It's a pretty cheap hotel with spacious bed and pretty spacious room, staff was great and helpful, the only weakness is that the super narrow entrance alley, we have to drive extra carefully to prevent scratches

They have this lovely little garden by the pool and the cutest fishpond by the dining room. During a hot day, you can feel the breeze, which is just exquisite. It's not as "hard to find" as one would expect, it's actually within close proximity to the Denpasar and Seminyak.

Pretty ok hotel, room pretty clean however the location was hard to find. It is located in at the back of a mechanical garage, we took almost half an hour to find it. the plus is that it is rather quiet, pool is beautiful. room pretty basic, got water, shampoo and soap, and towels. for the money that we paid,...

Definitely not a memorable experience, but really not awful either. Website pics are kind of misleading, but the price certainly isn't. It's pretty clean, small pretty pool and fishpond - really cheap, kinda middle of nowhere and the rooms look aged, but you do get what you pay for. Have very low expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I too was a little skeptical prior to my stay at the Koi, based on a questionable review, and a website which is more offline than online but after personal assurance via email from them, I still went ahead with my booking. It is true that this hotel is in a somewhat dingy part of Denpasar, but I could overlook...

Pros: Friendly staff & owner, Cheap, Location, Clean, Spacious Cons: None Several days before departing Australia for Bali, (booked the hotel months before) I look up trip advisor if this hotel had any review... and my heart kinda sunk after reading the negative review that someone wrote, but I thought I'd give it a chance since I already booked it....

No idea where the positive reviews have come from. This hotel is in a dingy part of Denpasar. Our driver did not want to leave us there after telling us it was a very dangerous area. The door to the room supported this as it was clear it had been jimmied several times. After a lackluster checkin by a local...

The Koi hotel is located a few kilometers from Denpasar, so a taxi is required to go to the city. The location is otherwise okay, since the lobby and rooms are in a quiet area away from the busy road in front. The open air lobby is nice and simple. There is no restaurant, but food and drinks can be...

Our schedule kept us too busy to enjoy the facilities but it gave the feeling of coming home end of the day :) We were upgraded, what a wonderful arrangement! Kind, helpful & friendly staff. Thanks to the management & a lady named Suzie. They made our stay at Koi enjoyable. Dinner at a nearby restaurant was also reasonably priced....
