It is hard to say this about any hotel, but Park View Premium has got better with time. They have added more facilities and now have a full-fledged restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooftop restaurant has added to the convenience and charm of the hotel. The rooms, as always are clean and well maintained and the staff courteous as ever.

We stayed here for one night. Conveniently located near clock tower so all shopping areas, restaurants and famous bakeries are around. The rooms were clean, specious and well done-up. Had all essentials like kettle, fridge and toiletries. Room has no view to speak of. Property looks well maintained and offers private parking. Staff was polite. They allowed us late checkout which was very helpful and also arranged for airport drop. I would recommend this place.

I was there for 2 nights and overall experience was good. I like their employees behavior and room was also good. But i have given 4* because I saw cockroaches in my room and I have shown that to the hotel staff's then and there. He applied some spray and then it's gone. But if it's a 3* hotel then they should take care of hygiene things and it's not a small mistake. If thre is any small kid then it may create a big problem.

The hotel was really fantastic. Room was clean and spacious with all amenities like LED, coffee maker, slippers etc. Food was in affordable rates and delicious. Staff was really nice and cooperative.

this is one of the cheapest hotel i have ever been ....the people on reception are totally illitrate and gawar they dont even know how to talk and behaive ..i have only suggesion for the owner, your hotel is good but please hire some good people specially on reception bcoz they are the main people delaing with the customer and make the repurtation of the hotel ...they are useless.

We are waiting in the hotel. Room available but for checkin at 10.30 -11 hotel asks for extra charge. Poor hospitality. We spoke to the manager and he was also not polite to accommodate us in the room. We have to go for a meeting ... either pay extra or wait.

Like any OYO premium property, the rooms were decent size and Bathrooms were clean. AC and wifi were working well. I believe that it deserves 4 star for location, cleanliness and staff.

Hotel is good from inside. No issue with cleanliness, odour, and other basic amenities. Location is good having nearby a lot of restaurants, bakery and market. Only drawback is that hotel entry is through sidelane and one has to be careful while locating it.

I stayed here for a night in June and found the property pretty neat and clean. The inside is MUCH BETTER than the outer appearance from the Main road. Once you get in the Hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Though the entry is from a side lane, the appearance from outside as you approach the Hotel entry is very decent. The Best part is the Hotel is a walk away from market area, so I could visit many shops and restaurants in the evening near the hotel.
There is a Great Bakery Opp the Hotel and i could enjoy some delicious cookies and cakes from the friendly staff.
I did not eat any meal or breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.
Overall, I found the Hotel pretty nice and with Parking facility worth for a short stay in Dehradun.
