The staff here is very cold and rude right at the entrance. it seems like they are not in need of business. Infact the forn desk manager bragged to us that Hema Malini patronises the hotel and hence they are not really in need of other guests. There is a huge scary pet dog that is generally roaming around at the entrance thus scaring off small kids.Food though is very good. but the arrogant behaviour totally puts you off.

Mistaken this hotel for another similar name hotel that was closer to the action of Holi, but silver lining was that it was quiet and peaceful here, and yet 10mins ride to Holi Gate.

Room was basic but clean, with 4 bottles of bottled water available for me in the room, free replacement when empty. Toilet was clean, just that the flush was slow, but other than that, tolietries were provided, even a hair dryer!

Breakfast was included, and it was so good! Paccha asked daily what I wanted to eat, and it appears the next day by magic! :P Had my 2 dinners here as well, authentic fare, loved it!

Thanks to Raghav and Paccha for making the stay so welcoming and comfortable! Well taken care of here, definitely a place to stay the next time I’m here!

Ps. They have a pool, but no, I didn’t manage to use it. :D

I have been staying in this hotel since last 5-6 years mostly due to business travel purpose. The Hotel is well maintained and the staff is quite helpful. This year they have made 3 cottages around the swimming pool and currently I am staying in one of them. Food is good and made like home style as very limited guests are there due to Covid restrictions. I feel like home here and overall, its a recommended place to stay.

Rooms were comfortable and sanitized. Gallery had ampient light and garden view was exquisite. The most I liked was cottage which is surrounded by greenery and had a cozy swimming pool. The hotel is a renowned one having 30 years of legacy in the holy of mathura. I give 5 stars just for hotel staff service!

Had a 10 day booking for a total of ₹ 84,000 (1.000 Euro or USD). Arrived after 10 hour drive and were asked to fill out paperwork. I pulled up a chair from the second reception table 2 meters away to sit next to my wife. They shouted at me „no moving chairs“ and forced me to put it back. Then they wanted payment first. I asked to see the room first. They showed me the room which was dirty and then suddenly the manager said they have no rooms and that he canceled the booking. He said I should take it up with booking.com, he doesn’t care. Absolute nightmare. Never experienced anything like this in 30 years of traveling.

We enjoyed the quiet place here, it’s like a palace. It’s a bit far from Mathura city which may be a disadvantage to some since you need to travel by car to get to places. We loved the staff, very friendly and attentive. Thanks all others who looked after us for hospitality and kindness. We really appreciated the assistance.

I think it is pet friendly as I was there in May 2015 and the owner has a large friendly St. Bernard who will come greet you. You may want to call first to be sure they are wonderfully helpful. Enjoy Mathura!
