The hotel have two building, old and newer one. I choose twin bed and was given a room in the old building, they said the North building. When I enter my room I found many mosquitos inside and the bathroom.was smelly. The breakfast menu is quite Ok. The swimming pool size also not too small.
First, they upgrade our room to deluxe double room. That's really nice over. The room itself are huge and clean enough. But, I think this is not really new. I found couple of crack/broken paint in the wall. It's good enough for city hotel and the price are good.
I know this was a relatively cheap hotel, and I don't expect too much from this hotel. I don't expect the food, the interior, the pool, etc. But I think they should have invest specifically on cleanliness especially the bed cover (many stains there), and the towel is yellowing. We don't need fancy furniture. And the room is dark. Barely seen anything when it is night.
clean enough, so so food... quiet place and only need 5 minutes to reach 24 hours store. water was not free, at that time i should bought water from the supermarket. there are several food store near 24 hours store open until midnight. nice for family and friends trip. but i think not suitable for backpacker
Mosquitos in the room. One of the towels had stains. Unpleasant smell coming from the sink pipe. The bed sheets had stains, you didn't really notice unless you widely opened the duvet. Slow/on-off wifi connection. The worst thing was i pre booked and paid the booking thru the hotel website. I've got email confirmation that my card had been charged. However, upon check out, the front desk agent asked me to make a copy of my credit card. I asked him why would he need to make a photocopy when i had already prepaid. He was adamant saying it was the hotel procedure. The problem was upon check in they made a copy of my ID, which i understand it's standard procedure. But, if they have both my ID n credit card info, this can lead to identity theft and credit card fraud! This is not okay! They need to change their standard practice! FYI, i finally gave them my cc because i was already late to go to the airport but then i called my cc company to freeze the card. To hotel management: if you read this please change your standard practice. It's nowhere near professional to make a copy of your customers' credit card. It's criminal act!…
Stayed here because it was a venue hotel for the event i've handled.. very disappointed because all in the room is dirty & in poor condition.. ac is not cool, only hot wind come out from it.. bathroom is miserable.. smells bad & the shower curtain is awful.. never will stay in this hotel anymore..
Stay in Denpasar area, near to level 21 mall, not really a tourist area, breakfast not too fancy, mostly Indonesian Cuisine . But they have large swimming pool, the price of room service menu also competitive, laundry service was great, have difficulties with hot water, if you Business traveler to visit Denpasar this one is suitable , mc Donald's is just near by, food street vendor is within walking distance area.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The food was fine, but if you can add more variations to it, it would be better. Unlike modern hotels, the room is spacious which is a plus. This hotel has swimming pool that you can use whenever you want
Clean room and all hotel environment... good meeting room.. various snacking menu.. located at center of Denpasar and near from many public place and public service such as Sudirman Mosque, Udayana hospital, Tiara Dewata and many other.
A good location in Dempasar. Situated in a fairly quiet one way street. Ideal for avoiding the beach crowd. Very few westerners stay here. Lots of local business travelers. Only a half hour taxi ride to Sanur or Kuta and a bit longer to Ubud. Taxis wait outside the hotel. All day rates are reasonable. We stayed in the annex across the road for 5 nights. Wait until you check in before carrying luggage up the steps to reception in the main building. We carried it up then down again and across to the annex. Rooms were quiet and clean and good enough for the price. Staff were friendlyl. No safe in the room but valuables can be left at reception. Breakfast was included in our deal. They cooked omelet for us plus there was a range of local food available, Most of it was cold by about 8.30am They play music in the restaurant that I found to be annoying but others really enjoy such as our taxi driver who liked to play the same style of music. We had some evening meals at the restaurant which were very nice but the menu was limited. Same music though. There is a pool in the main building. There are some shops within walking distance around the block. Other restaurants nearby such as KFC but we found it impossible to cross the road. Not worth the risk. The traffic never stops and the bikes squeeze through any gap. Taxis can find it hard to find, have a good map or GPS on phone or tablet. A local data SIM from the airport was very helpful for us. We had a peasant stay at this hotel.…
