We visited Mussoorie in August 2014 only for a single day Stay on our tour of Uttrakhand.
A Local Guy recommends this hotel to us. We are total four families. We Booked 4 Rooms on First Floor. All the Rooms are adjoining to each other. The Rooms are Big Enough & Neat/Clean Having a Balcony with some Decent Views. You will definitely enjoy the scenic beauty of the city from the wide room windows. Best Part of this Hotel was Food & Their Hospitality. They Offer us Dinner in their Dining Hall & served us up to late night… (12:30 AM Last Order)Food was Really Yummy & Pocket Friendly. Room Service is Exceptionally Great. The Only Drawback is Hotel is about 1km from mall road.
Stayed August 201, traveled with family.

I chose this property for a family stay (especially for old age maa and masi). The hotel checks on all basic amenities for a day or two stay. If one cuts all his/her fuss and focus on city tour and then a good night's sleep, this hotel scores good marks as it gives a right balance of peaceful, comfortable yet economical stay. Staff is courteous and promptly responds to guests requests and queries. Cleanliness can be improved but this is just a feedback, not really a complaint. Location wise, it sits on a high point which gives you a very good view of the city down in the valley. A perfect summer gateway if you come from a overly crowded and mechanised cosmopolitan city/town. A note of thanks to hotel staff, management for taking care of us. A comeback here will always be on my cards..

location:- Too far from mall road without car pick/drop not possible.
Only once in a day pick n drop or else they will charge rs. 100-150
Staff:- rude behavior & completely unprofessional. For heater(not wrked property)they charge 300Bucks.
Which they took separately with out mentioning on checkout bill.
food:- bad quality of food, seems to be cooked in unhygienic condition.
My ordered milk was full of water in it, with weird smell.
Do not go for this hotel , completely disappointing.

It was indeed overdue...
We went to Mussoorie in Mid Nov'15 as a couple, after almost 14 yrs. It was a simple vacation. Before going there I wrote to Naveen Goel, owner of the Hotel, to provide us a decent room with balcony on the backside. I wrote this after reading some reviews. Naveen is a gentleman. Not only he provided the room with balcony but to make sure the service must be satisfactory. The big room with balcony and the room service with excellent food make the trip a divine experience. They have a restaurant in the 1st floor with excellent view. The food, veg & non-veg was very good. When we went to walk or for sightseeing the service boy asked whether or not they can do the house-keeping. We stay for 3 nights in that Hotel and find no problem whatsoever. I took one star away, simple because the location is 10-15 min away from The Mall Road. We like to walk so for us it's ok. I think the height of the hotel is same as Gun Hill Point which is second highest peak in Mussoorie and that is why the view from the Hotel is excellent. If anyone don't like to walk I wouldn't recommend this Hotel. For me next time I'll stay here.

Stayed during first week of June, 2015. It is a budget hotel. Mall road is approx. 1 km. from the Hotel, you can take taxi to reach Mall Road or you can walk. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. Staff and the room service was good. The best thing about the hotel is their food, it was very yummy, we all liked it Also they provide free wifi.
