SHINING HILLS Located in a peaceful zone and away from the hustle bustle of mall road, Shining Hills, a cosy boutique hotel is surrounded by scenic valleys of Himalayas. It offers 12 rooms accommodation with a mesmerizing view of Dehradun city. The on-site restaurant serves multi-cuisine food and also offers in-room dining. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, room service, cab arrangement facilities and private parking. All guest rooms are well maintained and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, private bathroom with free toiletries and tea/coffee maker. A Minibar is also available in the rooms at an additional cost. Pros: Location is quite, away from loud noise city traffic. Hospitality is great, staff is courteous, and ready to serve you always. Neat and Clean Rooms. Value for Money. You get what you pay for.. Food is delicious, plus variation in breakfast. Cons: Its a bit inside (location), so if you are travelling via your own car try to take a Hatchback rather than Sedan or SUV.

We were a family of 2 who visited them with kids 4, 7 years. Had a wonderful peaceful stay away from mussorie main area. Hotel staffs were courteous and helpful. Beautiful bacony views attached to our room andthe hotel reception has open terrace to enjoy views and walk near the hotel in night is mesmerizing. Overall a beautiful weekend getaway.

True to its name this hotel shines in lts level of cleanness , food and hospitality. The staff is always on their toes to fullfill your wishes . Location is perfect , within few minutes drive from the mall road yet it's is away from the jam of Mussorie . Perfect gateway for a peaceful and relaxing holidays .

Pros: Good mountain view from room. Staffs are really helpful. They have vendors for taxi which will be helpful to go to mall road or Dehradun. Food preparations for dinner is good if you want to order. Cons: Hotel is far from mall road. Breakfast spread needs to be improved and should be available by 8 am max itself. They served after 9 AM which is too late to start your sightseeing. Deluxe room has tiny insects due to poor ventilation. One day, hot water was not available due to some issue which they fixed after 2 hours.

Stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 nights and i must say that we had an amazing experience over here. with mind blowing views, with super friendly staff, with lip smacking food, i cant find a reason to dislike this hotel. We were traveling with our 3 year old daughter and normally it gets difficult for us to find the right food for her. To our joy, we found the perfect food options for her and the staff was very very friendly with iur daughter as well.

Hi viewers I went on a holiday trip for about four days …i opted for this property after reviewing the viewer’s feedback… I am extremely happy and overwhelmed with my overall experience at shining hills. I took my pet dog oscar along with my family and really had a gala or picnic time . Hotel was very big and spacious, from room to the balcony view and from food to the services delivered all were awesome. I would really like to give my big thanks to Mr. Abhishek for aranging a complimentary cake for my wedding anniversary. Staff boys anirudh and tapas were extremely helpful and caring for their guest … I will definitely plan my next trip soon … will choose shining hills again as i felt like a second home here …Thanks a ton guys … you rock 5+ star in everything i can think off …. Shining Hills is a great place to stay when you visit Mussoorie. It's only 90 minutes from Dehradun airport and about 10 minutes from Mall Road. The staff are polite and helpful, and they definitely prioritise the customer experience. They were quick to arrange anything we needed, from transport to amenities. Definitely one of the reasons I would return here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooms we had overlooked the valley, and the WiFi was excellent. The quality of the food here was good too - tasty without being too oily or over spiced, and very reasonably priced. The same group also has a property in Goa, and their attention to customer service means I'll probably choose their resort there as well. Highly recommended.
