I have stayed in the Heritage room in front of the garden. The property is well maintained despite the age, and garden has ample space for bonfire, group activities, dedicated kids playzone, yoga zone etc. There are multiple spots for clicking mesmerzing pictures of the mountains in the background. Courteous staff and very good food. The pick and drop facility was available from the hotel to the mall road and back for no extra charge and the drivers were also very polite. Simply loved our stay in this hotel!

I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a very comfortable bed and high-quality toiletries.
The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area, and I appreciated the quiet surroundings despite being so close to the city center.

Overhyped price with no service at all. Stinky washrooms and unhygienic conditions in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is completely off the shelf as taste was not good. Location of the hotel is at peak as it will be hard for four wheelers to reach with a single road.

I stayed here in June with my family for a week and the entire duration of stay was very pleasant. ALL THE staff were very cooperative and most importantly wearing masks and even using hand sanitizer as well which made me feel very comfortable. Also the menu and dishes they offer have a large variety and that combined with the view of the nature was once in a lifetime experience. I will definately be visiting there again .

The stay with paradise mansion was great. From the day we came in, they had given immense services. The property is located at a 100 metres height from the mall road. The hotel provides their pickup n drop facility commute for up and down the hotel. The location is very beautiful and the views from the deluxe valley view rooms are also very beautiful. The services are great All together a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend đź‘Ś. Ms. Aarti front office executive very helpful and the rest of the staff provided us with the best service possible, ensuring that every detail was attended to with care. The ambience of the place was inviting and warm, enhancing the overall dining experience. The hospitality was top-notch, making us feel truly valued and comfortable throughout our visit. It was an ultimate blend of great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. rooms were clean and welcomed us in a very pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this property whenever they visit to Mussorie.

The location is good. They have a good facility of pick and drop from mall road. Staff is humble but untrained. Must work on their room service part.You need to ask for every thing. They don't provide anything on their own. Food is very expensive in relationship to served quality. They do not provide complementary water bottle despite of charging decent amount for the rooms. Breakfast options were very limited just 2-3 options were there. Overall, if you are looking for an excellent view then take deluxe valley View room with balcony. So if you like the vibes of mall road, this can be a choice.

I usually doesn't right detailed feedback but this time it's needed as we also followed the previous review for this property but it's worst experience at all.
1. We booked Deluxe Vally view room at peak price due to season however first they gave us room at top floor called 401 & 402 opposit to their staff. We asked for changes then they said we are full. I again mentioned as per booking it should be balcony room with Vally view. They said earlier we will get it by morning but nothing can be done now.
2. We were displeased but accepted as it's very late. Then once we try to lay down we saw bed sheet were not cleaned I am attaching th picture as 1 please see. Right away I called the manager asked him to come right now and said we can't stay then they changed our room.
Note- earlier no rooms were there once we confronted then they suddenly room came out. Unfortunately this cat called cheating I don't like to use these word but they deserve.
3. Staff behaviour is rude and uncooperative. Specifically Kitchen staff. They don't even serve milk or tea after 10:00 PM or before 7 AM.
So this conclude if we travel with child how we I'll have milk or basic need items. Totally painful experience.
4. I travelled very frequently and believe me every one serve at least 2 water bottle per day they said we provide on RO water. Please see attached picture of room hospitality and decide if after recieving such service is this worth to having their water. Not it was just 160 not at all metter once some is paying more then 50k for such pathetic experience.

Pathetic service and hotel has no idea on cleanliness.. The towels in the room were not clean, when asked for fresh towel that was even more dirty with stains as well. The rooms are chilling in night as there was space in the balcony door and it was difficult to sleep.. Had booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to leave the hotel in one day only and moved to another..

Pros: 1. Mall road hardly 200 m away but on steep incline. Hotel provides a free service of transport to and from mall road 2. Food was ok Cons: 1. Small parking, road access to hotel is for one vehicle and the road is at a good 30-40 degree incline. The hotel keeps your car keys. In our case they have hit our new car against someone else's car in the parking itself and our car got a dent on the rear bumper. No accountability taken by hotel for same. 2. Dirty linens and dirty rooms from previous occupant. The chairs had some namkeen on it and the tables had a thick layer of dust. The bedding was dirty which was replaced after we complained. The rooms smelled musty. 3. We did not get complimentary drinking water and we asked for it twice and finally got only RO water and not complimentary mineral water
