We took their 301 room which had 2 walls of glass , which gave perfect view of the valley . Even in the lockdown were not turned down for anything we required . I've stayed in many other hotels like brentwood and amara high walls , and none of them is as hospitable as this one . Enjoy

Stayed in the Hotel for two days in December 2022 with my family. I must say that the hotel has a mesmerizing location, right on the mall road. The valley facing rooms are a pleasure to stay in with a wide view of the doon valley. Well lit and airy rooms. Hotel has a very aesthetically decorated restaurant which serves very tasty food and has all variety of foods be it Indian, Punjabi or Chinese. Housekeeping and cleanliness is very good and the staff is very courteous. The front office Staff especially Mr. Vishnu Joshi is very courteous, always helpful and very cooperative. Hotel has its own roof top parking. Guests may reach the hotel reception through stairs right from the mid of Mall road. Location is so convenient and is very near to ropeway station (500m) and The Library (less than 1 km). Hotel tariff is very reasonable and bookings can be made online through Hotel website. Mr. Navneet Kaushik, Head Sales and Marketing is a wonderful man and extends all possible help during the online booking. I would definitely recommend the fellow travelers to stay in the hotel whenever they visit Mussoorie.

Rotten chicken was served to my family on 15/04/2021 dinner. The lady manager refused to give money receipt for the entire bill amount of fooding and lodging of 4 persons for 2 days stay. Though the property is on Mall road, it is about 1.5 to 2 kms from the mail Mall. So, one have to walk a larger distance compared to other good hotels of this area.

Not a place to stay..
Did not expect after paying Rs 38K for 2 nights.
Presently staying in room no 217 and room no. 317 from 18th Mar 22 to 20th Mar 22.
TV in both rooms are not working in spite of requesting many times, nobody bother to check.
18th night, informed reception but nobody turned to fix TV.
Intercom of room no. 317 not working.
Iron cattle was defunct in room no 317.
19th Mar 8:15 AM kids went for breakfast, but were sent back stating food is not ready.
Today 19th Mar at 7:05 PM, sitting at front area of hotel, asked to take snacks order. Housekeeping staff bring menu and told waiter will come to take order.
Now till 7:30 pm, nobody bother to take order inspite of repetitive requests.
Shown the review to Rajshree and receptionist before submitting.

Your property requires immediate refurbishment. Furnishing is in bad condition.
Doors are in bad shape. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room acoustic is so bad that inside the room you hear corridor noise, outside terrace noise and road noise.

First of all i booked a valley view room, which was effectively not a valley view as the tress blocked the valley view. Take a room on the 2nd floor. 1st floor is covered by long trees. Its a waste of money. Cant blame the hotel but you will miss the valley for sure.
Secondly the room is like rs. 1000 oyo. The infrastructure is very poor. The bathroom glass door made such a screech noise that even kubhkaran will wake up.
Food was good. Location is good. Staff was polite and good.

So it was towards the last week of Feb that we 4 friends visited mussoorie and we thought while we can compromise on our stay but not on the distance from the Mall road. So, we took the best of the lot available near Mall road. Tulip inn castle.
Promisingly placed and name that rings the rustic beauty of the past that has beautifully aged. Here it was. Hotel tulip.
The hotel is under renovation ( so the next time when you come it will be better for you than it was for me). So while the mountain facing hotels can be rightly priced but if given the mountain view it is worth the buy.
The staff is especially supportive and they look for to you that you aren't uncomfortable with the ongoing Renovation.
Especially Ms. Rajshree Bhardwaj - front desk manager. I was particularly impressed by her tenacity and attentiveness towards the guest.
Ms.Rajshree if you are reading this, the next time i plan to open a hotel, the front desk is totally yours. You took my heart with that smile.
Well so overall the hotel is 3/5 but the staff and especially for Rajshree it would be 4.4/5.

Stayed at the hotel’s premier valley view rooms USP of the room is that the windows can be opened when needed so that you can feel the cool breeze. Breakfast was excellent hotel room service was also good. If they are not busy will provide you whatever you want in a minute or two. However cleanliness is a little issue but can be rectified when asked them to clean. Hotel has its own parking which is a good part, hotel has lift. It’s between the Mall Road both ends of the Mall Road are super narrow because of the market and very busy. Overall our stay was excellent.

Best loaction in Mussoorie Mall Road. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities.If we were to travel to Mussoorie again, we would definitely stay there again!It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Mussoorie with us. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk.

Hey! The rooms aren't air-conditioned but if you come to think of it, you don't really need the AC in a place like Mussoorie.
Yes! They have a lift for the upper floor.
The hotel is ON the mall road so it depends which side you're coming from.
