infinity for watching amazing sunsets. We did not want to leave. Breakfast was good and I was able to have something different each day. All the staff are wonderful and made our stay the best.

It’s a shocker in the whole area. Most of the hotel is closed. We were told they only had 2 rooms left but really they are expecting no customers. The up side is you can have the pool bar and pool to yourself entirely, there’s no one here due to covid. Booking. Com want £50 a night but turn up it’s £35 for big double , There are no lights through the quite luxurious gardens so expect to be falling over in the dark. No lights to your room. Very sad to see the place so quiet. Good as a quick stop over for the money before finding real Bali but this isn’t. It’s a 1980’s hotel struggling after covid as nearly all are.Staff are friendly but lack local knowledge. Taxis, ferries etc. seems like they are surprised to get customers back. Pool is lovely though and short walk to beach / town but if you’re not Asian you will get approached every person you meet. Keran beach is great , the best fish ever straight off the boat and not once offered cocaine, hash, girls, lift, wet wipes, water etc etc etc can be upsetting as these people are on their knees.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel in 9/2019. Still remember all the kindness and hospitality of the staff, the extra delicious food in the restaurant with the specialities during lunch and romantic sunsets during the dinners. Do not miss the breakfast! :) The sea is more for jumping to the waves but there are beautiful pools in this awesome hotel. I loved relaxing in the garden. I never forget this top experience.

Don't book. the hot water is not working and the internet is not working. Hot water has not been on for a year. I booked through Agoda and checked in this morning. I immediately cancelled the booking. But these thieves will not approve the refund to agoda. So now agoda have my money and will send it to Bali Garden Beach Resort with a cut for agoda. Perfect SCAM!

Traditional Balinese resort, with lush gardens and three pool areas. Located centrally in Kuta opposite Waterbom, walking distance to shopping, markets and attractions. Infinity pool is overlooking the beach and restaurant is priced well with delicious food. Spa is also priced well, but nothing to rev about. Breakfast definitely needs improvement as we expect variety and quality for the resort this size. Suitable for families and couples and some rooms have been renovated. It must be the only hotel still charging for room wifi. Other than that it’s recommended and we would go back.
