A well trained staff with a well maintained heritage property makes a family holiday perfect. This property is one of the best stays in mussoorie and the atmosphere around is very quiet. Anand ji and Dinesh were a huge help. Housekeeping staff were top notch but the icing on the cake was the food. Perfect food. All in all a perfect stay.

Our stay at The Claridges Nabha Residence was absolutely fantastic. First and foremost was the location - slightly away from the Mall road to have peace and quiet but still close enough to get there easily.
We also had the most amazing service from every member of staff, right from the security, front office staff, restaurants, housekeeping..... Absolutely top notch service and no request was too much for them.
We were given great options for our trips everyday and we used the hotel's car services. We had great drivers (you need them in the mountainous roads), reliable and courteous. The cars were really clean and well maintained too.
The breakfast spread was not only tasty but also had great variety. The four of us had different tastes and we all were fully satisfied. We also had our dinners at the in-house restaurant. Even though it was winter, we chose the outside seating it was the best decision we took. We opted for the bonfire along with our dinner and we had a memorable time. Great ambience accompanied by some excellent food.
Our rooms were also super comfortable with the right level of heating. The bathrooms had been newly renovated and had heated toilet seats - a great feeling in the winters!!
I would highly recommend staying at the Claridges if you are visiting Mussourie as a couple or as a family. You will not regret it.

Very rarely it so happens that you give five stars to a location, the hotel, the hospitality and the food. My trip to Mussoorie can be easily ranked amongst the best trip ever and it is largely due to Chef Ritesh Negi and Manager Baldev Singh. On one hand Mr. Baldev ensured that we get the best room and the best service at all times, on the other hand Chef Negi went out of the way (literally) to get us freshly harvested local vegetables and grains and prepared an authentic Uttarakhand dinner for us.
I ought to mention the cuisine here which was as delicious as it was healthy and authentic. It was an experience like no other. He is promoting authentic local cuisine and everyone should do this.
The Dinner Menu - Pahadi kakdi aur Pahadi Namak Zakhya Kakdi Rayta Kandali ka saag Chainsoo (daal) Jhangora ki Kheer (dessert)
Claridge Nabha is a property like no other. It was a summer retreat of the erstwhile maharaja of Nabha, Punjab. The rooms are spacious and well designed. There is no need to type password for internet anywhere. The recreation room is excellent with a TT table, badminton court, toys room. To top it all the room has a 70 inch TV and not only this it has Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime up and running. Claridge knows what the guests want and someone out there is smart enough to take care of small things.
If you are going to Mussoorie, I would recommend that you go to Claridge. With people like Mr. Baldev and Chef Negi, you will have one of the best holidays of your life.
And just one more advise - don't go to Kempty Falls, it is a huge waste of time and you will be disgusted by its surroundings.

During the holiday season, we visited the resort, and the entire property was completely booked. Despite the high demand, the hotel staff made sure to deliver outstanding services and attention to us. Their hospitality was exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us.
Although the property was situated a bit far from the mall road, they arranged convenient transfers whenever required. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the mall road, it allowed us to have wonderful family moments at the resort.
A highlight of our stay was the delicious and fresh food. We had the opportunity to savor multiple dishes from breakfast to dinner, and everything was incredibly tasty.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Dilip and his team for ensuring our stay was not only comfortable but also thoroughly enjoyable.

The last 4 days have been one of the most memorable short holidays that we have ever taken. We had planned just 2 days of break because we knew that there was nothing more to see in Mussoorie that we had not already seen. But then we had not planned for the beautiful Claridges Residence that was the summer palace of the Maharaja of Nabha. It is a quaint property with around 20 odd rooms but the striking feature was the beauty of the construction and the location which seemed to fully insulate us from the touristy feel of Mussoorie. The welcome that we received completely bowled us over and we were very impressed with the 5 star quality of rooms and the excellent service offered. I can't thank Gaurav Chauhan and the team enough for making our stay so memorable. And I would be doing a gross desservice if I don't mention the excellent food that was the creation of master chef Negi and his team. We tasted some delightful local hill cuisine that included parathas with exotic stuffings and bhuna mutton with a dash of rum. Out of this world stuff!
I would suggest this place to people looking to unwind in luxury in the pristine mountain air that is so unlike Mussoorie. Thank you Team Claridges Nabha !

Property is located at an excellent location. Away from the ever crowded and congested Mussoorie. Hotel provides free shuttle between hotel and Mall Road and it’s very convenient. Staff including on duty manager, receptionist, housekeeping and on dining are very humble and cooperative and do their best to make life convenient. Biggest relief was allowing us with the pet. He was allowed almost every where except for certain areas like restaurant etc but that’s fine. Food is excellent and chef (Kailash ji) and his team does wonderful job providing lot of varieties. We stayed in Clardiges room which faces the forest and it was perhaps the biggest compared to other hotel rooms. Well decorated and a refurbished room with 65 inch tv, coffee machine, comfy bed, good quality Wi-Fi, ac etc made life easy for 4 days that we stayed in. Mr Rathod who is the Manager has an excellent team to look after all the guests. Overall it’s more than value for money.

Staying at Nabha place was like a dream. We were welcomed by Mr Dilip Das, General Manager along with his team. As the property is very close to mall road hotel provides complimentary pick up and drop to mall road once in a day to all the guests. Being surrounded by the forest this small heritage hotel is away from crowded area.
Hotel is surrounded by well-maintained gardens which was used to serve our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Being a luxury heritage small property, everything is personalized. Its a perfect place for small family functions and weddings. Our stay at Nabha Palace took an unexpected turn when my husband bumped into his old school friend Mr Devrath Rathore, who happened to be his junior at Mayo School.
I would surely like to come back and stay again at this lovely property !!!

My stay at Nabha Claridges was a heartwarming experience. Mr. Das, the GM runs this place with perfection and he has instilled a rare quality in his staff, that of heartfelt hospitality. Each and every staff is extremely courteous. The property is nestled amongst tall pine trees and is so peaceful. The room decor is tasteful and comfortable. This is heritage property is maintained beautifully and exudes the charm of being 120 years old. The housekeeping staff are doing a great job and the same can be said about the chefs.
There is a quaint little library and a beautiful bar. The property has a spa and gym too. On Fri, Sat and Sun Mr. Nikhil entertains the guests singing soulful melodies whilst playing the guitar. Take time out to see sheer blue skies, inhale the cool crisp mountain air and enjoy the magic of Nabha Claridges. Many quality hotels gives you great rooms and good food but not all serve you with genuineness. Nabha Claridges tops the list!!
