I stayed for one night in this hotel as part of my visit in mathura...As i have to move out early at 6.30 Am,i requested them for an early breakfast which was included in my plan however they denied that...they assured that they will provide tea/coffee instead...but in the end they were charging even for the tea...horrible...never ever stay wid these cheaters....in the room wat they claim as double bed is no better than a single bed...cheaters never ever stay...

We Appreciate Guests Concern but seems Guest omitted to state that they placed Tea/Coffee Order over Room Service at 5 45 am and the Service is Chargeable . In December period Buffet Breakfast timings in Breakfast Hall were from 7 15 am onwards & Tea/ Coffee Machine at Counter over there is activated to service at 6 30 am which seems guest did not opted for which they were assured for No Charge . Comments over the Bed Size is a Surprise for us after in Service since over 2 decades with same Beds & its size never got confronted & are very well with in the Norms of Hotel Federation of India Guidelines and Qualifying Criteria of Govt. of India for Star Ratings Assesement by Department of Tourism . However we apologize for any inconvenience felt by the guests towards their observation on this context .

Ok first the review: Good location, just off the highway, however most hotels are located on this road. Good breakfast selection and range. The bad: Very thin walls, i could hear my parents across the passageway. I had to ring them to turn off the tv as we were putting my son to sleep. The Bad Attitude: My wife wrote a review stating her point of view on this hotel, and instead of respecting that, and admitting that they may have a problem or that we are entitled to our views, they wrote that we arrived with a total of 9 family members and were trying to fit in one room!!!!. That is bad, you dont bad mouth your clientale without reason. We r 4 adults and two kids aged 11 and 3, which are allowed to stay as per your own hotel policy. One kid in each room. Visited radha ashok on 18.12.2015 and checked out by 22h00. The hotel had constant power failures and insist they had hoyle water when the water was barely lukewarm . Some of us were forced to have cold showers . They had a manager who was full of himself and a bad attitude. When approached about the hotel facilities he said that we have a choice to stay or leave . He was very unapproachable. I have sent a complaint to owners who supposedly live in England but still with no avail . I have stayed at other hotels but this hotel Radha ashok was the worst . They follow double standards at the hotel . If a room is booked by a travel agent then you get a low class deluxe room which was def not up to standard . Thanks for the Guest Review however is a bit far from the truth . Guests checked in at 3 30 pm & went for Temples visit & returned at around 9 30 pm & once back started complaining, well after 7 hours of checking in , on one pretext or onother as now they wanted to stay in Vrindavan near to the temples and desired to check out & get full refund from the hotel the amount they paid to their agent . They were evidently got instigated by local touts who managed to convince them that while visiting Mathura one should stay at Vrindavan to get best of Holy advantage for their family . The guests Checked out & travelled at night for 15 kms to stay at a no so Standard Guest House in Vrindavan so to be near to the Holy Lord . Hotel has Excellent Hot Water arrangement with Central Thermax System as well as TATA Solar to suppoprt . Besides the claim of the guest differentiating Category of Rooms is also not tenable as they were more in numbers than booked by the guests & wanted Free Complimentary upgrade to family rooms . All Deluxe Category rooms in the hotel are alike no matter how the booking is done . We regret for the guest views on this forum is to get refund ,as evident by the e mail sent by their agent as well as the guest directly to the hotel .

We had booked two rooms for a special visit and the amount charged with taxes came to 8500/- plus 480 for breakfast for my daughter . How can a 12 yr be charged this ridiculous amount for 2 bread slices and one small uttapam. I honestly felt that it was not at all value for money. The rooms were OK but the room has vents connections so you can hear the conversations of the other rooms very clearly. Very odd. Then bathrooms were around 4:5 feet square area which is tiny and to top this up the drainage pipe was blocked. I swear I kept a footmat and two big towels to stop the water from entering the room. Not a good experience at all.

The Guest booked 2 Single Rooms through an agency with 1 Pax Occupancy in each room and at SGL occupancy rate & surprisingly arrived total of 4 Adults & 5 Children . Upon arrival first they argued that they will manage themselves as is a same family & upon refusal by the hotel to accomodate like this they very reluctantly agreed to have only Two Double occpancy rooms with an extra bed which costed them as per their review Rs. 8500 inclusive of Taxes & Breakfast to all Except one Very elder child . While Hotel did not charged for other childrens breakfast who were all aged between 7-10 years but requested to pay for atleast one child who was evidently tall enough to be over 11 years . However guests were reluctant to even pay for it which certainly was not fair ast their part . Breakfast is Served Buffet & their is no bar or check what one is eating along its whole length of layout . Hotel charges very modest amount of only Rs. 350 for Breakfast & the amount over & above paid by the guest is the 20.3% Tax so is the Govt. to be blamed and not the Hotel in this case. So far the Bathroom amenities & size are Concerned its probably the only review which has pointed out on these parameters & Management is of the opinion that all bathrooms in the hotel are of Standard & Govt. approved minimum 35 sq.ft size and with Class 1 Fixtures & systems . However any problem faced towards drainage in that particular toilet may be for some unusual issue on that day at the time of guest usage . However the bathroom, of room, the guest occupied we checked post review have no such problem . We request to all readers to please grant justice to the hotel against this review .

Recently I stayed one night.As I was reaching midnight I requested him to arrange veg dinner,when I reached at 1245 hrs food was in my room . Room was spacious for single person,but problem with ventilation and poor wifi connectivity (corner room).In the morning I complained him about problem,they changed my room,with excellent wifi and ventilation.Restaurent service is slow but Food is delicious And even better/ you can compare with 5 star Veg food..Staff was very helpful informative and courteous,even mangement person is very vigilant about your needs or any help
