Hotel palm retreat is one of the best budgeted hotel I ever visited in Mussoorie. I visited there with my family, they very well take care of all our family need. The staff was polite and courteous. They have an amazing terrace restaurant with the mall view and of course with delicious food. Definitely visit the place again.

Beautifully done hotel with very friendly staff. If you are one of those who want shop alott and love to be on mall road this is the place to be in. Right on the mall road near the famous neelam hotel and the doodh wala Above punjab national bank. But if you are keen on having a good look at the valley from the hotel then you will be dissapointed. Food served in the hotel is too delicious and flexible as per your requirment.

It is a good property with terrace restaurant facing mall road. Very near to Picture Palace and Kulri chowk. Rooms with balconies are much better. Food is also good. Facilities of 3 star hotel.Good for families as well. Wi-fi is pathetic. No signals at all in the room.

I stayed in this hotel from 18th Apr 16 for two days and they were the worst days of my Life. 1) When I reached Hotel for check-in , the receptionist asked me twice that are you sure you have a booking for today , even after showing my OYO booking ID. 2) Have you ever heard of Hotel room window opening in Lobby. 3) Can’t sleep whole night due to noise and lobby light coming in the room. 4) Room not worth Premium Category rent. 5) Broken Chair , Pics attached. 6) No Wifi signal in the room. 7) Blocked wash basin. 8) No OYO toiletries provided.( Local brand provided). 9) Flat Tv but no signals

We didn’t stay at this hotel, just stopped in for a bite to eat on the terrace. It was a little strange at first because there were a couple of waiters who seemed slightly unsure what to do once diners had arrived, but they were pleasant and attentive, even going so far as to offer to get beer from somewhere else – a beer & wine shop presumably, as Mussoorie restaurants seem to be all tea-total. But it’s a great terrace, looking down onto Mall Road, and when the food arrived it was superb. The best toasted cheese sandwich I’ve had in a long, long time. There were at least two, if not three, blends of cheese in the sandwich along with some spices that gave it an additional kick. Cheese on toast is my favourite, but this is the best I’ve ever had. Do not miss it! There was a rather comedy moment when my son asked to use the loo and was informed the restaurant has no toilets. To compensate they took him down to one of the occupied hotel rooms and invited him to use the bathroom there. Quite what I’d have thought if I’d arrived back in my room to find someone weeing in my toilet, I’m not too sure, but somehow it seemed to fit in with the quirky atmosphere. Again do not miss the toasted cheese sandwich and the view of the street from the terrace. A deserving 4 Star.

Located towards one side of Mall Road, it is accessible to a number of eating joints, the taxi stand and a few sight seeing options. What i liked about this place was the Service. They made sure that you were comfortable during your stay. It is a three star property so expectations need to be handled accordingly, but great service.

We're at the hotel as I write this review, we checked in last night and most of our requests were handled promptly to our satisfaction. So far the stay has been good and the sleep quality last night was fine. Rooms themselves are ok, our room walls had dampness due to seepage (thankfully no smell). Limited parking space but were able to park right outside the hotel building with the help of one of the hotel staff.. headed for breakfast now.. will write more about the full experience after check out tomorrow.. recommended for the 2500 price point.. + 250 for a heater in the room
