It’s a hotel with beautifully designed rooms giving you a feel of royal hospitality, situated left at the entrance of the Mussoriee mall road from the picture palace side. The entire hotel staff is proactive & gives you impeccable service. The personal touch that we have received every time . The food menu is excellent and appetizing with staff who can guide you through the dishes with an ease. The behavior of the housekeeping staff was very respectful and the housekeeping service was very satisfactory, the whole area of ​​the hotel was very clean and tidy.We would specially like to thank a few members who made our stay truly rememberable - Mr Manoj chamoli (EHK), Mr Abhimanyu (Room Boy)We surely recommend this property. I visited The Sylverton in mid March. It was a solo visit. I have visited this Hotel many times with family, friends, for business, for leisure but seriously, the comfort level what I have here can't be explained. The staff is so humble and helpful..it seems they know me more than I myself do. They know my preffered room, newspaper, my food tastes... amazing. If I am in Mussoorie I cannot think of any other hotel. The staff is great, food is awesome, approach perfect, view from hotel lovely. Hightea great, evening hotel engaged activities mast. One of the most important mention was awareness of Covet 19. During checking I was asked about my travel history, could find hand sanitizers in reception, restaurant. I appreciate the hotel management for this.
Just one thing to say loudly "I will always be your guest in Mussoorie"

We went there for a short weekend break in mid-Feb. The hotel is located on one end of the mall road which you have to enter to get to the hotel.
Positives: 1. Rooms are comfortable & spacious, with central cooling and heating which is a blessing in cold Mussoorie winters and often this is information thats missing on various travel websites. 2. Staff is really helpful and prompt 3. A la carte food is amazing with quite decent sized portions 4. Glass house is a great place to sit at for food while enjoying the lovely views.
Area of Improvement: 1. A website would be nice. It took almost half a day of searching online to find the contact number of the hotel in order to make enquiries. 2. While A la carte food is great, the buffet and cocktails could use some improvement.
Overall, really happy with the place and our stay and would highly recommend it.

I checked in on 28th May2022. We booked 3rooms for 3 night. 1 Valley view and 2 non view rooms.
First the good point: 1) Hotel visual from outside is good. 2) View from hotel garden is good. 3) Food is super yummy, they have a super chef.
And now the bad pints: 1) When we checked in, we were precisely given the worst rooms. Our valley view room had only the garden view as it was on the ground floor and hardly any one can see valley from inside the room. Moreover the balcony or the sitting area was just next to the common road, so it was hardly of any use, we had to always keep the curtains closed.
Coming over to the next 2 non view rooms. They were precisely non view rooms. These 2 rooms were also on ground floor. As the window were facing the parking lot, it was next to impossible to even open the curtains of the window. Literally we stayed there inside a closed room without any natural light for 3 days. Never knew that non view rooms means this in a RAMADA Category hotels.
2) House keeping pathetic. They just clean the bathroom. Every day they forget to provide fresh towels after tacking back the used once and refill bath toiletries. They did not even clear the dustbin. I had to call them every day to do the honour.
3) If you have walking problem or you are traveling with aged people then please don't book this hotel. As the approach road is very steep. When they are charging anywhere between rs.10000-20000 per room per night, then they should at least provide a pick n drop to the picture palace point.
Will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. There are far more good property at this price and with better facility.

Booked the property via booking.com Had to cancel due to some medical emergency on the family. I had put in the request on website but the hotel says they didn’t receive it. But I should say they don’t want to read such emails or respond. For days I kept waiting for a confirmation from their side but no response.
Now we start calling the property and the so called reservation team is one lady Ms. Hema. She thinks their property is on cloud nine as her attitude and words don’t speak hospitality at all. She is one such arrogant woman I have spoken in the hospitality world. Such rude attitude like they are selling a 7 star property. The reception person pawan picks up n says sorry we can’t help you. Wasim came on the phone and said I can help you but later refused.
I have stayed in sylverton since 25years and the respect has just gone by. She does not want to listen to the person.
When I asked to give 2 nights out of 3 which was charged they said the property is not a valuable however it was available 2 min back when he has not listened to my issue. They say the GM would get back to us and help but he is some super busy VIP who is always occupied and has no time to call back. The reception can’t transfer the call to him. No hotel does this. If a guest wants to speak to the GM he should be able to to. He can’t be hiding.
I have stayed in Top most properties in India and in Mussourie since a long time JW was out favourite but this time we thought of staying on the Mall Road. Would not recommend a hotel who is so high headed.
Learn to respect the guest and be polite. Your attitude of being rude can give you a ride in long term.

