We visit hill stations a lot and honestly come across very few hotels that have a robust heating system. This is where Vishnu Palace scores. Even without the heater, the rooms are spacious and warm with great views and you get hot water throughout the day. Another brilliant thing about Vishnu Palace is its location, it's 3 minutes from the Mall Road and everything is nearby. Room service was also quite fast making it a top choice for stay in Mussoorie.

I along with my family stayed in the superior rooms in the first week of January in hotel Vishnu Palace. Location of the hotel is ideal. Check in was quick. Hotel has plenty of parking space. Size of the superior rooms are ok. Heater is provided in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is provided in the hall on the -4 level. Quality of food is good. One thing i would like to mention that sleep quality is not good. They should provide better and double bed quilts instead of two single bed quilts in the double room. Superior rooms with himalayan view are good. Beside this everything was ok. Would recommend to stay here.

The breakfast served had a great variety and the cleanliness of the hotel and service deserves special appreciation. This hotel is very close to the mall road at mussorie, at a 2 mins walking distance, but away from the crowded area's. Stunning views from their mountain facing rooms, breakfast had a good variety, rooms are provided with heaters without any extra cost, bathrooms were clean, everything functions as it should. Best stay option in the mountains, hotel staff is very cooperative,will visit again.

I was in this hotel for 7 nights, stayed in Superior Himalyan View. The hotel environment is quiet (unless there are some visitors who keep speaking loudly in the lobby in the middle of the night - which happened once in my case). Food is good, and they have lot of Jain variety (which I needed). Room service is prompt. Location is excellent - very near to library chowk and still peaceful. Hotel staff is very helpful. Warmers are provided in the room and they are effective to good extent. Rooms and hotels are clean. Room cleaning is done frequently upon request.

Hotel is located very near to the heart of mussoorie i.e library or Ghandhi chowk. A most known place and had a good parking facilities having big terrace space with natural scenery of hills and forest. Rooms and the facilities make you feel comfortable and you will love the interior decor done by woods. Staff and room service is a moment away that's enough for anyone across 24x7. You will have option to dine-in in your room through room service or can go to the restaurant for the same which is adjacent with a terrace have good flowers and plants.

Situated away from traffic of Mall Road.. Rooms with good hygienic space ..One must see this hotel as their first choice for sure..Breakfast having varieties and great taste ..Hotel staff behavior is very cooperative and they also arrange conveyance on demand..Kids playing space make this hotel a great choice.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The hotel location is at the entrance of Library road and Mall road is also at walkable distance. We have booked for room with breakfast. There was a variety of option in breakfast and the staff was also good. I travelled with my family so we have booked 2 room which were connected to each other. He have requested for heater for both the days and the staff provided it as we did the check in which was very much required as the temperature used to drop to 5-6 degrees. Rooms were spacious and there was hot water availability for 24*7. Room service was also good. The hotel also have their own restaurant which is also good and they serve only veg atleast during our stay there was no nv food available. I would recommend to book this hotel n yes they also have parking facility. Also, please carry warm clothes as the temperature starts dropping from evening, this is a personal advice.

Hotel Vishnu Palace is a perfect homely conveniently located property run by a dedicated management team. True value for money this property is. I went with my family (including a kid 9 years and my in laws, senior citizens), and the property's location (I rate 5 star), food (5 star) and service (another 5 star) were the key items I loved about the property. They have valet parking and offer complimentary car wash service for cars parked at their hotel - something we haven't experienced before so were very happy to receive our car all sparkling clean and shiny ready to go on excursion the very next day. Overall, Hotel Vishnu Palace is my perfect pic for a Mussoorie vacay. At <50% rate than Fortune Grace - this one is truly worth every buck you spend here.

We booked a superior Himalayan view. It had a breathtaking view. The breakfast and food were very tasty. The room had all required facilities like continuous supply of hot water and thick blankets. The location is at the center of the city however not noisy so it was apt for our stay. We were able to book a two wheeler in the hotel itself which was delivered in 5 min. The staff/ room service was super quick. Downside of the room was it had one heater (it would be helpful if there were 2, we didn’t try asking thou). Two mattresses were combined to make one bed. Overall it was a pleasant stay

They do not charge anything extra. They have a place for their bath and they also give blankets at request. Ample parking space is available. Driver has to sleep in car.
