Hôtel immense et désert, très impersonnel, situé loin du centre. Difficile de trouver un tuktuk une fois sur place pour aller dans le centre. Le personnel n'aide pas à en trouver.
Accueil nonchalant.
Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais, difficile de se faire comprendre. Négociation pour obtenir une deuxième serviette de toilette et un drap de dessus.
Aucune possibilité d'avoir un diner après 20 heures.
Chambre avec deux fenêtres donnant sur le couloir intérieur, très bruyant.

We were genuinely surprised to visit this place for a wedding ceremony... It has amenities like AC, TV, clean toilets and proper beds.... The rooms are also clean...It offers a fairly large amount of space at an affordable price.... The decor is also a big highlight.... We recommend you to consider it for arranging weddings and other ceremonies, your guests will definitely love it...

I stayed here for 3 days for a marriage. Though room service is not good but still feel that this is a good budget hotel for stay of 1 or 2 nights. Location is very close to GOVERDHAN CHAURAHA in Mathura . Idle for people going for Goverdhan Parikarma. Goverdhan is 20 kms from Hotel.

chambre très spacieuse et bien meublée, propre, literie confortable. le personnel est serviable et très accueillant. L’hôtel est calme, à l'écart du bruit, de la poussière et de l'agitation du centre ville. Idéal si vous avez une voiture.

Khandelwala seva sadan trust provides budget accommodation. The place is 500 meters towards govardhan from govardhan chowraha in Mathura. Though rooms were nice and our stay was comfortable, service was average. We will like to stay here during our next visit.
