The service's have been very prompt and the hospitality of this hotel is worth applauding. The housekeeping services are always warm and on time.. Mr kundan Housekeeping manager was very polite and humble, my room boy laxman was very courtous and generous always have smile on his face........
The room was very clean and taking proper care of hygiene and cleaniness....

Stayed here in April 2022 for 3 nights. Honest Review. Pros: 1. Great location 2. Helpful staff especially GM and Reception staff 3. Own parking 4. Spacious Rooms 5. Great view from the balcony 6. Good variety of food in breakfast Cons: 1. They were fully packed so the service during breakfast was very slow. 2. The property needs renovation in some areas like washroom and cupboard.(and they are working on it. Hair driers were installed in each room during our stay)

Very good hotel, clean, good location with parking and not too far from Mall Road. Nice view from the 3 rd floor rooms.
Food was tasty. The kitchen was a bit slow in replenishing the buffet items otherwise everything is good about this hotel

First of all the hotel is not so near to Mall Road, it is round 1 km from the hotel and that too it’s very steep. As pictures suggests they have cakes/muffins/croissant in breakfast nothing was available, also the same they display on their videos running on TV in rooms. Service and cleanliness is horrible, seems they don’t even clean wooden furniture, dust is there..saw flies on the windows. Toilet seat broken, and foul smell in the corridors like dead rat or something and they try to lower that with lemongrass humidifier. Imagine the smell, Food is costly as compared to quality, suggest to check room service bill before paying, you will find discrepancies. Hotel staff is very rude specially night duty persons. I will never ever again visit here neither will suggest, if you can spend pls go to some reputed brands rather tha.n staying in this third class property. Don’t fool yourself by seeing pictures of room and property.

The rooms are average. The furniture in standard rooms is old. Can't say about suite rooms. Cleanliness is average. Service is alright but the food quality and portion size is pathetic. They should get a new cook as dishes don't taste in accordance to the price being charged. Breakfast buffet is limited and there is delay in restocking the items due to which people have to wait. Location is very good, just 150m from the happening part of Mall road. The doon valley view from rooms is mind-blowing. All standard rooms have balconies. Parking inside the hotel is ample and very well covered. If you can ignore the average food/breakfast buffet and upkeep of the rooms then only redeeming factor is parking space and view from the rooms.

Awesome property, stayed one night with great pleasure.Enjoyed the pleasant weather tasty food, well behaved staff served us with smiles. Great ambiance attracts the tourists and stayed once in this property don't think to change his stay. Proper parking and free Wi-Fi facility is there.Overall a good experience.

We stayed in the property (valley View room ) during the second week of may2022. Service standards across the board are extremely very high.
The personal touches made our stay memorable. Rooms are pretty decent.

Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable stay . this hotel 🏨 is very certainly located, close to Mall road,it was very easy to get around. The hotel itself was very comfortable.staff did everything we asked of them and more.
The rooms were very clean with great view.Breakfast was incredible and tasty......

The Location of the Property is superb and Night View from Balcony is Fantastic. Approach to Mall Road is very Good. It is just 300/400 MTR away from mall road. Live music in Restaurant in Night and Morning.

Had a pleasant stay .. the room is amazing , staff is friendly and supportive … I celebrated my 5th anniversary here … they decorated my room on request and also ordered cake .. breakfast is extensive and also prepared Jain food on request . If you need to stay near the Mall Road and have a great view this is the place you are looking for .
