Stayed at this hotel for 2N during my Mathrua-Vrindavan trip in Dec'21 end.
Location is very convenient on highway near Nandi Samiti crossing from where local share autos are easily available for Krishna Jamna Bhoomi. There is also a mall adjacent to the Hotel where many fast food joints like Dominos etc are available.
This property is essentially a compound with a parking space for cars, hotel (10 rooms), a spacious garden and a restaurant.
Reception staff were polite and helpful and basic room service was prompt. We stayed at ground floor and the rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Slippers, toiletries, heaters, thick blankets, Tea kit and kettle, hangars inside wardrobe etc were available. Due to our itinerary we didnt get a chance to dine at its popular Loft Restaurant which has amazing ambience and is very popular with locals. Check out time was 12 noon.
Room rates vary between 1800 to 2200 depending upon rush, mode of booking, portal etc. However, we booked at a much lower rate through our regular travel agent which always provides us with lowest prices on hotels.

I stayed in this hotel with my elderly mother and toddler son. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. Everyone, from the reception staff to the helpers were very polite, courteous and ready to help us with whatever we need. The rooms are basic but have all that is needed to unwind after a long day. The restaurant Loft is wonderful, great choices for food, good taste, excellent staff and very accomodating for making dishes child friendly. The room service option is also very useful. The only points for improvement would be a more prompt cleaning/ housekeeping and the speed of internet in teh room. Otherwise the location and the service of the hotel is very good. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Mathura

We really enjoyed our stat at The Spiti. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was really good at very reasonable rates. Kudos to the staff and the manager. Would certainly stay again if got a chance.

Had booked two rooms in hotel spiti based on rating of 4/5 on websites but it is not that worth. In both rooms geyser was not working and piligrims who wish to visit temples early morning will not have hot water facilities. Food is ok but cost is too high and quantity is too less

Location is bad, on main road with nothing around it. No welcome drink. In hot summer they provide only half litre water bottle for each person. Rooms are stinking, mosquitos for company. One has to waste time to avail breakfast since it starts after 8 only. And that too very limited. For everything in the menu also they say it's chargeable. Then what we paid for. No covered parking, so car is damages by some one. Not worth what we paid for. Should not list it as 3 star hotel.

Though a small hotel with limited rooms they are excellent and well maintained. All the facilities available were good. There is a inhouse restaurant which offers good food. The starters were exceptional. The staff were very hospitable. Would recommend to friends.

Hi, I stayed at Spiti along with my family and rooms were clean and hygienic. Location is not far from city and you can get Ola for going to Janambhoomi or Dwarkadhirsh temple.
Staff was courteous, especially support staff Mukesh who helped in providing prompt service. Food was also fine (not great but good enough), though its better to order Desi food (poha, dal roti ) and AVOID nything non-desi like sandwich, pizza or anything else.
Rooms are large and has all necessary things (except steam iron) along with clean towel and quilt

I visited this Hotel in very first days of march this Hotel is situated near to the highway but rooms are quite. Bed is good and bathroom is nice. Good running of water hot and cold water. But the manager of this Hotel doesn't know about hospitality. I booked this Hotel through goibibo as i am regular guest of Goibibo.
I asked for extra tea supply, sugar and water bottles. It took around 4 hours due to manager had to give permission to provide the same also they don't provide. Also i was ready to pay for all these things extra for tea bags and sugar as their policies were not ready to provide extra.
I posted same on Goibibo reviews the manager called ( Hotel Spiti ) me and said "how much you are paying . Are you doing audit of our property."
I am a regular customer of Goibibo i don't need to pay to hotel i have to contact to Goibibo for all kind of payments and trips.
Can anyone tell me that any hospitality person can have this kind of behaviour with the customer like me who knows very much about hospitality. Products are not enough to make the Hotel good if you don't have good manager and trained staff.
The staff should have power to make decisions to give extra supply against the charges. Hotel manager had a bad behaviour during conversations with me his tone was loud.
He mentioned that if you want to stay you can stay otherwise you can go but don't give us suggestions and comments. Also don't give instructions to our staff to charge extra to give you extra supply. They are not your employees they are mine employee.
Hotel policy doesn't allow to provide extra water bottles, extra tea bags and sugar also bathroom supply either you are single or more.

Stayed for 1 night at Hotel Spiti..
It is a small, but verryy nice & clean hotel.
The rooms r spacious, wel lit & non-smelly
I stayed alone, still was offered the room with a King Size double bed.
The washroom is clean, has geyser installed & also has an exhaust system installed which keeps it dry..
The staff is cooperative & friendly.
Interiors r attractive, & AC and TV work perfectly fine.
It has free wifi too..
Total value for money!! Go ahead & book this place without hesitation.

& is pretty close to Krishna Janmabhoomi (2kms)

The average booking rate on various sites was 2000₹.
After the Oyo discount,
I got the offer of 1574₹ (with complimentary breakfast)
Chose to stay over here after looking at the good ratings at Trip Advisor as well as d price was cheap.

We had 4 rooms booked and stayed 2 nights. Excellent service provided by the staff. Rooms were also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would recommend the hotel to others who are visiting Mathura.
