It was a wonderful experience staying at Domas Inn for 2 nights on my solo trip to Landour in April 2022. The room was priced a little high (2600 per night) but its still relatively cheap compared to the other staying options in Landour. I booked it directly from Domas website a month in advance. The whole place is just a dream!! The room was beautiful and colorful, with Tibetan themes running everywhere. It was also impeccably clean - not a speck of dust anywhere, even in the cupboard. I have been to many places around the world, and this was the cleanest hotel room by far. The wifi worked well. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant serves delicious food from all kinds of cuisines - even Bhutanese, Korean, Japanese and Tibetan items apart from the usual continental and Chinese fare. Special mention for the decor - just FAB!! All in all it was a memorable experience. If I ever go back to Landour, I will definitely stay at Domas again. The whole place is authentic to the core.…
We have visited this place multiple times before. We liked this place for its ambience and food. The food was absolutely unsavory this time while the prices had gone up significantly. Three out of five ordered foods had more salt. Even the coffee was absolutely tasteless. The chicken shabaley tasted like roadside spring rolls with only cabbage stuffing and oil dripping. They were not serving Tingmos being a Tibetiaj eatery.
This is one of my go to places in India. Whenever i get time, i just drive up the mountains to stay at this place. Its a warm, cosy and really cute stay for people looking for at-most silence & peace. The staff is really welcoming & friendly. I always prefer the top floor room with its own personal chill space outside the room, and thats one of the best parts about this place :)
I had the best ever ramen and momo in landour at Domas inn , I loved the presentation of the food , their ambience gives out a bohemian vibe , they had a great view as well , plus point is they even have lodging as well ,overall I’d rate a for out of five.
Went for lunch to. Domas. Cute little restaurant with oriental style. Comfortable and cozy. Good Chinese and Tibetan food. Had veg which was good in taste. Good portion of servrving. Nice place for a meal. Clean and hygienic. Courteous and friendly staff.
My friend and I went back to Mussoorie to do all the fun things we used to do while we were in school (we went to Woodstock) and we needed a place to stay for the night. Doma's Inn is the perfect place for your next trip. The room was amazing with a beautiful view and great service. We went on the bike so there was parking just outside the Inn. The ground floor is a restaurant and our room was just above that. We had the best stay there. We opened up the windows enjoyed the sounds around the inn and the beautiful monsoon breeze. We also ate dinner at Doma's the night we were there. I highly recommend eating and staying here. I felt like home, in one sense. The food was amazing, really well made and flavourful. The decor of the place is something else. The place is painted in bright, authentic colours and designs and it gives the design an edge. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we had a great time there. HIGHLY recommended.…
I haven’t seen a more cuter and colourful hotel/inn than this. It’s more of a home stay with budget amenities and ticks all the required boxes as such. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom was neat and clean. There is hot geyser water available in the room. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. The highlight of our stay though was the food which was prepared fresh right from the momos to the sizzlers, thukpa and ramen all tickling your taste buds. It’s a short walk from char dukan and you can do the entire Landour circuit walk without much difficulty at your own pace . Landour is truly a gem and getting lost here can be a beautiful experience. A short 3.5 kms walk will take you down to Mussoorie . Will definitely return. Keep it up Domas!
We went there this weekend from dehradun by seeing all the good reviews and wanted to taste some authentic tibetan food, ordered chicken shapta, bhutanese plate and butter tea. But only found out that they served half cooked food with very bad taste. Sitting interior was okayish, there is no such good view from cafe sitting area. Just found out this is one more overy hyped place.
I went there for my business trip for some detective agency work, I just want to say that this is one of a nice hotel in Mussoorie if you are planning to visit in Mussoorie with your family or a friend group this is a budgetary hotel with good foods and. Staffs were very supportive and calm, they would be always available there for your help.
The best thing about this place is the tastefully done up interiors. Each room is different and has a completely different look and feel. The interiors are bright and have a Buddhist theme. The main dining room has many vintage items including old photographs and other nick-knacks. The people are very friendly. We have stayed here on several occasions. There are two rooms to look for- One on first floor which has a nice terrace. On the ground floor is a room with double storey bed.
