Hello, All perfect stay at property. Hotel Staff was supportive. They provided me the upgrade room facility. Room size is awesome of Suite. Overall a perfect property to stay with family. Just a suggestion for hotel top management - Atleast a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler should be available at property so that if someone wants to go nearby they can simply hire from hotel itself and can save energy of climbing to mall road

The stay we had was very good, it was like a home we stayed, staff was helpful, Mr. Mukul from front office helped us alot ,in the stay taking care of us since the beginning when checked-in till the check-out. He will take you in a good way for the future.

Location is good, view from room is good. We stayed in room no. 504 & 505. I really did not like their service...which was below average. We We reached the hotel after a tiring journey from Delhi, were not even offered any welcome drink (not even a glass of water). I asked multiple times for a welcome drink or a glass of water, but the person doing the check-in was more interested in We making the payment...this is when whe have pre booked the rooms (for 04 nights) & paid advance as well. Through out the stay, the service was pathetic. TV remote in our room was not functional from day one, we asked it to be replaced...but it was not done for our entire stay. Will recommend this place only for virw from tne romm & cleanliness. If service is in yourmind skip this completely. Their breakfast spread was very limited with no on table service...even if you request. Service wise pretty bad.…

This hotel doesn't do justification to the branding. Firstly it is very far from the mall road. They say they provide pick-up and drop facilities to the mall road on complimentary basis. However the front office staff mentions at the time of check-in that they will charge for the shuttle services. This left us in complete shock as we could have booked some other property at this price point. Some major issues of the property is highlighted as per below: 1) Pathetic customer service - If you want to order something no one wil either pick up the call in the restaurant and if they do will take a lot of time for room service. 2) We were allocated room no 501 which was on the 2nd floor there was no WIFI services at all like zero. When we raised the complaint to FO, we were told that Wi-Fi works only for android mobiles and that too in the lobby of the hotel or else we had to stand outside of the room to use the Wi-Fi. It wouldn’t work on the iPhone users 3) Room Service- The hotel staff was not interested in doing any service at all if we would call 11 no that was for the reception we would have to wait for like 30 minutes for a small thing to be brought to us. 4) Restaurant Service - The capacity of there restaurant is damn small like for 25 people and the rooms are much more. We had half of our breakfast while standing or else had to share table with some other unknown families or couples. This is not all, the staff at front office there duty manager Dev was also not helpful at all. We kept requesting for a different room they kept ignoring our requirements and wouldn't pay attention and ignore us. We would say don’t stay here at all and rather use your money to stay closer to the mall road. They would say that there is a short cut for mall road which is like 2 kms away approx. and also if you going to walk please note that the walk is very very steep. So be careful before anyone plans to books this property. I'm a travel agent myself and if they can't give a good service to an agent for our clients I wouldn't ever recommend this property.…

Worst hotel ever visited . Tandoor is not available in the restaurant, very difficult to reach at the hotel, travel desk didn’t helped to reach the hotel , if you carry your car it is very difficult to reach here.

This property is damaging the goodwill of Country Inn group. The location is the biggest disadvantage. It's a task to reach here. Though they provide free pick and drop at the time of check in and check out, still due to limited availability of vans, you may have to wait. There was no water in the washrooms for good 3-4 hours. They cited that this issue is due to water shortage in Mussoorie whereas when we checked with nearby hotels, no such issue was found in those hotels. The only good thing was food. However if it's not included in your package, they charge exorbitantly.
