The place is highly affordable. But I had to wait for till morning to be able to check in because my flight was delayed, and it took quite some time at the Bali airport. I'd recommend that you make an early arrangement to ensure smooth access to your room in case you happen to arrive Denpasar later than midnight.

The wife and I booked this guest house for 3 nights based on my previous overnight stay some years ago as it is close by to various embassies and the Indonesian Immigration office. However was very disappointed that it has not aged well. Whilst the room is spacious and the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower and the air-con worked well, there were severe cracks in the walls with the paint and plaster peeling, mosquitoes and a very large spider. There are no windows, garden, pool or anywhere to relax outside, The free wireless signal inside the room was insufficient to allow my tablet to connect. As there are several other establishments in close proximity , offering additional features at a lower price, I can only recommend Cityzen Renon for an overnight stay, The free parking inside the property is restricted to 2 cars plus a few motor cycles.…

There aren't a lot of nearby food options that are open before 9am, so that's not so great. It seems a bit expensive for the location, but I can't argue with the place itself. It's quite large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I had issues with the internet. They own the hotel across the street, as well. Same prices and similar setup. Overall, I can't really complain.

This is a nice guesthouse. I stayed 4 nights here and I was delighted. They have a big room with affordable price. Good aircon, clean, free wifi, friendly staff. Unfortunately, they don't provide breakfast. They give you two bottles of water every day, coffee, and tea. And what I like they have a small refrigerator. It's important for me to keep my DIY toner. It is located in Denpasar, about 30 minutes if you want to go to Kuta. But, hey, Bali is not only about Kuta, right?

It is a small guest house with large room and good facilities. hence we benefited because it affordable. Unfortunately in some parts of the room, the paint is already peeling and they don't provide breakfast. Employees are friendly and helpful. There are available city tour and a shuttle service that allows us to destination. Overall despite the quiet atmosphere away from the city center.

Stayed there for 2days. It is 5min away from the bajra sandhi monument,which is nice,so you can easily walk there. Unfortunately the hotel is far away from the city centre,you have to use a taxi. The room was big, good aircon. Room was cleaned after one day. They provide water coffee and tea, no breakfast. The bathroom was big. Unfortunately there is no window, don't feel well in a windowless room.

This is not hotel maybe, like home stay. We stay just one night because we are very tired to go home. Room large, with nice bathroom and good wifi. At the night the alley very dark ,for woman i think can be little spooky. Overal the price was good and facility

Not bad at all, everything was good as what on the pictures. The room was good as well as the toilet. Clean and maintained. On a negative side is that you need to be safe not to drink the water from the tap. As they say, water on Bali is not clean and would get you sick or poisoned. So for even brushing your teeth I recommend use bottled water. The rest was good and this is for budget trip only. Quiet far from the beach and situated near the neighborhood.

I chose Cityzen Renon for 1 night because our flight arrived late at night and they said they offered airport transfer. We had planned to head to Ubud the next day. We booked 2 rooms for 4 of us in advance and also arranged to be picked up from the airport. When our flight got in there was no-one from the hotel to pick us up, so we managed to borrow someone's phone to call them. They told us it was too late at night to pick us up - despite having pre-arranged this and double checked via email that they would. It would not have been such big deal had it not been so late at night - we were tired, hot, and being 4 young females would have felt safer had we been picked up. We did end up getting a taxi which worked out fine. The hotel itself was good in that the rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of wardrobe space, doors locked well, and a good bathroom with working shower and towels. Located on a quiet street. I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to it's location appearing to not be near anything, and the rooms lacked character and felt a bit like a prison (no windows, the mood of the room was really cold).…