Dear Guest, I sincerely regret that you could not avail your stay due to last minute cancellation. Since your booking was done through booking.com there it is very precisely mentioned that any cancellation/ amendment done after the booking is confirmed would attract retention equivalent to one night stay charges and that is what has been charged. We only came to know of the cancellation when we gave you a pre-arrival call a day prior to check-in. It is a procedure followed universally so i don't think the hotel is at fault anywhere in this case. Still i would request you to give us another opportunity when you wish to travel to Mussoorie and we shall offer you the best possible rates and do our best to make your stay a memorable one. There are generally two kinds of hotels in Mussoorie, one near Mall road, and others located in slightly off locations in the hills. For people looking to stay near Mall Road, Ramada is a very good option, located at the beginning of the Mall Road (only 100 m off). People who want to have good long walks on the Mall road will find Ramada a very convenient option. The hotel itself is well maintained, has superb views of the valley from their Garden.
Pros 1. Very well located near Mall Road 2. Well maintained property 3. Courteous staff
Cons 1. The bar was almost empty with very limited stock. The management gave some excuse about some license issue, but frankly as guests, we expect better 2. Some common food options like Pizza (which were in the menu) were also not available. Not sure what was the reason for this.
I would have gone with 4 stars but for the above issues. The hotel is nice otherwise.
Room selection : Valley side rooms have super views, the other side doesn't have great views. However, there is some noise at times in valley side rooms due to people playing etc in the garden.

Great Overall Experience- Staff was very helpful, extra polite and welcoming. Room cleanliness was not upto the mark (4-5days dust was kept under the bed) Washrooms were not well maintained (doors were not in good condition) Restaurant Services were the Best - Food was delicious in all meals and with very good variety. Though Donuts got finished too early in breakfast and chocolate sauce was also unavailable during dinner. LIVE Singer was just Superb.

I have stayed in leading brands across from an Oberoi to Leela to ITC and to Marriott but my stay with Ramada Mussoorie has been truely mesmerising.
The minute you enter the property you get soaked in the rustic British design philosophy that the hotel offers. From Lobby to Restaurant to Rooms, They speak of an unmatched excellence.
Now to the team that ensured we got an extra ordinary experience -
1. Ankush Katwal is an exemplary hotelier walked an extra mile for making us feel like being at home. He's a great asset for the brand and the hotel.
2. Kudos to Mr. Yogendra Singh - EHK for giving us the one of the best surprise in our room by his graceful towel and balloon arrangement with candle lights. I was amazed to see the top notch cleaning standards in the Public areas as well.
3. Our culinary expectations were taken on a different level by Chef Manveer and his team including Chef Bindwal for curating one of the best menu's. The buffet and pastry chef's work is also refined.
4. The FnB service team is icing on the cake with gems like Lalit and Trepan who can indeed be groomed further for more responsibilities. Their command over menu selection and service standards is something that I have seen at par with the team at Leela.
5. Anshika from Front office team is an amazing guest relations manager and deserves a pat on the back for her amazing skills.
5 Last but not the least Mukesh, the driver who helped us to steer the car on the slope on the main road since I am not a regular driver in the hills.
The entire staff adhered to covid protocols and this is a great sign showcasing that you're in a secured environment.
A hotel is all about a perfect team and I see a great synergy that's all set to to take this place to a roller coaster ride of guest satisfaction.

We visited Mussorie and booked a 3 night stay with Ramada from 28Nov - 1 Dec. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. Two adults being senior citizens. The place has amazing views, great restaurants but the thing that stands out the most is the hospitality by the team there. Just 2 days before our visit the governments made entry rules more strict with covid testings etc. One day before our visit farmers protest took a large shape and road blocks started to happen at various places. Mr. Sandeep Aswal has been in constant touch with us helping us about the routes by talking to the people who had already checked in. He helped us with all kinds of information. Apart from him Ms. Anshika took such extra care to make our trip ever so comfortable. All our needs starting from baby’s needs to information about local places were well attended by her. All in all the entire staff was very cordial and welcoming. Now coming to the property. It has the most amazing views. You can relish the winterline phenomena during dusk from its elegant garden. Food is great. Buffet is lavish yet not done over. You ll get just ample enough choices to enjoy the food and not get confused over what to eat. Only con about this place is a 100mtr walk frm the mall road. But every hote would have this bare minimum. Must stay place if it is in your budget.

You can take an evening stroll to the Mall Road & enjoy the chilly winds of Mussoorie… Almost all the key tourist points of Mussoorie are located near the hotel, which will save your travel cost. There are abundant car/taxi/bike services available just next to the hotel in case you need. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the valley from the rooms. They also have a special park area facing the valley which you won’t find in any other hotel. They have a spa as well to ensure that all the tiredness goes away. Hi, just checked with reception, and the rooms are really designed for couples, but they are happy to put extra beds for the children, but it could be a bit tight. Perhaps call the hotel to discuss. The hotel is at the Picture Palace end of the Mall Road. It is 40m off the road, which is good because you don’t get the noise. Nice views from hotel. We walked to the library end of Mall Road today, which was nice - took about 30 mins. Hope this helps 😌
