Location good in the center of Denpasar city. The room need a more renovation due to the broken of shower room leak. In 3 days, the breakfast menu is exactly same menu. That a bad experience for the breakfast. All of employee have a really good attitude

The saying is you get what you pay for. It's a cheap hotel with cheap rooms, cheap food and very good service. Room could be a little cleaner, toilet doesn't like to flush everytime and the aircon is non existent which makes the room horribly hot. But it was only for one night before we head elsewhere. So all up not bad but spend a little more elsewhere.

Stayed there for 2 days, had a nice sleep and good wifi even though the room are little bit small but it’s Normal with that cheap price. Very good for transit for 1 day or 2 days and suits to the family as well

Value for money, but breakfast could have been better. The rooms were clean and well maintained and good for budget travelers. The wifi was quite for a 2 of the 3 days. It was also noisy coz school kids were staying on their trip (I think)

We were having a 100% occupancy while your stay with us and it was occupied by kids students, we understand that it was created noise specially along the corridor. We do apology on this, event we tried to stop them to be more quite but it was still not successful, Thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter. For the breakfast, we provided Indonesian simple buffet at cost only IDR 20.000net/pax , we also provide various of selection in HARRIS Cafe with price at IDR 80.000net/pax , basically we provide an option for our guest who would like to choose their breakfast selection base on their budget. Rather than booking at other budget places, Pop Hotel will give a standardized service for your stay. I only need a safe place to sleep and the location is matched to my errands in Denpasar. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower pod was eye catching but not necessarily comfortable for a long shower.

I was wondering how pop hotel looks like as they advertise a really nice pic and a compact room. Last sunday I got a chance to have an experience stay by booked a day use room which I found at Agoda. Staff was friendly, the room was nice and comfortable, also good location. Ohh... they didn't provide any toiletry, don't forget to bring your own. Lucky that I came for a day use stay as I didn't bring any toiletry. But... the linen cleanliness need to improve. I found some spots and holes in it. Good wifi connection as I have some works to be done. Overall is nice and recommended 👍
